Emmanuel James Mehelas
age 77, of Farmington Hills, died July 29, 2004, at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Mr. Mehelas was born April 22, 1927, in Detroit. Mr. Mehelas was a graduate of St. Joseph High School in Detroit and U of D Mercy with a degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during WWII. Mr. Mehelas retired from Burroughs/Unisys after 31 years of service as a sales/marketing executive. He was a long time member of the Titian Club and past president of the St Regis Parish Council and Ushers Club. Mr. Mehelas enjoyed golf, Northern Michigan vacations, the Detroit Tigers and U of D Titan Basketball, but especially loved spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Mehelas is survived by his wife, Mary Lou and children, Thomas (Ann) M.D., Rosanne (Craig) Berry, Dianne, David, Julie (Shel) Levine and Marianne Mehelas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Michelle and Maria. Funeral from St. Regis Church, Lahser @ Lincoln, Bloomfield Hills, Monday 10am. Friends may visit at church beginning at 9:30am. Visitation at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (Between 14-15 Mile Rds.) Saturday 5-9pm and Sunday 3-9pm. Prayers Sunday 7pm. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit. John I. Perlich
age 90, of Waterford, died July 31, 2004, at Lourdes Nursing Home in Waterford. Mr. Perlich was born March 21, 1914 to John and Victoria (Dorich) Perlich in Pozega, Croatia. He graduated from Painsdale High School and went to work in the copper mines with his father in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He married Victoria Feira on June 5, 1941. Mr. Perlich served in the Navy during WWII. He was employed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and became a district manager in LaCrosse, Wisconsin in 1960. He and Victoria were members of Blessed Sacrament Church and the LaCrosse Country Club. They retired to Vero Beach, Florida in 1975, where they were members of St. Helen's Church and the Vero Beach Country Club. Mr. Perlich is survived by his children, Barbara (August) Bernhard, John J. (Helen) Perlich and Betsy (Bob) Moran, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and brother, Frank (Margaret) Perlich. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents and two sisters. Funeral Mass at St. Regis Church, Lincoln @ Lahser, Bloomfield Hills, Tuesday 10am. Friends may visit at church beginning at 9:15am. Entombment in St. Joseph's Mausoleum in the Catholic Cemetery in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Memorials appreciated to Lourdes Nursing Home, 2300 Watkins Lake Road., Waterford, MI 48328. Thelma Gunnels
age 90, died July 29, 2004 at Boulevard Hills Nursing Center, Rochester Hills. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert. Loving mother of Marie Phillips, Shelby Donathan, Gilbert, Jr. (Barbara), Glenn Allan (Joan), Jerry Lee (Vicky)and Pamela Sue (Dan) Davis. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren and brother, William Joseph Fequa. Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Rd. (Between 14-15 Mile Rds.) Milton G. "Mac" Montgomery
age 74, died at his home in Royal Oak, December 8, 2004. Mr. Montgomery was born November 30, 1930, in Detroit. Mr. Montgomery is survived by his wife, Mary, daughter, Nancy (Samuel) Raffa and son, David (Cheri) Montgomery. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Anthony, Caroline and Jonathan Raffa and Adeline, Mac and Carson Montgomery. Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Floyd J. Taggart
age 89, of Rochester Hills, died December 12, 2004, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac. Mr. Taggart was born November 2, 1915, in Detroit. Mr. Taggart is survived by his children, Patricia E. Burke, Daniel Taggart and Richard Taggart and several grandchildren. Arrangements entrusted to Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, 248-435-0660.

Jane D. Sheehan
age 85, of Dearborn, formerly of Birmingham, died December 5, 2004, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac. Mrs. Sheehan was born May 16, 1919, in Texas. She was a member of Oakland Hills Country Club. Mrs. Sheehan is survived by her daughter, Teri (John) Elwell,grandchildren, Krys, Randy and Collin, great grandchildren, Ken and Damon and sister-in-law, Rosemary Morgan. Mrs. Sheehan is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Sheehan and brother, Thomas DeCrow. Memorial service at Henry Ford Village in Dearborn, Monday, Decmeber 20th at 4pm. Richard A. Farrell
age 58, of Clawson, died December 7, 2004, at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Midland. Mr. Farrell was born March 23, 1946, in Highland Park, Michigan. Mr. Farrell graduated from Kimball High School in Royal Oak and worked at General Dynamics and retired from Supply side. Mr. Farrell is survived by his mother, Betty A. Farrell, wife, Karen, daughters, Sheryl L. (Pat) Franks, Susan M. (Mike) Mayowski and Shelly A. (Jason) Walker and step-daughter, Teri (Steve) Salwach. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Donna Cross, Christian Franks, Jonathan Walker and Jacob Mayowski and step-grandchildren, Tabatha, Bree, Steven, Dymie and Zoe Salwach, sister, Carol (Tom) DeVries and many nieces and nephews. Bernice A. Ketel
age 88, of Royal Oak, died December 9, 2004, at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Mrs. Ketel was born February 10, 1916, in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. A long time member of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, she was also a member of Priscillas Circle, an organization that provides luncheons and outings for senior citizens. Mrs. Ketel is survived by her husband of 58 years, William and children, William (Kathy), Melody (Michael) Lindverg and Chris (Kathy). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Timothy (Serena), Mike, Rachel, Keir and Caitlin. Funeral from Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2225 E. 14 Mile Road, Birmingham, Monday 11am. Stella D. Rogalski
age 85, of West Bloomfield, formerly of Livonia, died December 9, 2004, at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Mrs. Rogalski was born December 16, 1918, in Erie, Pennyslvania. Mrs. Rogalski is survived by her husband, Chester and sons, Raymond J. (Sandra) Rogal of Birmingham and Richard J. (Marjorie) Rogalski of Hanover, New Hampshire. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Carolyn Holba, David Rogal, William Rogal, Ryan Rogalski, Alex Rogalski, Devon Rogalski, Karen Rogal, Paul Rogal, Ken Lemanski and Brian Lemanski and sister, Theresa (Leo) Ignasiak, of Erie, Pennsylvania. age 83, of Beverly Hills, died March 8, 2005, at Providence Hospital in Southfield. Mr. Craft was born November 2, 1921, in Detroit. He was a life-long member of Multi-Lakes Conservation/Gun Association. Mr. Craft is survived by his brother, Fred W. “Bud” Craft, Jr., sister, Louise E. Craft, 4 nieces and 1 nephew. age 75, of Birmingham, died March 8, 2005, at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Mr. Conlon was born September 21, 1929, in Detroit. Mr. Conlon is survived by his wife, Mary Jane and children, John J. Conlon, Jr., Cathy (Perry) Adams and Michael (Marcia) Conlon. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah, Jack, Casey and Kelly and sisters, Mary Jane Berry and Carol Arens. Mr. Conlon is preceded in death by parents James and Blanche Conlon, grandson, Brent Conlon and brothers, Donald & Ray Conlon. Visitation at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N.
