Hyacinth E. Wilske
age 98, of Westland, died June 4, 2003. She is survived by her niece, Gertrude Dundon. Funeral from Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main, Plymouth, Saturday 12noon. Visitation Saturday 10am-12pm. Interment in Riverside Cemetery, Plymouth. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Sebastian Majer
age 82, of Plymouth, died June 4, 2003. He is survived by his children, Gerhard (Sara) of Canton, and Manfred (Candice) of Troy; and his grandchildren, Leslie (Scott) Wigginton, Johann Majer, L. Cpl. Christopher Majer, Andrew Majer, and Jeffrey Majer. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rosina. He was retired from Ford Motor Company, Ypsilanti Plant, where his title was Utility over Final Test Inspector. He came to Plymouth in 1956, from Germany. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Plymouth. He was a loving father and grandfather. Funeral from Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main, Plymouth, Monday 11am. Visitation Saturday 1-5pm and Sunday 1-5pm. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Frederick W. Morton
age 82, of Plymouth, died June 2, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; his children, Ann Brenner of Northville, and Joy (Richard) Donnellon of Northville; and his grandchildren, David, Susan, and Daniel Brenner. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Ruth. Mr. Morton retired from his job as an Instrument Technician from Michigan Consolidated Gas Company after 37 years of service. He came to the Detroit area in 1937 from Nottingham, England. He enjoyed being an active member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Livonia. He served in the United States Army in World War II. He was a handyman who enjoyed his family. He loved to travel and was a nature lover. His hobby was collecting toy trains. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 734-453-3333.

Clark S. Woolsey
age 77, of Canton, died June 4, 2003. He is survived by his daughter, Pamela McMichael; his son, Carl (Susan) Woolsey; his granddaughter, Jessica McMichael; and his sisters, Ella Mae Self, Jean Fleming, and Gladys (Robert) Denoyer. He is preceded in death by his wife, June. He was a resident of Canton for 45 years, and a former resident of Ypsilanti. He was a mechanic at A&L Parts in Ann Arbor, until his retirement in 1989. Prior to that, he had worked with his brother at Bob's Speedometer in Farmington Hills. He was a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church and a member of the Knights of Pythias. He was very active in his church. He served in the United States Navy. He loved woodworking and tinkering with cars. Funeral from St. Michael Lutheran Church, Saturday 12noon. Friends may visit at church beginning at 11am. Visitation at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main, Plymouth, Thursday 5-9pm and Friday 2-5pm and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Michael Lutheran Church.

Paula J. Ptaszynski
age 39, of Ocala, Florida, died May 12, 2003, in Ocala. She is survived by her mother, Olivia Ptaszynski; her siblings, Edward (Doreen) Ptaszynski, Mary Kinnaugh, and Joseph Ptaszynski; her nephews, Edward Folsom III and Paul Henry; and her great nieces and nephews, Julie, Jennifer, Karen, Jessica, Carl, Curtis, and Erin. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward J. Ptaszynski, Sr. Memorial service Saturday, June 7, 2pm at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main, Plymouth. Friends may visit at the funeral home beginning at 1pm. Memorials may be made to the American Foundation for AIDS Research.

Penny A. Keener age 43
of Walled Lake, January 24, 2003. Beloved Daughter of Edwin and the late Wilma Keener. Loving sister of Phillip (Kelly) Keener of Tennessee, and Dale (Kim) Keener of White Lake. Iva Lee Burcham
age 86, of Plymouth, died April 23, 2003, at her home. She is survived by her children, Betty A. VanKeuren and Jim (Gloria) Burcham; her daughter-in-law, Florence Burcham; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Zollie, and her son, Roger. Funeral Saturday 1pm at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main, Plymouth. Friends may visit Saturday 10am until time of service. Memorials may be made to the Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan or the Michigan Humane Society.

Betty L. Steinhebel
age 60, of Canton, died April 22, 2003, in Superior Twp. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John; her children, Jenny Steinhebel, John II, Rebecca (Matt) Wressell, and Jason (JoEllen); her sister-in-law, Margaret Gunter; her uncle, Bud (Genevieve) Rettke, and her aunt, Vera Gardner. Mrs. Steinhebel was preceded in death by her brother, John Gunter. Mrs. Steinhebel attended St. John Neumann Church, and was a member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association. She was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan. She loved her family and her cats and was a loving wife, mother, and niece. Funeral from Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main, Plymouth, Friday 1:30pm. Visitation Wednesday 5-9pm and Thursday 12-9pm. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.

Muriel Louise Cobb
age 99, of Livonia, died April 23, 2003. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Hartz and Jacquelyn (Chester) Kubik; 12 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, David, and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. She loved to read, travel, and sew. Chloe Charlotte West
age 90, of Plymouth, died March 8, 2003, in Superior Twp. She is survived by her children, Charlotte (Joseph) Tate, Mary Jane (William Eberhard) West-Eberhard, Ann Andrew, and Richard (Sue) West; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; her brother, Clark (Doris) Losey; and several nieces and nephews. Caroline L. Caldwell
age 89, of Lakewood, Colorado and formerly of Plymouth, died February 18, 2003. She is survived by her son, Clifford (Ellen); her granddaughters, Ann Ballard and Nora Allen; her sisters, Marie Criger and Dorothy Sincock; her nieces, Mary Ann Sincock and Nadine Criger-Hershey; and her nephews, Craig Sincock, Paul Sincock, and Dane Criger. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford R. Caldwell; her daughter, Carol Lee Caldwell; her parents; and her sister, Florence Panattoni. Robert R. Widmaier
age 80, of Plymouth, died April 23, 2003. He is survived by his children, Alice (Terry) Everson of Colorado, and Rebecca (Jerry) Campbell of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Steven (Shannon) Everson, and Donovan (Sally) Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Shelby Everson, and Chase and Stone Campbell.
