Mr. Bleicher passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 22, 1999 in Ft. Meyers, Florida. Age 79 years. He was born August 19, 1919 in Cheboygan, MI. He was a life member of the B.P.O.E., D.A.V., served with the U.S. Air Force during WWII as a Captain-Bomber Pilot and received a Purple Heart. He was a member of I.B.E.W. #692 from 1941 to 1985, owned and operated General Mechanical Services and was a former realtor. He is survived by his loving companion of twenty years, Joann Escott; one daughter, Karen Lee of Spokane, WA; two sons: Charles J. (Tamera) Bleicher III of Essexville and Brian (Janine) Bleicher of Bay City; two grandchildren: Brenna and Devin Bleicher; one sister and brother- in-law, Carol (Edward) Kuligowski of Bay City; one brother and two sisters-in-law: Francis and Chickie Bleicher of Bay City and Louella Bleicher of Flint; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Cecelia Reardon in 1976; his parents, Sarah and Charles R. Bleicher Sr. and two brothers, Joseph Bleicher and (Jean) Melford Bleicher. Funeral Services will take place Saturday, February 27, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Sr. Mary Epple with intermenty following in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery under the auspicies of the Bay County Veterans Council. Louise went to meet her Savior in Heaven on Wednesday morning, February 24, 1999 at her residence. Age 91 years. The daughter of the late Edward and Ida (Hoene) Frank was born August 18, 1907 in Toledo, Ohio, living in Bay City for most of her life. She was retired from the Prestolite Corporation after 43 years of service and was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are a niece, Suzanne (Hector) McKinnon and a great- niece; Penny (David) Story both of Bay City. She was predeceased by a sister, Olga Sielski. Funeral and Committal Service will take place at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 27, 1999 at the Ambrose Funeral Home. Rev. Ronald M. Mr. Lyons, age 70, passed away February 20, 1999 at Saginaw St. Mary's Hospital following a brief illness. He was born in Straton, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his children, Barbara Malloy of Pennsylvania, Michael Lyons, Gordon Lyons, and Christopher Lyons, all of Bay City; eight grandchildren. Francis J. "Fritz" Taylor, age 70 years, died Tuesday evening, February 23, 1999 in Bay Medical Center. He was born to Charles and Blanche (Wisniewski) Taylor on March 24, 1928 in Bay City, where he resided most of his life. Fritz was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving our country in the U.S. Army. He was employed with Consumers Power Company for thirty-seven years, retiring in 1992. Fritz was a member of St. Joseph Parish and former member of its Ushers Club, as well as the V.F.W. Post #7058. On June 2, 1956, he married Georgia A. Ringwelski, and she survives him, along with two daughters: Francine M. Taylor of Mountain View, CA and Jennifer H. (Brian M.) Card of Saginaw; two grandchildren: Andrew Francis and Julia Ann; three sisters and two brothers; Helen (Joseph) Swantek of Bay City, Pat Lillibridge of Essexville, Blanche (Charles) Wanless of Bay City, Louis Taylor of Essexville, and Charles (Margaret) Taylor of Bay City; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Lula Gentle. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Saturday, February 27, 1999 at 10:00 A.M. in the St. Joseph Church. Fritz will lie in state in church Saturday after 9:00 A.M. Rev. Raymond S. Fron will preside and intermenty will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, with Military Rites by the Bay County Veterans Council. In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jospeh Sesquicentennial (150 years) Anniversary Fund or the Humane Society of Bay County. Gloria Kay Craig, age 47, residing on Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN passed away at 11:15 A.M. Wednesday, February 24, 1999 in her home. She was born March 29, 1951 in Bay City, Michigan to Ralph & Doris Gies Bornemann and has lived in South Bend since 1978 coming from Bay City. She was a member of South Bend Area Genealogical Society and Michiana Quilt Guild. On June 29, 1982 in South Bend, she married Eric A. Craig. He survives her. Also surviving is a daughter, Melanie Jefferson of LaPorte, IN; two grandchildren, Falcon Jefferson and Gunner Cowgill both of LaPorte; her father Ralph Bornemann of Bay City; a sister, Connie Wakefield of Prescott, MI; and three brothers: Terry Bornemann of Bellingham, WA, Rick Bornemann of Bay City, MI and Rob Bornemann of Auke Bay, AL. Tommy died Tuesday evening, February 23, 1999 in Inova Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, VA. Age 16 years. He was born August 25, 1982 in Bay City where he lived for most of his life. While living in Owosso, Tommy attended Owosso High School and was presently attending Garber High School in Essexville. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Surviving are his mother, Geri Zielinski and fiance', Mark Heckmott of Bay City and his father, Thomas J. Zielinski of Pinconning; One sister and two brothers: Daniel Biskupski and wife Kristen of Bay City; Lisa Biskupski and fiance' Robert Pangborn III of Owosso; Eric Zielinski and wife Kelly of Bridgeport, MI; three nieces: Jessica, Payten and Paige. Also his grandparents, Edward J. and Delores Murray of Bay City and Edward J.
