Keo Todd
Keo Marlene Todd, 68, a 20-year resident of Edgewater, died of heart failure Sept. 28, 2002 at her home.
Mrs. Todd was born March 15, 1934, in Faith, S.C. She was employed by the photography office of the U.S. House of Representatives.
She was considered an outstanding vocalist. She enjoyed reading, camping and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Fred R. Todd; two sons, James Todd of Edgewater and Robert Todd of Shady Side; one sister, Dale Brighton of Wenatchee, Wash.; and five grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Clair Shoff.
Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, where services will be at 1 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Maryland Veterans cemetery in Crownsville.
Willie Wright
Willie Nell Wright, 60, a resident of Annapolis since age 12, died Sept. 28, 2002 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after an extended illness.
Born March 12, 1942, in Mosheim, Tenn., Ms. Wright was a homemaker. She belonged to the Chesapeake Christian Fellowship in Edgewater.
Her interests included attending church, playing bingo and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are three brothers, Roy and Terry Wright of Annapolis and James Wright of Mars Hill, N.C.; and one sister, Gertrude Hupp of Annapolis.
She was the daughter of the late Rev. Zeb and Lillian Wright and the sister of the late Helen Mowell and Nancy James.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at a location to be announced. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Mary Thomas
A memorial service for Mary Frances Neil Thomas, 61, of Annapolis, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, Duke of Gloucester and Conduit streets.
Mrs. Thomas died Sept. 18, 2002 at her home.
Maureen Callahan
Maureen Patricia Callahan, 70, a resident of Arnold for 30 years, died of cancer Sept. 30, 2002 at the Chesapeake Hospice House in Linthicum after a two-year illness.
Mrs. Callahan was born March 7, 1932, in The Bronx, N.Y. She worked at Tower Federal Credit Unit in Fort Meade, before joining Chesapeake Benefits, a local insurance company, as program manager of its international health insurance program.
She was instrumental in its development, providing foreign nationals from around the world with insurance while posted in this country on short-term assignments. Her work inspired embassies to call her directly for short term insurance needs.
She was a volunteer counselor, treasurer and board member of Birthright of Annapolis and Glen Burnie for nearly 20 years. She also served on the parish council at St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church. She was an avid reader.
Surviving are five sons, Jeff Callahan of Freehold, N.J., James Callahan of Atlanta, Ga., Kevin Callahan of Charles Town, W.Va., David Callahan of Chester and Terrence Callahan of Germany; 14 grandchildren; her sister, Noreen Mahoney of Upper Nyack, N.Y.; her brother, Danny Mahoney of Catskills, N.Y.; and her former husband, John Callahan of Pasadena.
Visitation is from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. A funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church, 701 College Parkway, near Cape St. Claire.

Sherry Carroll
Sherry Lee Carroll, 54, of Ocean City and formerly of Crownsville and Kent Island, died Sept. 28, 2002 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. The cause of death was not available.
Mrs. Carroll was born in Washington, D.C., on May 3, 1948, the daughter of James W. and S. Jane Hoagland of Ocean City.
She was formerly employed as a real estate agent in the Annapolis area for more than 20 years. At the time of her death she was employed by the Princess Royal Hotel in Ocean City as manager of sales and catering.
Her husband, Joel A. Carroll, died Aug. 8, 1998.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Samantha M. Carroll of Ocean City; and three brothers, James C. Hoagland of Tampa, Fla., Steven M. Hoagland of Columbia and Timothy D. Hoagland of Bradenton, Fla.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at noon Friday at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Baltimore Avenue and Talbot Street in Ocean City. Arrangements are by Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury.

El-Bernyece Glenn
El-Bernyece "LB" Glenn, 60, of Annapolis, died of heart failure Sept. 30, 2002 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Mrs. Glenn was born May 29, 1942, in Annapolis, and attended the former Stanton Elementary School and Wiley H. Bates High School.
She worked for the Annapolis Housing Authority. She was president of the Eldorados Drum and Bugle Corp.
Her husband, Louis McGowan III, died in July 2000.
Surviving are her husband, Roger Glenn of Las Vegas, Nev.; two sons, Amado McGowan of Baltimore and Antwon McGowan of Severn; one daughter, Shavonne Glenn of Annapolis; her parents, Vera Simms Sellers of Annapolis and Willie Germany of Chattanooga, Tenn.; her stepfather, Cleveland Sellers of Annapolis; four brothers, Joseph McGowan, Otto Thorpe and Kirk and Cleveland Sellers, and three sisters, Jennifer and Renee Sellers and Valerie Jones, all of Annapolis; and seven grandchildren.
Viewing will begin at 9 a.m. with the Christian wake at 10 a.m. and funeral at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Mount Moriah A.M.E. Church, 2204 Bay Ridge Ave. Burial will be in Bestgate Cemetery. Arrangements are by Reese and Sons Mortuary.
Carlos Gross
Carlos Douglas Gross, 58, a 28-year resident of Crownsville, died Oct. 1, 2002 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Gross was born Aug. 23, 1944, in Gambrills. He was self-employed, and his interests were fishing, boxing and Nascar. He was a former resident of Raven, Va.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon L. Gross; two sons, Carlos Gross Jr. of Harwood and Charles Gross of Preston in Caroline County; a daughter, Carneila "Sissy" Gross of Crownsville; two brothers, James G. Gross of Crownsville and Daniel G. Gross of Pasadena; and four sisters, Charlotte Telmanoski of Elkton, Dena Anthony of Baltimore, Sandy Wiley of Nokomis, Fla., and Angela Dipietrantio of Newport, N.C.; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Hardesty Funeral Home, 12 Ridgely Ave., where services will be at 1 p.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Carolyn Holt
Carolyn Odalia "Molly" Holt, 54, of Lothian, died of breast cancer Sept 27, 2002 at her home after a two-year illness.
Ms. Holt was born April 20, 1948, in Drury and graduated from the former Wiley H. Bates High School in 1966. She worked from 1982 to 2000 at the Giant Food corporate office.
She was a member of Sollers United Methodist Church and enjoyed reading, fashions and travel.
In 1980 she married
Thomas Russell of Fort Washington. The couple later was divorced.
Surviving are one son, Keith Darnell Brown of Laurel; her mother, Susan Holt of Lothian; two brothers, Calvin S. Holt Jr. of Lothian and Wayne E. Holt of Upper Marlboro; two sisters, Dorothea H. Smith of Waldorf and Susan A. Freeland of Lothian; and her companion, Donald M. Mosley of Jessup.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. tomorrow at Sollers United Methodist Church, 1219 Wrighton Road, Lothian, where a Christian wake will be at 7 p.m. and services will be at 10 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Moses cemetery in Drury. Arrangements are by Reese and Sons Mortuary.
