ALTHEA E. MUNSON
SPRINGFIELD- Althea E. Munson, 64, wife of Norman Munson, died Oct. 7, 2003, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born in Lincoln, Jan. 4, 1939, the daughter of Richard and Thelma (Jones) Thibodeau. She loved to knit and raise her garden. She also loved fishing and bird hunting.
In addition to her husband, Norman, of Springfield, she is survived by three brothers, Richard Thibodeau of Lincoln, Barney Thibodeau of Portland and Linus Thibodeau of Lewiston; two sisters, Evelyn Osnoe of Burlington and Myra Dobson of Lincoln; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Teddy and cat, Betsy. She was predeceased by two brothers, Carlton and Val Thibodeau.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct.10, 2003 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lee with the Rev. Mitch Bickford officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to help with expenses may be sent to Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln, ME 04457.

PITTSFIELD-Carl L Munson, 63, died July 30, 2003 at his home is Pittsfield. He was born in Bangor, February 1, 1940 the son of Raymond T. and Helen F. (Cole) Munson.
He is survived by his wife, Edith (Fisher) Munson of Pittsfield; a daughter, Deborah Fuller and her husband Ed of Troy; a son Danny Munson and his wife Melissa of Gilford, CT.; seven grandchildren, David, Jeremy, Olivia, Emma, Max, Eddie and Samantha; one great grandchild, Isaac; five brothers, Fred, John, Charles, Norman and Avon; three sisters, Lois Thibodeau, Joyce Thibodeau and Marjorie Worster; two loving friends, Glenn and Coreen McAlpine.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 1, 2003 at the Springfield Village Cemetery, Springfield, Connecticut, he is survived by six children, Belinda, and her husband Terry Libby of Winn, Dwight Peters, and his wife, Sherry of Winn, Wayne Peters, and his wife Lynn of Mattawamkeag, Randy Peters, and his friend, Sue Gantnier of Winn, Janice, and her husband Robert L. Coburn of Winn, Bruce Peters, and his wife Beth of Mattawamkeag, 14 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren whom he loved very much; two sisters, Vergie and her husband John Yates, and Mary, and her husband Merle Jamieson, and one brother, Eldon Brown, all of Maine, Sept 5, 1977, he was the son of Janelle Burgoyne and Thomas D. Preble. Tom graduated from Penobscot Valley High School in 1996, and then attended the University of North Carolina, uncle and aunt, Craig Maclean and Michelle Burgoyne of St. Cloud, Minn., aunt, Jana Burgoyne of Skowhegan, uncle and aunt, Orland and Suzanne Shorey of Burlington, uncle and aunt, Ralph and Ellen Thurlow of Lowell, Uncle Peter Preble of Portland, aunt and uncle, Preston and his wife Lydia of Danforth and Donald Preston and Rhonda Preston; one sister, Harriett McKinney of Bangor and five great grandchildren, Seth Preston, Eric Preston, Nicholas Preston, Nathaniel Sixberry and Cindy Shane. In addition to her husband she is predeceased by one grandchild, Reginald Preston; seven brothers and 3 sisters.
Friends may call from 4-6:00 p.m., Saturday, February 21, 2004 at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Stephen Waite officiating. Spring intermenty will be in the Wytopitlock Cemetery. Those who wish may donate in Myrtle's memory to the charity of their choice.
CLAIRE F. RAYMOND
WEBSTER, PLT. - Claire F. Raymond, 72, wife of the late Clayton Raymond, died Dec. 22, 2003, at a Milllinocket hospital. She was born Jan. 1, 1931, on Cape Cod, Mass., the daughter of Elmer and Sarah Louise (Lee) Langille. Claire worked for many years with her husband, Clayton, at the Springfield Fair. She enjoyed cooking and being with her grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Danl Raymond and his wife Vanessa; two daughters, Cindi Gauldin and her friend Douglas Moores and Susan Dearborn and her husband Everett, Jr. all of Webster; a brother, Leonard Langille of Pa., a sister, Evon Holmes of Costigan; eight grandchildren, Lisa M. Porter and her husband Matthew Porter, II, of Green land, NH, Wayne Osborne, Barbra Dearborn, Cara Dearborn, Jessica Dearborn, Terry Raymond, Chance Raymond and Jacob Raymond all of Webster; two great-grandchildren, Kyle Fletcher and Matthew Porter, III both of Green land, NH; several nieces and nephews.

CLAYTON WILSON RAYMOND
Webster Plt.- Clayton Wilson Raymond, 71, husband of Claire (Langille) Raymond, died October 21, 2003 at a Lincoln hospital. He was born in Plymouth, Mass., October 28, 1931, the son of James Henry and Madeline D. (Medara) Raymond. Clayton enjoyed farming, horses and his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife of 47 years, Claire, of Webster Plt., he is survived by a son Danl Raymond and his wife Vanessa; two daughters, Cindi Gauldin and her friend Douglas Moores and Susan Dearborn and her husband Everett, Jr. all of Webster; a brother, James Raymond, Jr., of Mass; two sisters, Caroline Carrig and Sharon Ivey of Spain; eight grandchildren, Lisa M. Porter and her husband Matthew Porter, II, of Green land, NH, Wayne Osborne, Barbra Dearborn, Cara Dearborn, Jessica Dearborn, Terry Raymond, Chance Raymond and Jacob Raymond all of Webster; two great-grandchildren, Kyle Fletcher and Matthew Porter, III both of Green land, NH; several nieces and nephews. He also leaves a special friend, Horace McVicar. He was predeceased by a brother, William Raymond.

THELMA RICHARDS
LINCOLN-Thelma Richards, 84, wife of the late Fred Richards, died Oct 7, 2003 at a Lincoln hospital. She was born in Wytopitlock, June 17, 1919, the daughter of Ora and Laura (Butters) Collier. Thelma was a member of the American Legion Aux.
She is survived by one son, Peter Richards and his wife Beverly of Lincoln; one daughter, Sally Delano of Clearwater, FL; four grandchildren, Lisa MacLeod and her husband John, Jimmy Richards and his wife Tammy, Chris Delano and his wife Tammy, and Joby Delano and Annette; six great grandchildren, MacKenzie MacLeod, Alicia MacLeod, Nicole Richards, Matthew Richards, Jack Delano and Hunter Delano; two sisters, Viola Hawkins and Florentine Whittier and her husband Alfred, all of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband Fred, she was predeceased by a brother Lawrence Collier.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 9, 2003 at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home with the Rev. Darrell Joiner officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Those who wish may donate in her memory to Maine Medical Center for the excellent care they received.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln, with the Rev. Ralph Jacobs officiating. Spring intermenty will be in Millinocket Cemetery.
TRUDY RUDGE
MEDWAY - Trudy Rudge, 58, wife of Henry Rudge, died July 14, 2003, at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Millinocket, Aug. 2, 1944, the daughter of Francis and Barbara (Seymour) Burleigh. In addition to her husband, Henry, she is survived by six children, Clayton Rudge and Jane of Millinocket, Henry Rudge, Jr. and Karen of Hermon, Cindy Cook and William of East Millinocket, Timothy Rudge and Nicole Martin of Medway, Torrey Rudge of Hermon and Robin Rudge of East Millinocket; seven grandchildren, Chance, Amber, Lacey, Chad, Kyle, Matthew and Garrett; three siblings, Diana Swinson of Maple Hill, Iowa. He will be sadly missed by his niece, Geraldine Wurzell and special buddies, Dean Cummings and cat Felix. He also leaves many nieces, nephews and Godchildren. He was predeceased by brothers, Wilford, Louis, Adelard and Gerald and a sister, Jeanette Bouchard.
Friends and family may call from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug 20, 2003, at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug 21, 2003, at St Leo Catholic Church, with the Rev. Andre Houle presiding. Interment will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Enfield. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate in his memory to either the Diabetes Foundation or the Heart Association. Donations may be left at the funeral home.
VIRGINIA R. SAUCIER
BANGOR - Virginia R. Saucier, 75, wife of the late Armand Saucier, died Sept. 10, 2003, at a Bangor hospital.She was born in Passadumkeag, Feb. 9, 1928, the daughter of Edgar G.S. Mace and Doris (White) Mace. Virginia worked at various occupations during her lifetime. She loved to make jams and loved to cook, and was always doing things for others. She dedicated her life to her children and her grandchildren. She loved politics and was always keeping her family straight politically. She loved watching ball games, especially the Atlanta Braves and the Boston Red Sox. During ball season, she had every TV in the house on, so she could keep track of all the games that were on at the same time. She was a beautiful writer.
In addition to her husband, who died in December of 1976, she was predeceased by a brother, Gordon Mace. She is survived by four daughters, Rae Labbe and Dick of Leeds, Lynn Fish and Jeff of Howland, Sue Dorr and Paul of Deer Isle and Terri Thibodeau and Jean of West Enfield; 15 grandchildren, Mike, Scott, Dana, Nicole, Derek, Dale, John, Jodi, Matthew, Ryan, Brandi, Darren, Brad, Shaun, and Brandyn; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother, Edgar Mace and Daphene of Hampden; two sisters, Joan Crosby and Fred of Passadumkeag and Jean Robinson and Gary of Milo; several nieces and nephews. She also leaves a longtime special friend, Judith Fox.

Richard McLaughlin of St. John's Catholic Church, Bangor, presiding. Interment will be in West Enfield Cemetery.
