ANNA ZEMMOL, 97, of Bloomfield Hills, died Feb. 21, 2001.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jean and William Roby of Orchard Lake; sons and daughters-in-law, Bernard and Caroline Zemmol of Bloomfield Hills, Allen and Lita Zemmol of Beverly Hills, Lois Zemmol; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Zemmol was the beloved wife of the late Julius Zemmol; loving mother of the late Walter Zemmol.
Interment at Hebrew Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to David Horodoker Organization, 6950 Pebble Creek Woods, West Bloomfield, MI 48322 or to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

MOLLY SHAPIRO, 79, of Southfield died Feb. 20, 2001. She was past president of the Louis Marshall Chapter of Women's International, a former board member of Congregation Beth Achim and its sisterhood, and a longtime Red Cross Blood Bank volunteer.
Mrs. Shapiro is survived by her husband of 59 1/2 years, Harold Shapiro; daughters and son-in-law, Sandra Shapiro and Joel Goldhaber, Cheryl Tessler of San Diego, Calif; brothers and sisters-in-law, Israel and Lillian Liebowitz of Boca Raton, Fla., Joseph and Marcia Liebowitz of Farmington Hills; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Leonard Gould, Martin Winston, Helen and Billy Roy; grandchildren Robyn Beresh, Brandon Tessler, Adam Tessler.
Mrs. Shapiro was the loving sister of the late Zelda Gould, the late Ethel Liebowitz and the late Norma Liebowitz, and sister-in-law of the late Ann Winston.

SARAH ELSON, 92, of Beverly Hills, died Feb. 20, 2001.
For over 40 years, she was a sales consultant at Winkelman's. She was also active with Pioneer Women, JARC and Jewish National Fund.
Mrs. Elson is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Gita Elson of Mexico; grandchildren, Rabbi Irving and Fran Elson, Annie and Albert Lilienfeld, Irwin Futernick and Margaret Weissman and Karen Futernick. She was the beloved wife of the late Irving Elson and the loving mother of the late Lenora Futernick.

LAWRENCE "LARRY" KLEIMAN, 55, of Southfield, died Feb. 20, 2001. He was an auto industry finance manager and a passionate Yankee, Knicks and Giants fan.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Kleinman; daughters and son-in-law, Stacey Kleiman and fiance Eric Stanford, Ilissa and Phil Auger of Lake Orion, Debra Kleiman of Rochester Hills; son, Peter Kamego of Southfield; grandchildren, Jordan, Madison and Maxwell Auger, Kayla Kamego; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Mac Duberstein of Farmington Hills; brother, Neil Kleiman and fiancee Judy Behrmann.

AARON NATHAN, 90, former Detroiter of Boca Raton, Fla., died Feb. 20, 2001.
He was associated, for many years, with the Gendelman and Nathan and Detroit Scrap Metals companies.
He is survived by his beloved wife of fifty years, Frances Arnow (Goldsmith) Nathan; sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. John and Marilyn Goldsmith Nathan of West Bloomfield, Canile Morris and Lisa Nathan of North Carolina; four grandchildren.
He was the beloved son of the late Rachel Bluestein Nathan and Max Nathan; brother of the late H.R. (Hy) Nathan, Anne Siegel, Morris Nathan; Marilyn Nathan.

ROSE GROSSMAN, 77, of Southfield, died April 9, 2001.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Grossman of Ann Arbor; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra Lerner and Leonard Gutman of Southfield; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Yetta Smulovitz of Pennsylvania; sisters and brothers-in-law, Goldie Freed of Pennsylvania, Libby and Robert Capin of Pennsylvania, Edith and Dale Oney of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Jennifer and Lowell Friedman, David Lerner, Michael Lerner. She was the beloved wife of the late Jerome Grossman.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Eleanor and Bernard Benkoff of West Bloomfield, Barbara Levine of West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Dr. David (Dr. Adrea) Benkoff, Marsha (John) Rofel, Sheri (Michael) Benchetrit, Audrey Hershkovitz, Mitchell Levine; great-grandchildren, Reesa, Amanda, Leslie, Tali, Ariele and Jacob. She was the beloved wife of the late Emanuel Rosenkranz.

CLAUDIA BORIN BOCK, 95, former Detroiter of Largo, Fla., died April 8, 2001.
She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Lillyan Borin of Seattle, Milton Borin; daughter, Marian Serwer of Bloomfield Hills; grandchildren, Alan and Laurie Serwer, Barbara and Charles Levin, William and Sally Serwer, Garry and Susan Borin, Daniel Borin, Douglas Borin, Stephen and Betsy Borin, Lynda and Donald Moses, Donald and Theresa Borin; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Berger of Florida; sister, Minnie Mehl of Canada. She was the beloved wife of the late Fred Bock and the late Jacob Borin.

ALBERT S. LEVENSON, 79, of West Bloomfield, died April 8, 2001. He was a financial planner and the founder and owner of Detroit Communications Corporation, which was the first private phone company in Michigan.
Mr. Levenson is survived by his wife, Arlene K. Mehler Levenson; daughters and sons-in-law, Erica ÒJudyÓ Levenson Kane and Thomas Butler of New Mexico, Barbara and George Preston of Florida; grandchildren, Michael Kane and Bae Jung Jin and Rachel Preston; stepchildren and their families, Dr. Jerry and Karen Mehler; and their children, Stephen Mehler and fiancee Linzie Brown, Stacey Mehler; Audrey and Bobby Kraun and their children, Michael and David Kraun; Ron and Cheryl Mehler and their children, Jordyn, Kendyl and Cameron Mehler; Lori and Michael Thomassey and their children, Jason and Desiree Thomassey; sister, Mae Blum; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Eleanor and Monty Korn, Beverly and Leonard Mitz, Sam and Marilyn Mehler. He was the beloved husband of the late Joan W. Levenson.

IDELLE BINDER, of Flint, died April 7, 2001. She was active in Hadassah and Congregation Beth Israel Sisterhood.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Harry of Flint; sons, Steven of San Diego, David of Boston; daughter and son-in-law, Abbe and David Sherbin of West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Kelsey and Leah Binder, Liza and Anna Sherbin. She was the loving sister of the late Edith Dritch; daughter of the late Abraham and Rose Fink.
Chapel services were held at Congregation Beth Israel with intermenty at Machpelah Cemetery in Flint.

CLARENCE GOLDBERG, 79, of Bloomfield Hills, died April 7, 2001. He was a retired teacher and counselor in Detroit and co-owner of Minit Photo Studio.
Mr. Goldberg is survived by his wife, Bess Lupiloff Goldberg; daughters and sons-in-law, Marci and Steven Schwartz of West Bloomfield, Sandee and Mark Giovanniello of Connecticut; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Devra Goldberg of Farmington Hills; stepchildren, Karol and Douglas Ross, Barbara and David Rubinstein, Harold Lupiloff; grandchildren, Erin, Jonas and Gabriel Schwartz, Jacob Goldberg, Leah and Victoria Giovanniello, Mitchell, Douglas and Julie Rose, Daniel, Amy and Kenneth Berent, Erica and Keith Lupiloff; sisters and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Oscar Romolt of Illinois and Henrietta Matasar. He was the beloved husband of the late Leah Goldberg; dear brother of the Allen Goldberg.

CHARLES GOREVITZ, 60, of Oak Park, died April 7, 2001.
He is survived by his son, David Gorevitz of Royal Oak; daughter, Andrea Gorevitz of Oak Park; also survived by Roberta Zucker; mother, Esther Gorevitz of Miami, Fla.; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Frank Spurling of Georgia. He was the loving son of the late Ben Gorevitz.

RITA (SHANTZER) SHARF, 74, of Bloomfield Hills, died April 5, 2001. She was a supporter of the American Cancer Society, Hadassah, the Meadowbrook Theater Board, the President's Club of Oakland University and a major supporter of Junior Achievement.
She is survived by her husband, Stephan Sharf.
A memorial service will be held at a future date. Contributions may be made to the R and S Scholarship Fund of Oakland University in Rochester Hills.

RAFAEL TEPLITSKIY, 83, of Oak Park, died April 5, 2001.
He is survived by his son, Maxim Teplitskiy of Farmington Hills; daughter and son-in-law, Alla and Michael Teplitsky of Farmington Hills; grandchildren, Anna Teplitskiy, Ilya Teplitskiy. He was the beloved husband of the late Chprinya; loving father of the late Borislov Teplitskiy.
