Kawkawlin, Georgianne "Jan" Chosay and special friend, Mike Koselansky of Kawkawlin and Laura (Randy) Roth of Auburn; 13 grandchildren: Dan, Jamie, Janice, Nicholas, Tina, Marian, Joshua, Emily, Keith, Jessica, Sarah, Adam and Andrea; four great-grandchildren: Krystly, Ashly, Michael and Cody; five sisters: Elizabeth "Sal" Dixon of Kawkawlin, Betty Brisette, Katheryn Weaver, Mary Weaver and Rose Chosay, all of Bay City. He was predeceased by five brothers and sisters: Michael Chosay, Margaret Rotarius, Delia Dallas, Loretta Ramey and John Chosay. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2000 at 2:00 P.M. from St. Alban's Episcopal Church with Rev. Charles Curtis presiding. Burial in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Rivertown Funeral Chapel on Thursday from 7-9 P.M. and on Friday from 1-9 P.M. with a VFW Memorial Service to be held at 7:30 P.M. On Saturday, Mr. Chosay will lie in state at the church from 1 P.M. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials for the St. Alban's Wheelchair Lift Fund. Rivertown Funeral Chapel 209 S. Huron Road Kawkawlin, Florida formerly of Bay City, Florida, died January 23, 2000. She was born June 6, 1902 in Poland and retired to the Charlotte County area in 1971 from Bay City, MI where she owned and operated Colonial Gift Shop from 1941 to 1971. She was a member of Unity Church of Peace in North Port, FL. Survivors include a daughter, Dolores L. Geist of Punta Gorda; a brother, Theodore Neibert of Dearborn, MI; eight nephews and six nieces. Arrangements are incomplete; inurnment will be local. Roberson Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Charlotte Chapel, is in charge. Cheryl Sue Harley lost her fight to cancer and went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 9, 2000. Age 42 years. She was born April 3, 1957 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, she was formerly employed at the Best Western Hotel on Bay Road, and was an avid bingo player - G 57. She is survived by five brothers and one sister: Earl (Karen) Roup, William (Connie) Roup, Helen Byers and her fiance', James Rae, Bruce Roupe and his fiancee', Joan Davis and Kirk (Karee) Roupe; her special dear friend-sister, Mary Kelmar and the Kelmar family; many dear nieces, nephews; the Lyddy family; all of her special friends; and her D.A.V. Bingo Buddies. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gary, July 30, 1992, her mother and father, Esther and Ellsworth Roupe and one sister, Karen Roupe. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, February 14, 2000 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. James G. Heller with the Rite of Committal following in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Saturday from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. and Sunday from 1:00 to 9:00 P.M. The Parish Vigil Service will take place Sunday evening at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home. Mrs. Harley will be taken to the church on Monday to lie in state from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services.
