CATHERINE C. BOCH
PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- Catherine C. "Katie" Boch, 75, died at her residence Sunday, March 18, 2001, in Pittsburgh.
She was born in Baltimore, the daughter of the late James L. Fisher and Josephine Lang Fisher of LaVale.
Mrs. Boch was a homemaker and a member of St. Sebastian's Catholic Church in Pittsburgh, Ross Township.
She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Boch, Colonial Heights, Va.; one brother, Kenneth Fisher, Georgia; one sister, Dorothy Bittner, LaVale and five grandsons.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Sebastian's Church, Pittsburgh and interment was in Allegany County Memorial Park, Pittsburgh.
CLAUDE E. HAINES
MAYSVILLE, W.Va. -- Claude E. Haines, 73, of Maysville, died Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg.
Born on April 16, 1927, in Romney, he was the son of the late Claude E. Haines Sr. and Annie Davis Haines. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Lloyd Haines, James Haines and Ray Haines; and an infant sister, Marian Haines.
Mr. Haines retired from the Kinney Shoe Company in Romney, after 21 years of service. He was a member of the Cabins Assembly of God Church and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Juanita Hartley Haines; one daughter, Barbara A. Landis and husband the Rev. Steve Landis of Maysville; four grandchildren, Stephen Landis, Mark Landis, Philip "P.J." Landis and Lori Berg; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Emma Snyder of Cresaptown, Md., and Virginia Folk of Cresaptown; and a number of nieces and nephews, including Vauda Lee Bennett of Richmond, Va.
Friends will be received at the Schaeffer Funeral Home, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at Springfield Assembly of God Church, Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. James Blubaugh, the Rev. Norman Landis and the Rev. Bob D'Angelo officiating.
Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Slanesville.
Military graveside service will be held by the Combined Veteran Organizations of Hampshire County.

COELINE G. MONTANA
FROSTBURG -- Coeline G. Montana, 81, of Frostburg, died Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born on Aug. 1, 1919, in Mount Savage, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Isabella (Lynch) Lashley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel P. Montana in 1986; and four sisters, Dorcas McGann, Frances Wilhelm, Isabella Chabot and Annabella Lashley; and five brothers, Joseph, Charles, William, Nevin and George Lashley.
Mrs. Montana was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mary Theresa Kisamore and husband Bill, Flintstone; three sons, Francis Montana, Cresaptown, Vincent Montana and wife Pat, Frostburg, and Nevin Montana and wife Jeannie, Frostburg; six grandchildren, Scott and Kris Montana, Jason and Mathew Montana, and Kenney and Katrina Kisamore; and three sisters, Sister Mary Ita Lashley, Baltimore, Eileen Herboldsheimer, Mount Savage, and Dolores Martin, Cumberland.
Her body was cremated. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, P.A., 60 W. Main St., Frostburg, on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. William E. Moody as celebrant.
Inurnment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.

RAYMOND M. ORNDORFF SR.
ELLERSLIE -- Raymond Millard "Duffy" Orndorff Sr., 87, of Old Schellsburg Road, Ellerslie, died Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at WMHS Sacred Heart Campus.
Born on June 16, 1913, in Mount Savage, he was a son of the late Mary Orndorff.
Surviving are his children, Raymond M. Jr. and wife Lenore, Rocky Mount, N.C., Eugene A. and wife Wilma, Damascus, Donald "Duffy" and wife Lori, Ellerslie, Georgia Lee Carder, Peoria, Ill., and Helen Ann Schoffstall and husband Jim, Salisbury; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Elmer Hogamaier, Idaho; and faithful companion, Taffy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Minerva (Hotchkiss), whom he married
on Jan. 25, 1936; a son, Ron; brothers, Ralph Orndorff, Bob Ford, and Harvey, Fred and Earl Hogamaier; and sisters, Virginia and Pearl Hogamaier.
Mr. Orndorff was the retired owner of Murray Chemical Company, Duffy's Tavern and Valley Novelty Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of LOOM #271, Kennells Mill Sportsman's Club, Goodfellowship Club and Frostburg American Legion. He enjoyed fishing and camping with family and friends at Point of Rocks, Md. He was fond of nature, animals, wildlife and outdoors.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, on Friday, March 23, 2001, from 3:30 to 5:30 and 7 to 9 p.m. and for one hour immediately prior to the funeral service.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, March 24 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Roger A. Johnson officiating. The Fort Bedford Honor Guard will confer military honors graveside at Sunset Memorial Park, where Mr. Orndorff will be interred.
Mr. Orndorff's grandsons will serve as pallbearers, Joe Carder, John Carder, Miles Orndorff, Mark Orndorff, Doug Orndorff, Kevin Schoffstall, Keith Schoffstall and Fred Orndorff.
Following funeral services, family and friends are invited for a time of fellowship at the Valley Novelty Company Warehouse.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Animal Welfare Society, 33 1/2 Queen St., Cumberland, MD.
CHARLES F. KRIGLEIN
FORT ASHBY, W.Va. -- Charles Frederick Kriglein, 84, of Fort Ashby, died Wednesday at the Hampshire Health Care Center.
Born on May 31, 1916, in Cumberland, Md., he was the son of the late George F. and Sarah (Shaffer) Kriglein.
Mr. Kriglein had been a mechanic, working through Local #37, International Union of Operating Engineers. He had worked for the Hazelwood Corporation and the Phoenix Corporation.
He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Grace (Hinkle) Kriglein; one daughter, Carolyn Troutman and husband Jim, Fort Ashby; one son, Fred Kriglein and wife Reba, Short Gap; one brother, Louis Kriglein, Geneva, Ohio; three sisters, Matilda Carnes, a resident of Lions Manor Nursing Home, Anna Mae Burns and Mary Jane Knapp, Geneva; and five grandchildren, Victoria Myers, Hagerstown, Tony Myers, Keyser, Lori VanPelt, Cumberland, Aimee Lynch, Angier, N.C., and Erin Pack, Apex, N.C.; and one great-granddaughter, Madison Lynch.
Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, Inc., Route 28, Fort Ashby, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted from the Trinity United Methodist Church on Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dallas Forren officiating.
Interment will be in Fort Ashby Cemetery.
