Faye L. Webber
FOREST PARK, Ohio - Faye L. Bower Webber, 73, of Forest Park, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000.
She was born in Hagerstown.
She was a graduate of North Hagerstown High School.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis L. Webber Sr.; five children, Deborah Lothes, Fayetta Meirjohan, Stanley Webber, Curtis Webber Jr. and Clifton Webber; a brother, Marvin Bower of Hagerstown; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Vorhis Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike in Springdale, Ohio.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Sigmund H. Andrews
Sigmund H. "Sig" Andrews, 70, of 10924 Holly Terrace, Hagerstown, died Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at his home.
Born July 28, 1929, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Sigmund Henry and Catherine Springer Andrews.
He was a 1948 graduate of Hagerstown High School.
He was employed by Fairchild/Rohr, retiring in 1993.
A veteran of the Korean War, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of First Christian Church, was chairman of the board, deacon, elder and moderator.
He was a member of BPO Elks Lodge 378; Funkstown American Legion Dixon Troxell Post 211; past president and member of Colt Corral No. 7; and past president and member of Happy Face Travel Club.
He is survived by his wife, Betty M. Andrews of Hagerstown; a daughter, Karan Keener of Hagerstown; a sister, Betty Lerch of Rohrersville, Md.; a grandson; aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William Andrews.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church in Hagerstown. The Rev. Fred M. Harris will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery in Hagerstown.
There will be no viewing or visitation.

Joseph T. Myers
Joseph Taylor Myers, 70, of 234 S. Potomac St. in Hagerstown, died Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born July 31, 1929, in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Beecher J. and Mary Jane Taylor Myers.
He was employed as a custodian for the Washington County Board of Education, retiring in 1989.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a Methodist.
He was a member of W.D. Byron Post 1936 VFW; Potomac Post 202 American Legion of Williamsport; and AMVETS of Hagerstown.
He is survived by a sister, Nancy Walker of Fargo, N.D.; a brother, Allen Myers of Hagerstown; a special friend, Dorothy Socks of Clear Spring; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St. in Williamsport. The Rev. Richard A. Kroll will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Friday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open Friday after 9 a.m.

Hazel V. Adkins
FREDERICK - Hazel Virginia Adkins, 77, of Mountaindale Road, died Wednesday, March 1, 2000, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born Aug. 14, 1922, in Middletown, Md., she was a daughter of the late Nellie and Amos Stine.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Earl Adkins; three children, Barbara Logue of Mahomet, Ill., Linda Rothenhoefer of Thurmont, Md., and Todd Adkins of Frederick; one brother, Amos C. Stine Jr. of Boonsboro; one sister, Shirley Robinson of Pittsburg, Calif.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Gary Adkins; two brothers, Carl Stine and Richard Stine; and one sister, Lena Dunathan.
Services were Monday, March 6, at Stauffer Funeral Home in Frederick. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
Jordan Rae Taylor
CLEAR SPRING - Jordan Rae Taylor, infant daughter of Tera Sue Yeakle Taylor and Danny Lee Taylor, died Sunday, March 5, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal great-grandparents, Ruth and Woodrow Henson of Big Pool; maternal grandparents, Virginia and Ray Yeakle of Clear Spring; paternal great-grandmothers, Rosalie Jones of Little Orleans, Md., Ruth Taylor of Hagerstown, and Opal Nave of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; paternal grandparents, Rosalyn and Charles Smoot of Clear Spring, and Ruby and Carroll Taylor Sr. of Falling Waters.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Parkhead cemetery in Big Pool. The Rev. Paul Harne will officiate.

John F. Macpherson Sr.
John F. Macpherson Sr., 80, of 20009 Rosebank Way, Hagerstown, died Monday, March 6, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Nov. 23, 1919, in Masters, Colo., he was the son of the late William S. and Helen Forbes Macpherson.
His wife, Ann E. Hildabrande Macpherson, died in 1994.
He was a graduate of McDonough Military Academy.
He retired in 1986 from Mack Trucks as a senior buyer.
He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.
He was a member of Friendship Lodge 84 AF & AM of Hagerstown; BPO Elks Lodge 378; Potomac Playmakers; Washington County Hospital Auxiliary; Golden Bulldogs; Mack Truck Ambassadors; and Clan Macpherson.
He is survived by a daughter, Melissa A. Gaines of Hagerstown; a son, John F. Macpherson Jr. of Hagerstown; and three grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church in Hagerstown. The Rev. Patrick A. Pierce will officiate.
