LOUIS E. ALBRIGHT
VALE SUMMIT - Louis "Louie" Emmett Albright, 70, of Vale Summit, died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital Hospice.
Born July 1, 1929, in Vale Summit, at his current residence, he was the son of the late James Marshall and Myrtle (Fatkin) Albright. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, John, Marshall, and Melvin Albright.
Mr. Albright was first retired after 20 years as a machinist at Celanese Fibers Corp. He also retired as proprietor of the Frostburg Amoco where he was blessed with many special employees over the years. A U.S. Air Force veteran for the Korean Conflict. He was a lifelong member of the Vale Summit United Methodist Church, the Grand Lodge of the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland, Mountain Lodge 99 A.F. and A.M., and the Farrady Post 24 American Legion, Frostburg, and was a cornea donor to the Maryland Eye Bank. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, Nascar, and total devotion to his grandchildren since retiring.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Arlene (Kight) Albright; one son, Dennis Albright and wife, Kim; one daughter, Donna Skidmore and husband, Pete, all of Mt. Savage; one brother, Thomas Albright and wife, Irene, Boca Raton, Fla., two sisters-in-law, Margaret Albright, Glen Burnie, Erma Albright, Hagerstown; four grandchildren, Jason Skidmore, Becky Skidmore, Molly Albright, Amy Albright, all of Mt. Savage; many devoted nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, James Crowe, Frostburg.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mt. Lodge 99 A.F. and A.M. will conduct a memorial service at the funeral home on Thursday at 7 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home Friday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. George M. Harpold, officiating.
Interment will be in the Vale Summit Methodist Church Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded at graveside by Farrady Post 24 American Legion Honor Guard.

AUDREY E. ARNOLD
GRANTSVILLE - Audrey E. Arnold, age 69, of 103 Salt Block Mountain Road, Grantsville, passed away at Akron General Hospital, Akron, Ohio, Thursday, May 20, 1999.
She was born at Mount Savage, July 29, 1929, a daughter of the late Daniel and Anna Bennett Bridges.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert W. Arnold.
She is survived by one son, Kenneth, Grantsville; two daughters, Bonnie Treesh, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Judy Wickram, Hercules, Calif.; and one brother, Orville Bridges, Frostburg; a sister, Helena Robinette, Mount Savage; three grandchildren, Lori and Kathy Arnold, and Michael Treesh; one great-granddaughter, Melissa Wickram.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., Grantsville, Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home Saturday at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. Garry Kipe officiating.
Interment will be in the Greenville, Pa., Cemetery.
DELBERT E. CAMPBELL
BALTIMORE - Delbert Earl Campbell, 69, of Baltimore died Sunday, Aug. 22, 1999 at Cumberland Nursing Home.
Born January 11, 1930 in Osage, W.Va., he was the son of the late Ottis and Lessie Alice (Pitzer) Campbell. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy and Herman Campbell, and two sisters, Jessie Emerick and Martha Marie Taylor.
Mr. Campbell was a cabinet maker.
Surviving are four daughters, Alice Early and husband Robert, Emma Jean Pratt and husband Timothy, all of Cumberland, Debra Ross, of Moorefield, W.Va., Sharon Pomeroy and husband Keith, of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; three sons, Thomas Campbell and wife Sheron, of Cumberland, Virgil Campbell and wife Linda, of Virginia Beach, Va., David Campbell and wife Angela, of Cumberland; one sister, Ruby Rollins, of Chillicothe, Ohio; one brother, Frank Campbell, of Los Angeles, Calif.; special friends, Lorraina Daily, and Mike Morris, both of Baltimore; 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
At Mr. Campbell's request, he will be cremated.
Private memorial services will be held by the family.

MARY L. CESNICK
FROSTBURG - Mary L. Cesnick, 92, of Route 1, Box 263, Frostburg, formerly of Klondike, died Monday, Sept. 6, 1999, at the Goodwill Mennonite Home, Grantsville.
Born on Sept. 12, 1906, in Gilmore, she was the daughter of the late William W. and Elizabeth I. (Broadwater) Mansfield. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen L. Cesnick in 1987; two sisters; a brother; and two step-brothers.
Mrs. Cesnick was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Midland, and the Sodality.
Surviving are a daughter, Mildred C. "Mamie" Patterson, Frostburg; a granddaughter, Laure Clements and husband Richard, Lawrenceville, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Rebecca and Andrew Clements; a brother, Patrick V. Mansfield, Joppa; and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Durst Funeral Home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Father. Paul Byrnes officiating.
Interment will be in the Frostburg Memorial Park.
DOROTHY S. COSTELLO
CUMBERLAND - Dorothy S. Costello, 85, of Kensington-Algonquin, Cumberland, formerly of Seton Drive, died Monday, May 17, 1999, at her residence.
Born Aug. 3, 1913, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Nina R. (Johnston) Stitcher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Costello, Dec. 31, 1972; and one brother, Richard F. Stitcher, in 1930.
Mrs. Costello was a 1932 graduate of Allegany High School. She was a secretary for Harold C. Wickard, director of dramatics at Allegany High School. She was a former secretary at the Strand Theater; for Henry Price, director of Potomac Edison; and for David Kaufmann, local attorney.
In 1940, Mrs. Costello moved to Washington, D.C., where she was employed by the U.S. Government for 25 years, which included being a secretary for Sherman Adams, Chief of Staff at the White House during President Eisenhower's administration; for Mary L. Brooks, Secretary of the Treasury; and Commissioner Owen Clarke at Interstate Commerce Commission.
Mrs. Costello was an active volunteer at the National Shrine of Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., and an active volunteer at the local Sacred Heart Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of Allegany Arts Council, Allegany County Historical Society, Court Cardinal Gibbons, #529 Catholic Daughters of America, K of C Council #586 Auxiliary, National Association of Retired Federal Employees, AARP, and Ladies Guild of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.
Surviving are three brothers, Frederick D. Stitcher, Bowling Green, Paul A. Stitcher and wife, Margaret, Cumberland, Dr. Joseph E. Stitcher and wife, Zamova, Lincoln, Neb.; two sisters, Eleanor R. Snyder, Anna Mildred Garlitz and husband, George F., Cumberland; nine nephews; six nieces; and numerous great-nephews and great-nieces.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Christian Wake service will be conducted at the funeral home Thursday at 8:45 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church on Friday at 10 a.m. with Fr. Vance Pastorius, O.F.M., Cap. as celebrant.
Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Cumberland.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to SS. Peter & Paul 150th Parish Restoration Campaign, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
WANNAMAE BEEGLE
CUMBERLAND - Wannamae Beegle, 74, of Cumberland, died Saturday, April 24, 1999, at Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 25, 1924, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Daisy (Ganoe) Wenrick. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Therman Beegle.
Mrs. Beegle was a homemaker and a Jehovah's Witness by faith.
Surviving are one son, David A. Beegle, Cumberland; one daughter, Daisy E. Hardesty and husband Russell, Riverdale; one brother, Bernard I. Wenrick, wife Nova, and their daughter Valerie, Wiley Ford, W.Va.; one granddaughter, Jennifer M. Hardesty, Riverdale; and one aunt, Alverda R. Miller, with whom she resided for 35 years.
