TOMAHAWK, W.Va. - Bertha M. Coffinbarger, 92, of Tomahawk, died Monday, March 17, 1997, at Heartland Nursing Home.
Services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va.
The Rev. Robert McCarter will officiate.
Burial will be in Tomahawk Cemetery.

OTTER ROCK, Ore. - Graveside services for Harry Hopkins Byrer Jr., 82, of Otter Rock, who died May 5, 1996, in Pacific Communities Hospital, Newport, Ore., will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Rosedale Cemetery.

MARLOWE, W.Va. - Mary Jane Jordan, 70, of Marlowe, died Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery in Marlowe.

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - Jesse J. Stine II, 33, of 324 Airport Road, died Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at his home as a result of a house fire.
Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg.
The Rev. Albert E. Cox will officiate.
Burial will be in Cleversburg Cemetery, Southampton Township, Pa.
Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Howard Turner Knipe, 80, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
The Rev. John V. DiBacco Jr. will be celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Martinsburg.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
A vigil service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
The family will meet at the funeral home Friday at 10 a.m. before going to the church.
Alma D. Heavner
Alma Devora Heavner, 71, of 17324 Ontario Drive, Hagerstown, died Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Sept. 27, 1925, in Chaneysville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Raymond P. and Mary Miller Redinger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl William Heavner, in 1989.
She retired from E.J. Fennel Co.
She was a member of Evangel Assembly of God.
She is survived by three sons, Larry D. Heavner of Williamsport, Brian D. Heavner of Hagerstown, and Michael T. Heavner, at home; four sisters, Fern Mock of Hollidaysburg, Pa., Mary Bussard of Six Mile Run, Pa., Iva Day of Short Gap, W.Va., and Rynthia Dow Edwards of Chaneysville; one brother, Clifford Redinger of Hollidaysburg; and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Roger Heavner and four brothers, Holbert Redinger, Roy Redinger, John Redinger and Earl Redinger.
Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown.
The Rev. Raymond J. Barger Jr. will officiate.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Helen L. Youngblood
Helen Loraine Youngblood, 48, of 1013 H Noland Drive, Hagerstown, who died Tuesday, March 18, 1997, was born Dec. 18, 1948.
She was employed by Pocket Change, Valley Mall, Hagerstown.
She was a Chapter 1 volunteer at Bester Elementary School.
She is survived by her maternal grandmother, Helen M. Young of Greencastle, Pa.
Paul R. Lydic
GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Paul R. Lydic, 81, of 6724 Guitner Road, died Wednesday, March 19, 1997, at Waynesboro Hospital, Waynesboro, Pa.
Born Sept. 26, 1915, in Antrim Township, Pa., he was the son of the late H. Steele and Bessie Skiles Lydic.
His wife, Pearl M. Chamberlain Lydic, died in 1994.
He was a lifelong farmer, farming at his home on Williamson Road and then on Guitner Road.
Early in life, he worked at the former Fairchild Aircraft in Hagerstown.
He was a member of Seventh-day Adventist Church of Waynesboro.
He also was a member of Pennsylvania Farmers Association and Pennsylvania Poultry Association.
He is survived by his daughter, Renee A. Rife, of Greencastle, with whom he resided; one brother, Norman E. Lydic Sr. of Greencastle; and two grandchildren, Ariane Rife and Bradley Rife, both of Greencastle.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mae Bartola; and three brothers, Ralph Lydic, Floyd Lydic and Frank Lydic.
Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle.
Gary Quackenbos, pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Mercersburg, Pa.
