LUCINDO J. "LOU" FABBRI, SR.
FROSTBURG - Lucindo J. "Lou" Fabbri, Sr., 65, of Frostburg, died Thursday, May 29, 1997, at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born Feb. 6, 1932, in Frostburg, he was the son of Rosie (Rogano) Fabbri and the late Olivio Fabbri.
Mr. Fabbri was retired from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company. He was employed in the maintenance department at St. John Neumann School. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a 1951 graduate of LaSalle High School.
He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Frostburg, the Cumberland Moose No. 271, the board of directors at Kelco Credit Union, United Rubber Workers Local 26, where he had served as an organization officer, the American Legion Farrady Post No. 24, Kelly Men's Bowling League for 40 years, Bouquet Mixed Bowling League, where he had served as president, and he was an avid golfer and fisherman.
In addition to his mother, surviving are his wife, Patricia A. (Hudson) Fabbri; one son, Lou J. Fabbri Jr., New York, N.Y.; one daughter, Vicki A. Warnick and husband Roger, Kent Island; one sister, Benilda Robertson and husband Dana, Eckhart Mines; two grandchildren, Jason L. Warnick and Cindy L. Warnick.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Christian wake service will be conducted Sunday at 8:45 p.m. with Father Vance Pastorius, O.F.M., Cap., officiating.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Frostburg, on Monday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Burns officiating.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. The Farrady Post No. 24 American Legion will provide military honors at the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Warnick, Donald Wilhelm, Thomas Hudson, James Hudson, Harold Hudson, and Jack Hudson.
The family requests contributions be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church or "Save the Angels" campaign at St. John Neumann School.
MARY FRANCES FAHEY
CUMBERLAND - Mary Frances Fahey, 91, of Devlin Manor Nursing Home, Cumberland, died Friday, May 16, 1997, at the nursing home.
Born May 12, 1906, in Westernport, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Bridget (Carney) Fahey. She also was preceded in death by one sister, Marguerite Fahey; and one brother, Michael Fahey. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Miss Fahey was an assistant office supervisor for the Prudential Life Insurance Co., a graduate of St. Peter's High School, Westernport, and a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and Church Sodality.
She is survived by several cousins.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. only. There will be a Christian wake service at 2 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church on Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Frank Brauer as celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Westernport.
MARY H. FAHEY
HAGERSTOWN - Mary Helen Fahey, 78, of Hagerstown, died Saturday, July 26, 1997, at her home.
Born Dec. 8, 1918, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Paul Lawrence and Helen M. Hogan Manthiey. She also was preceded in death by her husband Leo Charles Fahey, on Jan. 20, 1984.
Mrs. Fahey was graduated from the St. Mary's Catholic School, Cumberland, and a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was a member of the American Legion, Funkstown Post 211 Auxiliary.
Surviving are four daughters, Helen M. Bussard, Kannapolis, N.C., Mary C. Stewart, Bryan, Texas, Cecelia A. Fahey, Hagerstown, and Patricia L. Wetzel, Funkstown; one son, Thomas P. Fahey, Hagerstown; one brother John Manthiey, Dundalk; one sister, Pauline Yeagen, Hagerstown; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Thursday at 7 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hagerstown, on Friday at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev. George A. Limmer as celebrant.
Interment will be in the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
RALPH E. FAIDLEY, SR.
MOUNT SAVAGE - Ralph E. Faidley Sr., 55, of 13614 Blank Road, Mount Savage, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 1997, at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born Feb. 13, 1942, in Mount Savage, he was the son of the late Robert L. and Madelyn (Snyder) Faidley. He also was preceded in death by one son, Ralph E. "Sonny" Faidley, in 1988; one brother, John Faidley; and one sister, Kathy Faidley.
Mr. Faidley was retired with disability from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company. He served in the U.S. Navy during peacetime and was a member of the Mount Savage United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years JoAnn (Burkett) Faidley; two daughters, Tammy Baker and husband William, Mount Savage, and Tina McKenzie and husband Leo, Frostburg; four grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Ann Muri, Charlottesville, Va., Arlene Fritz, Berlin, Pa., and Linda Robinson, Sunfield, Mich.; one brother, Robert E. Faidley, Lansing, Mich.; one stepbrother, Joey Faidley, Cumberland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Richard C. Broome Jr. officiating.
Interment will be in the Methodist Cemetery, Mount Savage. Members of the Old Rail Post 6025 VFW will conduct military honors at graveside.
Pallbearers will be William Baker, Leo McKenzie, Robert Faidley, Richard Kimmel, William McKenzie and Lou Sturtz.
ELIZABETH C. FANNON
CUMBERLAND - Elizabeth C. "Betty" Fannon, 73, of Pulaski Street, Cumberland, died Tuesday, June 3, 1997, at the home of her daughter in Baltimore.
Born Sept. 3, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Esther (Buskey) Travis. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Francis E. Fannon, in 1993; and one brother, Leo Travis.
Mrs. Fannon was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church; the church sodality; and a former volunteer at the Sacred Heart Gift Shop.
Surviving are one daughter, Christine A. Fannon, Baltimore; one son, Francis W. Fannon and wife Susana, Boulder, Colo.; one grandson, Francis R. Fannon; three sisters, Linda Berke, Delores Thorson, both of Florida, and Marlene Luttrell and husband John, Cumberland; and one brother, Francis E. Travis, Cumberland.
Friends will be received at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on Thursday.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
EILEEN M. FARRELL
WINCHESTER, Va. - Eileen Mullen Farrell, 81, of 300 Westminster-Canterbury Drive., Winchester, died Friday, Sept. 12, 1997, at the Winchester Medical Center.
Born Dec. 4, 1915, in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Katherin (Moran) Mullen. Her husband, Kenton B. Farrell, whom she married on July 1, 1939, in Boston, preceded her in death on July 18, 1980. She also was preceded in death by two brothers.
Mrs. Farrell was a medical secretary for Donald Grove, M.D., Cumberland, Md., retiring after 25 years. She was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and was a lifetime member of the Deep Creek Yacht Club Inc. of Deep Creek, Md. She was a graduate of the Kathryn Gibbs School of Business, New York, New York.
Surviving are three daughters, Geri F. Meehan, Manassas Park, Jane Mahan, Stephens City, and Pat Farrell, Baltimore, Md.; one sister, Midge Dodt, Clayton, Ohio; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 202 North Washington St., Winchester, VA 22601.

ESTHER A. FARRELL
MOUNT SAVAGE - Esther Annie Farrell, 78, of 12906 New Row St., Mount Savage, died Tuesday, April 29, 1997, at Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan. 18, 1919, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late William H. Canty and the late Bessie (Bahr) Canty. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Gordon Farrell.
Mrs. Farrell was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Mount Savage, and was a member of the church sodality.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda C. Trimble and James A., Mount Savage, and Mary Sue Farrell and Hans Goerl, Boonesboro; a son, Earle D. Farrell and Jane, Eckart; four grandchildren, Erik Trimble, Carmen Brennan and Joseph, Sean Farrell, and Shannon Farrell; two great-grandchildren, Justin Brennan and Nikki Brennan; and a special friend, Sandra Deffenbaugh.
Friends will be received at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Mount Savage, on Thursday at 10 a.m.
Interment will be in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Mount Savage.
BELLA H. FARRIS
PIEDMONT, W.Va. - Bella Hope Farris, 69, of 41 1/2 Jones St., Piedmont, died Sunday, March 16, 1997, at Union City Hospital, Union City, Pa.
Born April 22, 1927, at Beryl, she was a daughter of Claude A. Wilt and Mary S. (Portizler) Wilt. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Farris, in 1994; and a son, Mike Junkins.
Mrs. Farris was a lab technician for Westvaco Corp. She retired after 41 years of service. She was a member of Kelly Mansfield Post 52 American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and Piedmont Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Brenda Long and husband Bill, Union City, Pa.; one brother, Guthrie Wilt, New Jersey; one sister, Eugenia Hinebaugh, Piedmont; and three grandsons, William H. Long II, Christopher M. Long, and Sean M. Junkins.
Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be at the funeral home Wednesday, March 19, 1997, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John Nurnberger officiating.
Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
