Stanley K. Keller
Stanley Kenneth "Monk" Keller, 71, of 715 Antietam Drive, Hagerstown, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 1999, at his home.
Born Nov. 6, 1927, in Catlett, Va., he was the son of the late Frederick Keller and Lena Heflin Keller Mellin.
He was retired from Marquette Cement Company after 30 years of service.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II.
He was a member of North American Rod and Gun Club, Williamsport Redmen, and Morris Frock Post 42 American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi L. Keller; one daughter, Victoria K. Johnston of Fort Loudon, Pa.; two sisters, Madeline Payne of Redding, Calif. and Grace Wolford of Hagerstown; three brothers, Clarence Keller, Gene Keller and John Keller, all of Hagerstown and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Baker.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. John W. Schildt will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.

Charles W. Boyer
MAUGANSVILLE - Charles W. "Pete" Boyer, 68, of Village Mill Drive, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 1999, at the Depatment of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Nov. 13, 1930, in Maugansville, he was the son of the late Luther Pearre and Anna Smith Boyer.
He worked with Wilhide Dairy, Maugansville for 22 years. He was also employed at South End Tavern and retired from the Moose Lodge 212, Hagerstown.
He was a veteran of the 82nd Airborne during the Korean War.
He was a member of American Legion Post 131, Colmar Manor, Md., and Sports Hall of Fame in Hagerstown.
He is survived by his wife, H. Betty Boyer; one daughter, Judy V. Selby of Falling Waters, W.Va.; one son, LeeRoy A. Boyer of Maugansville; three sisters, M. Lorraine Lewis of Maugansville, Thelma Oldham and Carol J. Finley, both of Hagerstown; one brother, Harold L. Boyer of Smithsburg; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Lewis and one brother, Emory Boyer.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Norman J. Mayer will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.

Donald M. Henderson
BURKITTSVILLE, Md. - Donald Melvin Henderson, 75, of Brownsville Pass, died Friday, Aug. 20, 1999, at Frederick Memorial Hospital, Frederick. Md.
Born Sept. 9, 1923, in Frederick, he was the son of the late Foster Augustus and Emma Wilkerson Henderson.
He was retired from Fort Detrick, Frederick, as a custodian.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Petersville, Md.
He is survived by six daughters, Constance Henderson and Adrienne Henderson Spencer, both of Germantown, Md., Victoria Henderson of Gaithersburg, Md., Caren Henderson of Rockville, Md., Gloria Brown of Germany and Brenda Henderson of Silver Spring, Md.; five sons, Raymond Henderson of Rockville, Melvin Henderson and Gary Henderson, both of Hagerstown, Charles Henderson of Leesburg, Va., and Drexel Henderson of Burkittsville; three sisters, Adrian Lyles of Frederick, Ann Cooper of Petersville and Clarice Henderson of Burkittsville; 26 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Venus Henderson Jones; four brothers, Glenn Henderson, Eugene Henderson, Sterling Henderson, and Gerald Henderson, and one great-grandson, Terrance Bowens.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Petersville. The Rev. Lawrence J. Gesy will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Petersville.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 at John T. Williams Funeral Home, 100 Petersville Road, Brunswick, Md. A Christian Wake service will be held Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. For the convenience of friends the funeral home will be open Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Robert S. Moore
Robert Strider "Bud" Moore, 92, of 410 Guilford Ave., Hagerstown, died Friday, Aug. 20, 1999, at the Depatment of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Aug. 12, 1907, in Sharpsburg, he was the son of the late Robert Frank and Ila May Spong Moore.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mable May Corwell Moore, whom he married
in 1927. She died in 1979.
He owned and operated Bud Moore's Barber Shop for 49 years and had the distinction of being the first barber shop to offer haircuts by appointment.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was a member of Medairy Lodge 140 A.F.&A.M., Williamsport, for 69 years, Hagerstown Lodge 378 B.P.O. Elks for 60 years, life member of Harvey W. Seeds Post 29 American Legion, Miami, life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 29, Miami, and AMVETS Post 10, Hagerstown.
He is survived by one daughter, Colleen I. Levy of Hagerstown; one son, Jerry S. Moore of Hagerstown; three brothers, Harvey Moore of Frederick, Md., George Moore and Raymond Moore, both of Palm Bay, Fla.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Robert J. Moore and Jack E. Moore; one sister, Thelma Voight and two brothers, Ralph L. Moore and Frank Moore.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. The Rev. C. Albert Guyer will officiate.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, 40 E. Antietam St., Hagerstown.
Medairy Lodge 140 A.F.&A.M. will conduct a Masonic Memorial service Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Luther L. Miller
SHARPSBURG - Luther Lee Miller, 75, of Sharpsburg, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 1999, at Ravenwood Lutheran Village, Hagerstown.
Born March 31, 1924, in Jennings, Md., he was the son of the late Loy Webster and Jessie Frances Butler Miller.
He retired in 1991 from MCI, Hagerstown, as a correctional officer (Lt.).
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the European Theatre and fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
He is a member of Maple Grove Church of the Brethren, Grantsville, Md.
He is a member of Post 214 American Legion, Grantsville, a life member of NRA, Maryland Classified Employees Association Lodge 41 Woodmen of the World, Grantsville and A.AR.P.
He is survived by his wife, Jean R. Warnick Miller; one son, Lance L. Miller of Brunswick, Md.; two sisters, Margie Hetrick of Mt. Airy, Md., and Vadne Henline of Silver Spring, Md.; one brother, Marvin L. Miller of Grantsville; one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport. The Rev. Loyal H. Vanderveer will officiate. Burial will be in The Manor Cemetery, Tilghmanton, Md.
Military graveside services will be conducted by Morris Frock Post 42 American Legion.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9. For the convenience of family and friends the funeral home will be open on Tuesday after 9 a.m.

William D. Fink
SMITHSBURG - William D. "Bill" Fink, 69, of West Water St., died Saturday, Aug. 21, 1999, at his home.
Born Aug. 22, 1929, in Millstone, Md., he was the son of the late William A. and Myrtle Burnett Fink.
He attended Hancock School.
He was employed with Fairchild Aircraft and Rohr Industries, Hagerstown. He was self-employed as a barber for 31 years and was owner and operator of Smithsburg Barber Shop for 17 years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Korean War.
He was a member of A.A.R.P.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda L. Fink of Gaithersburg, Md.; two daughters, Cathy L. McFerren and Virginia M. Pearson, both of Waynesboro, Pa.; one son, Donald L. Fink of Gaithersburg; one sister, Mary Bell of Hancock; one brother, Ary G. Fink of Baltimore; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Eva Parousis, Virginia Daley, Emma Murray; and one brother, Ernest Fink.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg. Monsignor Robert Passarelli will officiate. Burial will be in Smithsburg Cemetery.
