Brianna L. Smith
Brianna Lynn Smith, 1, of 1009-C Noland Drive, Hagerstown, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, at her home.
Born Jan. 11, 1999, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Dwayne W. Smith and Tammy Lynn Robinson, both of Hagerstown.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Monica Marie Redman and Keriana Nicole Smith, both at home; a brother, Devin Michael Robinson at home; maternal grandmother, Chris Robinson of Hagerstown; maternal grandfather, David Robinson Sr. of Hagerstown; paternal grandmother, Frieda Smith of Hagerstown; maternal great-grandmother, Tomasita Higdon of Hagerstown; aunts; uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, George Wade Smith.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown. The Rev. Charles J. Barney will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.
The family will receive friends Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Wilma L. Ginevan
Wilma L. Ginevan, 79, of Hagerstown, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Jan. 15, 1921, in North Branch, Md., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Clara Pollock.
Her husband, James E. Ginevan, died in 1999.
She was a 1937 graduate of Fort Hill High School.
She was employed by Fairchild Aircraft in Hagerstown; St. Joe Pulp Paper Co. in New Castle, Del.; and the Chrysler plant in Newark, Del.
A veteran of World War II, she served in the U.S. Army.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Smithsburg.
She was a member of Elks Lodge 378 and Morris Frock Post 42, both in Hagerstown; American Legion Post 211 in Funkstown; and Ladies Auxiliary of South Mountain Rod and Gun Club in Smithsburg.
She is survived by two daughters, Cheryl August of New Castle and Julie Cox of Wilmington; two sons, Warren Ginevan of New Castle and Wayne Ginevan of Newark; a sister, Doris Bowers of Suitland, Md.; a brother, Renice Pollock of North Branch; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family requests the omission of flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
Arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg.
Charles P. Neville Sr.
Charles Patrick Neville Sr., 60, of 146 High St., Hagerstown, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, at his home.
Born April 17, 1939, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Earl and Irene Keyton Neville.
He was employed by the City of Hagerstown.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Catherine Moats Neville; a daughter, Tina Marie Morris of Hagerstown; a son, Charles P. Neville Jr. of Martinsburg, W.Va.; five sisters, Delores Reese, Mary Long, Shirley Zeger and Nancy Trumpower, all of Hagerstown, and Betty Wilson of Gettysburg, Pa.; two brothers, Leroy Neville of Hagerstown and Clarence Neville of Greencastle, Pa.; six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Deshong; and a brother, Harold Neville Sr.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Louis L. Emerick will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Rosie V. Smith
Rosie Viola Staley Smith, 78, of Hagerstown, who died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at Washington County Hospital, is also survived by three stepchildren, Kenneth Smith, Bob Smith and Doris Smith, all of Martinsburg; and 11 stepgrandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Michael Bageant will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ethel A. Mitchell
BOONSBORO - Ethel Annie Mitchell, 99, of 8507 Mapleville Road, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, at Fahrney-Keedy Home in Boonsboro.
Born Aug. 2, 1900, in Boonsboro, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Effie Kauffman Ford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Josiah Ford, in 1959.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Boonsboro Bible Church.
She is survived by a sister, Imogene A. Kendle of Beaver Creek; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Bast Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro. The Rev. Joseph Downs will officiate. Burial will be in Boonsboro Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Alice V. Harsh
Alice Virginia Harsh, 77, formerly of 616 Guilford Ave., and of Avalon Manor Nursing Home, Hagerstown, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born April 19, 1922, in Richmond, Va., she was the daughter of the late Edward and Edna Buchanan Stewart. She was raised by her grandparents, the late Mr. and Mrs. John Buchanan.
Her husband, Robert Benjamin Harsh, died Jan. 11, 2000.
She was a 1940 graduate of Hagerstown High School; and a 1942 graduate of Hagerstown Business College. Sheattended Columbia Business College in Hagerstown.
She was employed by Jamison Door Co., Hagerstown, as a secretary. Previously she was employed by Fairchild Aircraft and Harper & Row Publishing Co.
She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Hagerstown.
She is survived by her caregivers, Mervin and Barbara Harsh of Greencastle; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her twin sister; and a brother.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport. The Rev. Victor I. Zuck will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open from 9 a.m.
