JOHN ROBERT "ANDY" ANDERSON
CUMBERLAND -- John Robert "Andy" Anderson, 76, of 714 Lincoln St., Cumberland, died Tuesday, May 8, 2001 at Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan. 22, 1925 in Westernport, he was the son of the late Hambeton Anderson and Annie (Mitchell) Anderson. He was also preceded in death by a son, Bobby Anderson.
Mr. Anderson was a retired Postal Clerk for the U.S. Postal Service and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
He is the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Means (Carithers) Anderson, Cumberland; a son, Wayne M. Anderson and wife Lark, New Creek, W.Va.; a daughter, Debra S. McKenzie, Mount Airy; a stepson, Gerald Brockey and wife Linda, Cresaptown; four grandchildren, Cort Anderson, Michael McKenzie, Cole Anderson, Karie McKenzie; three step-granddaughters, Cheri Galliher, Tracy Stewart, Lisa Moreland and two step-great-grandchildren, Conner Galliher and Jayla Moreland.
Friends will be received at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
OMA G. MANGOLD
KEYSER, W.Va. -- Oma G. Mangold, 90, of 80 Virginia St., Keyser, died on Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at her son, Howard Lee Mangold's residence in San Antonio, Texas.
Born Jan. 10, 1911, in Barnum, she was the daughter of the late Howard Grant and Ellera-Blanche (Bever) Liller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard T. Mangold on Oct. 23, 1994.
Mrs. Mangold was a retired Clerk from the B&O Railroad. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church and Alkire Chapter #10, OES. She was a graduate of Piedmont High School and Huffman School of Nursing, Keyser.
Surviving in addition to her son, Howard Lee Mangold and wife Vivian of San Antonio, Texas, are her granddaughter, Anita Louise Eisthen and husband Robert of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her grandson, Howard Keith Mangold of San Antonio, Texas.
Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser, on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Calvary United Methodist Church on Friday, May 11, 2001, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. E. Jay West officiating. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services. Alkire Chapter #10, O.E.S, will hold a memorial service on Thursday at 7 p.m.
Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport, Md.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary United Methodist Church, 233 S. Mineral Street, Keyser, WV 26726.
ROBERT G. MUIR
LONACONING -- Robert George Muir was born on March 19, 1929, in Lonaconing. He passed away on April 30, 2001.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Marilyn (Wilhelm); daughter, Lori; son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Kim Muir; and grandchildren, Andrew Robert II, and Morgan Leigh; and cousin, Helen Schade.
Robert retired from PPG Industries Plant #15 in 1991. He was a member of the AFFL-CIO Glass and Ceramics Workers Union, Local #774. Robert was a member of the following organizations: Scottish Rites of Freemasonry 32, Tehran Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Fresno, Legion of Honor, Order of Quetzalcoatl, #14, Royal Order of Jesters #157, Hillbillies, Sanger Shrine, High Twelve #10, Clovis Lodge #417, and the Free Masons of Maryland, George's Creek Valley #161, Lonaconing. Robert also volunteered for Castle Air Museum Foundation, Inc.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Shrine Transportation Unit, 5407 E. Olive Ave., Fresno, CA 93727.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.

OLDTOWN -- Friends for Loretta P. Kline will be received at the Bethel Assembly of God Church, Oldtown, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the church on Thursday at 2 p.m. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will be in Davis Memorial Cemetery, Cumberland.
Pallbearers will be Vernon Galliher, Roger Bishop, Edward Jones, Floyd Stafford, William McMillian, Steve Joiner, Mike Twigg, Jim Vance, Charles House and Lloyd Mowery.

Interment will be in the Maryland State Veterans cemetery at Rocky Gap, Flintstone, Md.
CHELSEA L. CLINE-PARKER
CUMBERLAND -- Chelsea Lynn Cline-Parker, one month and two days, of 807 Memorial Ave., Cumberland, died Saturday, May 5, 2001, at Pittsburgh's Childrens Hospital.
Born on April 2, 2001, at Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, W.Va., she was the daughter of Michael Patrick Parker II, and Erika Lynn Cline of Cumberland.
Surviving besides her parents are her maternal grandparents, Sandra (Calhoun) Walter, Lincoln, Neb., and Paul Cline Jr., Medford, Ore.; paternal grandparents, Michael P. Parker and Belva B. (Bohrer) Parker, Cumberland; maternal great-grandfather, Paul Cline Sr., LaVale; and a sister, Courtney P. Parker, at home.
Friends will be received at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Wayne Turner officiating.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
JAMES C. DOLAN
MARTIN, W.Va. -- James Carl "Jim" Dolan, 77, of Martin, entered into eternal rest with is Heavenly Father on Monday, May 7, 2001, at his residence.
Born on June 3, 1923, in Keyser, he was a son of the late Thomas H. and Agnes M. (Cartwright) Dolan. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, John Dolan and Bob Dolan; and two sisters, Ruth Boggs and Mary Morrison.
Mr. Dolan retired from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company on Jan. 1, 1981, with 36 years of service. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, having served aboard the U.S.S. Archerfish as Torpedoman's Mate Second Class. A 1941 graduate of Keyser High School, he was a member of the Knobley Church of the Brethren, Martin. A devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather, Jim will be lovingly remembered and missed by many.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 30 years, Arlene (Smith) Dolan; two sons, Robert Miller and wife Tammy, Chesapeake, Va., and Rodney Miller and wife Louise, Belfry, Ky.; three daughters, April Dolan, at home, Rose Anna (Miller) Osborne and husband Kenny, Marion, Va., and Robin (Miller) Ziesermer and husband Kirk, Moline, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Michael, Joshua and Joseph Elliott, Christopher, Tina and Jennifer Osborne and William Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at the Knobley Church of the Brethren, Martin, on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Roger Leatherman officiating. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the services.
Interment will be in Knobley Memorial Gardens, Martin. Graveside military honors will be accorded.
