She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Stan Blair of Rochester Hills; grandchildren, Steven and Estela Ferrand, Stacie and Jonathan Watters, Samuel Blair, Seth Blair; great-grandchildren, Miranda and Marco Ferrand.
Interment at Nusach H’Ari Cemetery. ALEKSANDRA EYBER, 89, of Southfield, died Jan. 13.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Boris and Adelya Flisfeyder of Southfield; grandchildren, Oleg and Olga Sadykhov; great-grandchildren, Tim Sadykhov, Ilya Sadykhov. Mrs. Eyber was the beloved wife of the late Mikhail.

HENRY G. LEEDS, 78, of West Bloomfield, died Jan. 13.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Rita Leeds; son and daughter-in-law, Neal and Janet Leeds of Ann Arbor; daughters and son-in-law, Mindy Leeds of Maplewood, N.J., Dawn Reeves of Pontiac, Michelle and James Swanson of Fredericksburg, Va.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lyle and Sylvia Leeds of Dallas, Calif., Esther Bernhardt of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; grandchildren, Krista Leeds, James Swanson III, Elizabeth Swanson.

ROSE MEYERSON, 104, former Detroiter of Tucson, Ariz., died Jan. 13.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Irving and Lee Meyerson of Oak Park, Leon and Betty Meyerson of Tucson; grandchildren, Marilyn Meyerson, Rosanne and Barry Miller, Sandra Meyerson, Joel Meyerson of Virginia, Ronald and Hannah Meyerson of Tucson; seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. She was the beloved wife of the late Sam Meyerson; loving mother of the late Ben and Sarah Meyerson.

ROSE SUPNICK PRUSSACK, 98, of West Bloomfield, died Jan. 13. She was a women’s clothing executive.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Thelma Prussack of West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Larry and Miriam Prussack, Nancy and David Taub, Robert Friedman, Jonathan and Hillary Friedman; great-grandchildren, Jeffrey and Andrew Prussack, Michael and Jacqui Taub; sister, Mildred Brecker. Mrs. Prussack was the beloved wife of the late Harry Prussack; loving mother of the late Sheila Friedman.
Interment in Texas; grandchildren, Haley and Madeline Robins, Emma and Blake Salesin. She was the beloved wife of the late Heinz Seiferheld; daughter of the late Ruth Guttman.
Interment at Beth Tefilo Emanuel Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Vivian and Heinz Seiferheld Memorial Fund at the Karmanos Cancer Institute, 110 E. Warren Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201-9987. Arrangements by the Dorfman Chapel.

Gordon, Beatrice
BEATRICE GORDON, 72, former Detroiter of San Diego, died Dec. 19. She was a graduate of Central High School and Wayne State University. Mrs. Gordon did much volunteer work with Hadassah and Women’s American ORT.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene; children, Howard Gordon of Fountain Valley, Texas; grandchildren, Joshua, Michael, David and Jenny; sister, Betty Ellias of West Bloomfield; brother and sister-in-law Jack and Norma Berman of Sherman. She was the beloved wife of the late Morris Levenstein. Interment at Machpelah Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

GOLDIE TALKOW, 88, of Southfield, died Oct. 6, 2002. She is survived by her nephews and nieces, William and Susie Engelman, Susan and Orin Ross; brother, Bobby Burnstein; many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Mrs. Talkow was the dear sister of the late Eve Engelman Abeloff, the late Isadore Burnstein and the late Hyman Burnstein. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery. FREDERICK (RICK) JAMES WOLPE, 59, former Detroiter of Scottsdale, Ariz., died Oct. 6, 2002. He is survived by his devoted wife, Linda (Marshak) Wolpe; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Kim Wolpe of Scottsdale; daughter, Randi Wolpe of Scottsdale; grandson, Arizona. Contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Disease & Related Disorders, 17220 W. 12 Mile Road, Suite 100, Southfield, MI 48076. ROSA GRUNFELD, 77, of Oak Park, died Oct. 5, 2002. She is survived by her sons, Saul Grunfeld of Oak Park, Jacob Grunfeld of Brooklyn; daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Boruch Portnoy of Brooklyn; grandchildren, Efraim Portnoy, Yosef Portnoy, Zev Portnoy, Shoshana Portnoy. Mrs. Grunfeld was the beloved wife of the late Fred Grunfeld. Interment at Har Hazaitim Cemetery in Israel. Arrangements by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

DR. CALVIN CHARLES KAY, 61, of Farmington Hills, died Oct. 4, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Maureen Kay; mother, Bessie Kay; daughter and son-in-law, Alisa and James King of Wake Forest, N.C.; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Laura Kay of West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Cameron Kay, Jeremy Kay. HAROLD J. KOTZEN, 80, of Novi, died Oct. 4, 2002. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Sharri and Ed Hauber of Delray Beach, Fla., Judy Kotzen and David Reich of Oak Park, Rhonda Kotzen and Jim McIntyre of Novi; grandchildren, Ari Kotzen-Reich, Avery and Elaine Kotzen McIntyre. He was the beloved husband of the late Pearl S. Kotzen. Services were held at Dorfman Chapel; interment at Waldheim Cemetery in Forest Park, Ill. RUTH KUSHNER, 70, of West Bloomfield, died Oct. 4, 2002. She was a past president of the Tri-County Braille Association, a member of Women’s American ORT, a past member of Hadassah and a volunteer with Service With Love. Mrs. Kushner is survived by her husband, Alvin Kushner; sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Synthia Kushner of Kalamazoo, Joel and Annettte Kushner of Wisconsin; grandchildren, Kelly, Jeff and Lucas Kushner, Jacob and Michael Kushner, Graham and Harrison Kushner, Stephanie Craig. She was the dear sister of the late Herbert Kaiser. Interment at Jewish Riverside Cemetery in Kalamazoo. Contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

HYMAN BROWN, 83, of Farmington Hills, died Oct. 3, 2002. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Pharmacy in 1940 and was a sergeant in the Army during World War II. He went on to become the owner-operator of Sam Brown Co. Mr. Brown was an active member of the Jewish War Veterans, Shriners, B’nai B’rith, Young Israel of Oak-Woods, Bar-Ilan University, Hadassah, Machon L’Torah, Yeshiva Beth Yehudah and Yehsivat Akiva. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Brown; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Larry and Helen Brown of Southfield; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Warren Silverman of Bloomfield Hills; grandchildren, Nathan, Jessica, Rachel, Tamar, Esther; brother-in-law, Melvin Moss of St. Cloud, Fla. Contributions may be made to Yeshiva Beth Yehudah, P.O. Box 2044, Southfield, MI 48037, Yeshivat Akiva, 21100 W. 12 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48076 or to a charity of one’s choice. RUTH COOPER, 74, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Detroit, died Oct. 3, 2002. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Sanford and Cynthia Lax of Huntington Woods, Howard and Joanne Lax of Southfield; daughter, Sherryl Lax of Southfield; grandchildren, David Michael Lax, Rebecca Carolynn Lax, Ari Michael Lax. DR. SIMON HARRISON, 89, of Southfield, died Oct. 3, 2002. Dr. Harrison was a dentist who was a member of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and the American Dental Association. He was also a captain in the Canadian Army and fought with the 8th Army, was a member of the Allied Jewish Campaign and a member of the Louis Marshall Lodge of B’nai B’rith. Dr. Harrison is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Gerald Harrison of Florida; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Molly Burnstein. He was the beloved husband of the late Betty Harrison; dear brother of the late Dr. Harry Harrison, the late Ben Harrison and the late Anna Harrison. Interment at Machpelah Cemetery. MARILYN GORDON HASNAS, 73, of West Bloomfield, died Oct. 3, 2002. She was a teacher and member of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. Mrs. Hasnas is survived by her husband, Eugene Hasnas; daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Robert Castelein of Petoskey; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Paula Gordon; grandchildren, Jeffrey Tratt, Scott Castelein and Taylor Gordon; sister and brother-in-law, Eileen and Gerald Granadier of Bloomfield Hills; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Joan Klafer. She was the wonderful daughter of the late Jean and the late William Klafer. Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.
