ELDA M. BOLLMAN
EVERETT, Pa. -- Mrs. Elda M. Bollman, 88, of Everett, died Friday, May 4, 2001 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Born on Dec. 16, 1912 in Bedford County, she was the daughter of the late Emory Jacob and Emma Jane Clark Hockenberry. She was married
to Stanley Bollman who preceded her in death in 1996.
Surviving are two daughters, Marjorie Stultz, Everett, and Linda, wife of Donald Bigler, Mobile, Ala. and Everett; a sister Lorraine Vaughn, Everett; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son in-law Joseph Stultz; grandson Gregg; brothers, Ross and Emory and a sister Cornelia.
Mrs. Bollman owned and operated Bollman Charter Service Inc., Everett since 1962 and had been employed by former Lion MFG Company for 29 years.
Friends may call at the Dalla Valle Funeral Svc. Inc., Main Street, Everett, Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m., Monday from 4 to 9 p.m. and at the Church on Tuesday one hour prior to services.
Member of Bedford Springs Chapter 41, Order of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2001 at 11 a.m., in the Snake Spring Valley Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Janet Sell, the Rev. E. Paul Weaver and the Rev. Curtis Bryant officiating.
Interment will be in the Bedford Cemetery.
Friends may make contributions to the charity of their choice in memory of Mrs. Bollman.
CLARENCE M. "PETE" MCKENZIE, JR.
FINZEL -- Clarence M. "Pete" McKenzie Jr., 78, of Finzel Road, died Friday, May 4, 2001 at his sister's residence in Finzel.
Born May 19, 1922 in Garrett County, he was the son of the late Clarence M. and Martha Ellen (Caton) McKenzie, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Leatta (Crowe) McKenzie.
Mr. McKenzie was a retired foreman for the Pittsburgh Plate and Glass Co., and he was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II where he served in the Siapan area of the Pacific Theater.
He was a member of the Faith Independent Baptist Church, Frostburg, Farrady Post 24 American Legion, Frostburg, The Big Savage Sportsman's Club, and the National Rifle Association.
Mr. McKenzie is survived by one sister, Catherine Pape and husband Richard, Finzel; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend Mary Alice Kelly, Frostburg.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Faith Independent Baptist Church on Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Larry Fetzer officiating. The body will be viewed one hour prior to the services.
Interment will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery, Route 40, Garrett County. The Farrady Post 24 Honor Guard will bestow military honors at graveside.

HAZEL MAXINE HIMMLER
CUMBERLAND -- Hazel Maxine Himmler, 78, of East Elder Street, Cumberland, died Saturday, May 5, 2001, at Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 7, 1922, in Hancock, she was the daughter of the late Russell K. Smith and Effie Mae (Garland) Smith. She was also preceded in death by six brothers, Coyle, Freddie, Melvin, Marvin, Russell and Henry Smith; a sister Adele Chambers.
Mrs. Himmler was the first woman police officer for the city of Cumberland. Manager of the Plaid Stamp Store and worked many years in the retail business. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, John W. Himmler; a son, Terry W. Himmler and wife T.J., Cumberland; two daughters, Carole M. Davis and husband Tom, Cameron, N.C., and Linda Sills and fiancee Joseph Kudrick, Cumberland; a brother Donald Smith and wife Mary, Cumberland; a sister, Faye Creek, Little Orleans, Md.; six grandchildren , Shawn Hickman, Cameron, N.C., Thomas Davis Jr., USAF in Ramstein, Germany, Brent Himmler, WVU, Morgantown, W.Va., Aaron Himmler, Juniata College, Juniata, Pa., Joshua Sills, Cumberland and Logan Sills, Cumberland; three great-grandchildren and three great great-granddaughters.
Friends will be received at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Monday 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted on Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Sherrill Dillion officiating.
Interment will be in Fairview Christian Cemetery.
WAYNE CHARLTON DREW
CUMBERLAND -- Wayne Charlton Drew, 58, of First Street, died Friday, May 4, 2001 at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born March 20, 1943, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Ernest and Zella (Negley) Drew. He was preceded in death by one sister, Aleda Sevinsky.
Mr. Drew was an employee of the Allegany County Roads Department for 37 years. He was a member of the Smith Park Crime Watch Association.
Surviving are his wife Cheryl L. Drew; one sister, Sharon Femi and husband Joe, Frostburg; three brothers, Raymond Drew, Midlothian, David Drew and wife Regina, Frostburg, Ernest L. Drew and wife Gail, Midland, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A., 108 Virginia Ave. on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday at 12:30 p.m. with the Rev. Jimmie W. Blair officiating.
Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Harry Foor, Pat Helmstetter, Scott Sweitzer, Ed Shober, Don Burkett and Andy Lybarger.
OTIS ODELL JENKINS
CUMBERLAND -- Otis Odell Jenkins, 71, of Humbird Street, Cumberland, died Thursday, May 3, 2001 at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born March 4, 1930 in Garrett County, he was the son of the late Gorman "Pete" Jenkins and Grace Pearl (Broadwater) Jenkins Long. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Clarence Long and one son, Stephen O. Jenkins.
Mr. Jenkins was retired from Texaco, Inc., Cumberland. He was a 1948 graduate of Beall High School, a U.S. Navy veteran, a member of Masonic Mountain Lodge 99 A.F. and A.M. and John's Run Hunt Club, Springfield, W.Va. After his retirement, he spent his summers gardening at his home and enjoyed his camp at Blue Beach with family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, JoAnn Jenkins; one son, Bryan K. Jenkins and wife Cheryl, Cumberland; one step-daughter, Michele Walker and husband Perry, Frostburg; one step-son, Craig M. Galliher and wife Cheri, LaVale; two sisters, Phyllis Miller and husband Darius, Avilton, Mary Martha Cosgrove and husband Jobie, Frostburg; two brothers, Paul Jenkins and wife Alice, Frostburg, Wayne Jenkins and wife Doret, Williamsport, and a number of nieces and nephews. Also surviving are his five special grandchildren, who brought much joy and sunshine into his life, Cheyenne Jenkins, Stephanie Jenkins, Cody Walker, Kaitlyn Walker and Conner Galliher.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave. on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Masonic Mountain Lodge 99 will conduct a memorial service on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale.
