Rhae L. Keadle
Rhae L. Keadle, 80, formerly of 14013 Maugansville Road, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 1999, at Ravenwood Lutheran Village.
Born July 3, 1918, in Maugansville, she was the daughter of the late Clyde O. and Orpha G. Glesner Morningstar.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph F. Keadle, in 1984.
She was a member of Salem Reformed Church.
She was a former member of Maugansville Homemakers.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon K. Frey of Hagerstown; one sister, Virginia Chambliss of Sarasota, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one son, Kim F. Keadle; and one sister, Jean Wilhide.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac St. The Rev. Sharon L. Forbes will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ora M. Price
Ora Mary Price, 80, of 902 Pope Ave., Hagerstown, died on Monday, Jan. 4, 1999, at Western Maryland Hospital Center in Hagerstown.
Born Jan. 11, 1918, in Avilton, Md., she was the daughter of the late Charles Henry and Matilda A. McKencie Warne.
She was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by three daughters, Bonnie M. Price Rice, Betty L. Whittington, and Beverly D. Johnston, all of Hagerstown; one son, Charles William Price of Williamsport; one sister, Regina Rafferty of Grantsville, Md.; one brother, Thomas Austin Warne of Grantsville; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two nieces, one nephew, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Stark; and one brother, Daniel G. Warne.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. George I. Jakopac will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, where prayers will be recited at 7:30 p.m.

Mildred F. Shorter
Mildred Frances Shorter, 72, formerly of Crownsville, Md., died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 1998, at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown.
She was a homemaker.
She was a former member of Community Bible Church in Annapolis.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, John J. Shorter; three sons, Larry D. Shorter of Glen Burnie, Md., Ronald L. Shorter of Hagerstown and Herbert L. Shorter of Bailey, N.C.; three sisters, Nancy A. Knick of Ohio, Dorothy C. Kauffman of Gambrills, Md., and Mary L. Entsminger of Virginia; and one brother, William L. Reid of Virginia.
She was preceded in death by one son, Arnold D. Shorter.
Funeral services were held at the Hardesty Funeral Home, 851 Annapolis Road, Gambrills. Burial was in Glen Haven cemetery in Glen Bernie.

Lee H. Smith, Jr.
Lee Harold Smith, Jr., 9 months, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 1998, at Washington County Hospital.
Born March 16, 1998, in Hagerstown, he was the infant son of Lee Harold Smith, Sr., and Laura Ann Boyd Smith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Willyette A. Boyd and the late John P. Boyd; paternal grandparents, Dennis K. and Diann Smith; maternal great-grandmother, Esther E. Boyd; paternal great-grandparents, Harold and Jean Casey; and three uncles.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home. The Rev. Fred M. Harris officiated. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Katie M. Glassford
WILLIAMSPORT - Katie Marie Glassford, 69, of 10917 Donelson Drive, died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1999, at her home.
Born Feb. 6, 1929, in Wirtz, Va., she was the daughter of the late Hubert Bryant and Lucy Lee Holley Hall.
She was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Van Lear, Williamsport.
She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 211, Funkstown.
She is survived by her husband, John E. Glassford; four daughters, Cathy Shenk of East Petersburg, Pa., Deborah Glassford of Highsphire, Pa., Lori Dawson of Hagerstown, and Tina Rhoads of Clear Spring; one son, Billie C. Miller of Lancaster, Pa.; three sisters, Thelma Hayes of Roanoke, Va., Mildred McLean of Greencastle, Pa., and Betty Lou Barnes of Phoenix; two brothers, Hubert L. Hall of Roanoke, and Johnnie J. Hall of Hagerstown; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Janet Marie Moore and one brother, Charles B. Hall.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 10813 Donelson Drive, Williamsport. The Rev. Mark A. Sandell will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.

Richard L. Netz
BOONSBORO - Richard Lee Netz, 67, of 11 Young Avenue, died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1999, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Sept. 3, 1931, in Boonsboro, he was the son of the late Harry and Myrtle Smith Netz.
He was retired after 27 years with the Maryland State Highway Administration.
He was a member of the former Mt. Nebo United Brethren Church, Boonsboro.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Phyllis J. Lemon Netz; several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Bast Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro. The Rev. Carrol L. Boyer will officiate. Burial will be in Boonsboro Cemetery, Boonsboro.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
