LEVONA LEVY STERNGOLD, 73, former Detroiter of Sunnyvale, Ca., died May 29, 2000. She was a former president of the Sequoia Chapter of Hadassah and active with many charitable organizations. She is survived by her husband, Henry; daughter, Nancy; sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur and Kathie, James, Paul and June; six grandchildren; sister, Rosslyn Berman of Southfield.
EILEEN L. GOLD, 77, of Oak Park, died May 20, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Ervin Gold; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Susan Gold of Pleasant Ridge; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Brian Duncan of Riverview; sister, Bea Posluns of Canada; grandchildren, Jason Gold, Joshua Gold, Tracy Duncan. WILLIAM IRA GOLDEN, 77, of Southfield, died May 19, 2000. He was a paint salesman. Mr. Golden is survived by his wife, Rhoda Golden; son and daughter-in-law, James and Toby Golden of West Bloomfield; daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Irving Swartz of West Bloomfield, Robin and Douglas Baar of N.Y.; grandchildren, Peggy Berman, Nancy and Nossonal Kleinfeldt, Jaime Berman, Alan Goldsmith, Jessica and Lennie Weiss; great-grandchildren, Rachel Weiss, Chanie Weiss, Nana Weiss. Mr. Goldsmith was the beloved husband of the late Hannah Goldsmith.

KITTY GOLDSMITH, 94, of West Bloomfield, died Jan. 12, 2000. Mrs. Goldsmith was one of the founding members of the Infant Service Group. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Carol Goldsmith of Plymouth; daughter Roberta Litwin of West Bloomfield; grandchildren Victoria and Michael Slates, Richard and Joan Litwin and Jeffrey and Karen Litwin; great-grandchildren Steve, David and Emily Litwin; brother and sister-in-law David and Ethel Wexler. JOYCE H. GOLDENBERG, 76, of West Bloomfield, died Dec. 31, 1999. She was a member of Women's American ORT and the Birmingham Temple. Mrs. Goldenberg is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Lisa Goldenberg of West Bloomfield, Dr. Eric and Dr. Rebecca Goldenberg; daughter Debra Haberman of Auburn Hills; grandchildren Hailee and Dustin Goldenberg, Michael Colombo, Sarah Haberman, Emily and Daniel Goldenberg; brother-in-law Wallace Tonkin. LOUIS FINEGOLD, 79, of Southfield, died Dec. 28, 1999. A retired pharmacist, Mr. Finegold was the former owner of Lou's Drugs in Pontiac. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Natalie and Glenn Lapin of Huntington Woods; son and daughter-in-law Richard and Linda Finegold of Northbrook, Ill.; grandchildren Andrew and Michelle Lapin, Jill, Matthew and Robert Finegold. JOAN GOLDBERG, former Detroiter of Syracuse, Michigan and earned a doctorate at Rutgers University. She was active in adult counseling and gave many presentations in the field as well as helping people renew their lives. She is survived by her husband, Doug Igelsrud of Syracuse; sister Sheilah Goldberg of Oak Park; aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial services were in Syracuse.
BEATRICE GOLDSTONE, 96, of Troy, died Nov. 13, 1999.
