The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 1301 E. Grand River Ave., Portland. Richard E. Clark, 66, of Las Vegas, Nevada formerly of Ionia passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2003 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born April 16, 1936 in Ionia. He married Darlene (Ward) Clark from Saranac in 1953. Dick worked for the Ionia County Road Commission before moving out of state and becoming a boilermaker, a trade at which he earned the respect of his colleagues and he excelled.
