Edna May Daley
Edna May Daley, 71, of 16866 Shinham Road, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Aug. 7, 1928, near Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Ethel Frances Brown Adams.
She attended Franklin Street School in Chambersburg.
She was employed as a machine operator with Victor Hosiery in Greencastle, Pa., and Hagerstown; then at Inner Woven in Hagerstown. She was last employed as a waitress at View Street Restaurant in Hagerstown.
She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Daley, whom she married
April 17, 1948; three sisters, Frances Poteet of Morgantown, N.C., Mary Bowers of Strasburg, Va., and Virginia BeCraft of Norfolk, Va.; one brother, William Adams of Massapequa, N.Y.; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Harriet Wilson.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Miller-Grove Funeral Home, 521 S. Washington St., Greencastle. Pastor John A. Toms will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill United Brethren Church cemetery in Cosytown, Pa.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Bennajeanne Gilmer
Bennajeanne Gilmer, 68, of 18626 Indian Cottage Road, Hagerstown, and previously of Coffman Nursing Home, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, at Western Maryland Hospital Center.
Born May 29, 1931, in Belle Vernon, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Arch Nicholls and Erma Robertson Kuhns.
She was a member of State Line United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jacob William Gilmer Jr.; a daughter, Denise J. Menard of Henrico, N.C.; two sons, Jeff Gilmer of Falling Waters, W.Va., and Craig Gilmer of Hagerstown; a sister, Grace Lynn of Belle Vernon; a brother, William Kuhns of Henrico; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Nicholls.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1332 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown. The Rev. Harold Hollister will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Goldie P. Oldham
Goldie Patricia Oldham, 61, of 446 McDowell Ave., Hagerstown, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at her home.
Born Jan. 30, 1938, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the Floyd Mays and the late Goldie Patricia Presgraves Mays.
She is survived by her husband, Walter E. Oldham, whom she married
Nov. 5, 1955; two daughters, Victoria J. Keckler of Greencastle, Pa., and Patricia M. Oldham of Hagerstown; two sons, Jeffery L. Oldham of Greencastle and Terry L. Oldham of Hagerstown; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1332 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown. The Rev. Joseph M. Quesenberry will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mary V. Hough
Funeral services for Mary Virginia Hough, 95, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., have been rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2000, at 2 p.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church in Harpers Ferry.
Arrangements are by Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry.
Donald B. MacKenzie
WILLIAMSPORT - Donald Bruce MacKenzie, 60, of 1 N. Clifton Drive, and Brewster, Cape Cod, Mass., died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2000, at Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, Mass.
Born Jan. 3, 1940, in Stratford, Conn., he was the son of the late John Finlay and Dorothy Ford MacKenzie.
He was a 1958 graduate of Kents Hill Preparatory School, Kents Hill, Maine. He then attended Brown University, Providence, R.I., where he majored in electrical engineering.
He was a production control scheduler with Bridgeport Brass, Bridgeport, Conn. Then he was employed with Fairchild Hiller Corp. in Hagerstown. He retired from Mack Trucks in November 1988.
He was a U.S. Naval Reserve member and served aboard the U.S. Wasp in 1959.
He was a member of UAW and National AARP. He was also an Eagle Scout.
He is survived by his wife, B. Sue Spangler MacKenzie, whom he married
Oct. 3, 1980; two daughters, Cheryl Anne Chirillo of Ashburn, Va., and Marjorie Alison MacKenzie of Williamsport.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Ann MacKenzie.
Burial will be Friday in Brewster Park Cemetery, Lower Road, Brewster, Cape Cod, Mass. The Rev. Douglas Scalise will officiate.
The Rev. Mark Sandell will conduct a memorial service on Saturday, March 11, 2000, at 1 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 10813 Donelson Drive, Williamsport.

Benton E. Alexander
EDGEWATER, Md. - Benton E. Alexander, 50, of 1616 Grange Road, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore.
Born Nov. 6, 1949, in Corinth, W.Va., he was the son of the late Benton W. and Nora A. Butler Alexander.
He was employed as a roofer formerly of Tri-State Roofing in Hagerstown and was currently a roofer in the Baltimore area.
He is survived by a daughter, Keri Lee Alexander of Hagerstown; a stepdaughter, Shannon J. Truss of Killeen, Texas; a stepson, Damon S. Sargent of Florida; two sisters, Opal A. Sirbaugh and Patricia A. Strawser, both of Hagerstown; a brother, Ferris A. Alexander of Hagerstown; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, James R. Alexander.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac St., Hagerstown. The Rev. Randy Buchman will officiate. Burial will be in Deer Park Cemetery, Garrett County, Md.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Paul B. Heironimus
Paul Baylis Heironimus, 88, of National Pike, Hagerstown, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born May 10, 1911, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Fervin O. and Lillie B. Seattles Heironimus.
His wife, Agatha M. Heironimus, died in 1988.
He was retired from Fairchild Industries.
He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Men's Bible Class.
He is survived by two daughters, Paula Rubeck and Linda Ward, both of Clear Spring; one grandson, Phillip Dice of Clear Spring; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Barnhart.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Robert S. Barton will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
