BOONSBORO - Albert Francis Draper, 63, of 18317 Manor Church Road, who died Saturday, Nov. 30, 1996, was preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Draper; and a brother, Earl Draper.
Clarence E. Heintzelman
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Clarence E. "Cork" Heintzelman, 57, of 44 W. 4th St., died Saturday, Nov. 30, 1996, at Williamsport Hospital in Williamsport, Pa.
Born Aug. 24, 1939, in Lewistown, Pa., he was the son of the late Mary L. Varner Heintzelman.
He was employed as a carpenter with Carpenters Union 340 for more than 22 years.
In addition to the union, he was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles, Eagles Club Inc., a social member of American Legion Joe Stickle Post 15, and a member of Cumberland Valley Country Western Dance Association, Hagerstown Country and Western Dance Association, Wednesday Sunshine Trail Bowling League and Friday Nite Owl Bowling League.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Heintzelman, whom he married Aug. 21, 1986; three daughters, Rhonda Lynn Pensinger of Nashville, Tenn., Vicki Lee Gontz of Chambersburg, and Brandy K. Liddy of Waynesboro; three sisters, Rose Crilley of Zullinger, Pa., Rebecca Bigham of Gettysburg, Pa., and Marbelle Staley of Chambersburg; one brother, Richard Heintzelman of Chambersburg; and two granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Cullison; and one grandson.
Services will be held today at 1 p.m. at Snyder-Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc., corner of South Church and West Second streets, Waynesboro. The Rev. Wilbur Besecker will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant United Brethren in Christ Cemetery in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be private.

Leona G. Pike
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Leona G. Pike, 81, of 645 Stanley Ave., died Monday, Dec. 2, 1996, at University Hospital/Hershey Medical Center, Derry Township, Pa.
Born June 15, 1915, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Bertha M. Shank Meredith.
Her husband, Clyde M. Pike, died in 1974.
She was a 1933 graduate of Chambersburg High School.
She assisted her daughter in the operation of Copper Kettle Restaurant in Chambersburg.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Chambersburg.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna R. Horner and Deborah A. Mellott, both of Chambersburg; one sister, Merbuda L. Keebaugh of Newville, Pa.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Neal O. Hively will officiate. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery in St. Thomas, Pa.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Mabel V. Kackley
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Mabel Virginia Kackley, 89, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Dec. 2, 1996, at City Hospital.
Born June 2, 1907, in Jefferson County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Virgie Smallwood Penwell.
Her husband, Vernon C. Kackley, preceded her in death.
She was a member of Church of Christ Northside.
She is survived by two daughters, Stella M. Mongan and Bernice L. Johnson, both of Martinsburg; two sons, Vernon L. Kackley and Cletus C. Kackley, both of Martinsburg; one sister, Velvie Ott of Delta, Colo.; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Hilda Mae Kackley; one son, John Bruce Kackley; three sisters, Pauline Cooper, Elsie Boswell and Naomi Jacklin; three brothers, Rufus Penwell, Earl Penwell and Charles Penwell; and two grandsons.
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. The Rev. Eddie H. Edmonds and the Rev. Edward E. Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Walter Y. Dost
LANGHORNE, Pa. - Walter Y. Dost, 79, a resident of Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of Bensalem, Pa., and Fort Littleton, Pa., died Sunday, Dec. 1, 1996, at the nursing center.
Born Jan. 30, 1917, in Churchville, Bucks County, Pa., he was the son of the late Harry A. and Helen Yerkes Dost.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nessie Barclay Dost, in 1992.
He retired in 1975 as an electrician from Rohm and Haas, Bristol, Pa., after 36 years of service.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was a former member of Hustontown Area Senior Citizens. He was a member of Newport Fire Co., Bensalem, for a number of years; and Retirees Club of Rohm and Haas.
He is survived by three daughters, Nancy E. Nahm and Patricia L. Dost, both of Levittown, Pa., and Judith A. Austin of Bensalem; one son, David W. Dost of Fallon, Nev.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by one sister and one grandson.
Services will be Thursday at noon at M.R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown. Pastor David Arnold will officiate. Burial will be in Old Methodist Cemetery, Three Springs, Pa.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon.

William E. Morris
HANCOCK - William E. Morris, 67, of Washington Street, died Sunday, Dec. 1, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Sept. 13, 1929, in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of the late Wilbert and Lillie Snow Shifflett Morris.
He retired in 1984 from U.S. Silica in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., after 38 years of service.
A veteran of the Korean War, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was a life member and past commander of the Webster B. Harrison Post 26 American Legion, Hancock, where he was post adjutant for 28 years; life member of VFW Post 10502, Hancock; and a member of 40 and 8 Voiture Post 651, Hagerstown.
He is survived by his wife, Delores J. Shoemaker Morris, whom he married on Aug. 3, 1946; two foster daughters, Sharon Hendershot and Deborah Reed, both of Hancock; one foster son, Jeremy Reed, at home; nieces and nephews; and two foster grandsons.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Franklin Snow.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 141 W. Main St., Hancock. The Rev. Robert D. Smith Sr. will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, where full military graveside services will be conducted by Webster B. Harrison Post 26 American Legion and 40 and 8 Voiture Post 651.

John H. Atherton
MERCERSBURG, Pa. - John H. Atherton, 87, of 9938 Reeder Road, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 1996, at Waynesboro Hospital, Waynesboro, Pa.
Born Dec. 20, 1908, near Mercersburg, he was the son of the late Beaver and Nancy Rasp Atherton.
A life-long construction worker, he was last employed by Mico Corp. of Chambersburg.
He was a member of Maple Grove Church of God in Mercersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Harnish Atherton; two daughters, Connie Hornbaker of Mercersburg, and Kay Funk of Waynesboro; two sisters, Annie Cowan and Grace Guyer, both of Mercersburg; two brothers, Abram Atherton and Donald Atherton, both of Mercersburg; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters; and two brothers.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home, 47 N. Park Ave., Mercersburg. The Rev. James A. Dodge will officiate. Burial will be in Meyers Cemetery near Mercersburg.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Charles E. Love
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Charles E. "Charlie" Love, 73, of 120 Greenleaf Road, and formerly of Kaneohe, Hawaii, died Monday, Dec. 2, 1996, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Sept. 14, 1923, in Indian Head, Md., he was the son of the late Charles E. Sr. and Mary O. Ferris Love.
He was a 1940 graduate of Lackey High School in Indian Head.
He was a safety and security officer at Naval Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, retiring in 1980 after 40 years of service.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving with the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of Solomon's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg.
He was past exalted ruler of Elks Lodge 2230 in Kailua, Hawaii; life member of Henry Knox Field Lodge 349 A.F.&A.M. in Alexandria, Va., National Association of Retired Federal Employees, Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 Veterans of Foreign Wars in Chambersburg, and American Legion Post 109 in Mechanicsburg, Pa.; and a member of AMVETs Post 224 in Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Annabelle E. McLaughlin Love, whom he married Aug. 9, 1958; two sons, Charles E. Love II of Alexandria, and George L. Love of Chambersburg; and one sister, Betty Jenkins of Viewtown, Va.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Todd.
Services will be held Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Michael E. Allwein will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg, with military graveside services conducted by Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 V.F.W.
