Passed away Saturday, February 6, 1999 at Gratiot Community Hospital. Age 51 years. He was born March 18, 1947 in Alma, the son of Webster and Ivah (Sawvel) Mayle. They survive him. He retired from Oldsmobile of Lansing. He was a member of St. Louis Moose Lodge, American Legion #295 S.A.L. Gene was an avid golfer. Surviving besides his parents are one son, Aaron Mayle of Fountain; two daughters, Annette Schriber of Caro; and Teresa Krueger of Wheeler; two brothers, Bob and Karen Mayle of Breckenridge; and his twin, Dean and Peg Mayle of Wheeler; along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will take place Tuesday, February 9, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. at Whiting Funeral Chapel in Breckenridge. Rev. Dave Miles will officiate with burial in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Age 63, died Saturday, February 6, 1999 at Genesys Regional Medical Center at Health Park. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8, 1999 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc. Fr. Andrew Rogers will officiate. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Fr. Miller was born on June 12, 1935 in Lansing, Michigan. As a priest, he served Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Churches in Dearborn and Saginaw. He was also a music teacher, teaching piano, organ and the accordian. Fr. Miller was an internationally- known concert theater organist. He was on the staff of organists of the Detroit Fox Theater and the Michigan Theater Organ Club of which he was one of the founders and the first President. He loved model trains, railroads, trolley cars and enjoyed working with stained glass. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughters, Victoria and husband Stephen Schmidt and Deborah and husband Daniel Levely and granddaughter, Morgan Schmidt.

Passed away Monday morning, February 8, 1999, at his home in Freeland after a brief illness. Age 55 years. Richard was born May 2, 1943 in Saginaw to the late Harold J. and Ruth (Weidenmiller) Hennink and had resided in this area all of his life. Richard was a very active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Freeland. As a youth Richard was an Eagle Scout and throughout his life he enjoyed camping and fishing. Richard was also an avid golfer and sports fan. Richard taught chemistry and biology at Freeland High School for 32 years. He also coached football and was a class advisor at Freeland High School for several years. On August 20, 1966 he married Janice M. Willson; she survives him. Also surviving is a son, Michael T. Hennink of Charlevoix, Mich.; a brother, Jules (Jean) Hennink of Naples, Fla. and a sister, Gail Connelly of Saginaw and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m Friday, February 12, 1999 at Zion Lutheran Church in Freeland. Rev. S. James Petteys will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Saginaw. Passed away Tuesday, February 9, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center-Cooper, Saginaw at the age of 64 years. Roy was born January 8, 1935 in Flint, Mich. and was the son of Floyd and Helen (Underwood) Lee. Roy was a graduate from the Flint Northern High School and the Flint Junior College. On January 22, 1955 Roy married Donna Smith. Roy and Donna shared 44 years together. Roy had been employed by the Vassar IGA, as their Frozen Food and Dairy Manager. Roy loved to hunt, fish and work in his garden. He had been a Vassar resident for the past 37 years. Roy leaves to cherish his memory his wife and family, Mrs. Donna R. Lee of Vassar; children and grandchildren, Dr. Kirk and Terri Lee, Elexis and Elyse Lee, all of Albion, Mich.; Karl and Ann Lee, Brandon, Courtney and Blair Lee, all of Vassar, Kim and Kevin Hamilton, Ian and Taylor Hamilton, all of Vassar; also a brother and sister-in-law, Robert E. and Carol Lee of Flint as well as several nieces and nephews. Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999 because of his love for animals and zest for life. Age 12 years. Adam was born Sept. 26, 1986 in Saginaw to John and Dawn (Guthrie) Wilding. He was a 6th grader at Chesaning Middle School. Adam enjoyed all sports, was very compassionate and loved the outdoors. He was ambitious to experience everything in life. Surviving are his parents, John and Dawn Wilding; a sister, Tressa J. Wilding at home; grandparents, Robert Wilding and Janet Guthrie; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by grandparents, Shirley Wilding and Paul Guthrie. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999 at Trinity Baptist Church, St. Charles. Rev. Jeffrey R. Williams will officiate. Loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, February 8, 1999 at the age of 63 years. Earl Richard Clark was born May 31, 1935 in Saginaw. He married Sandy Lubenstien in Las Vegas, Nevada; she predeceased him in 1992. He owned and operated Gratiot Golf and Driving Range for over 30 years, retiring in 1993. Surviving are seven children and their spouses, Gregory and Lynn Stewart, Cheboygan; Earl R. and Catherine Stewart, Chesaning; Duane and Debbie Cox, Brant; Tim Clark, Kentwood; Kim and Mark Knowles, St. Charles; Judy and Dennis Mackiewicz, Saginaw; Richard E. and Sarah Clark, Tennessee; two stepdaughters, Wendy and John; Heidi and Adam; very special companion and friend, Judith Bauman; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
