Passed away Thursday, February 18, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center-Cooper. Age 90 years. Mildred M. Fournier was born November 23, 1908 in Saginaw. She married Miles Mallory in 1966; he passed away in 1968. She was employed by Lufkin Rule Co., retiring after many years of service. She was a member of the Grey Ladies and lived and was active at Pinewood Manor. Surviving are a sister-in-law, Margaret Fournier; many nieces and nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Russell E. Fournier, Melvin Fournier and a sister-in-law, Edith Fournier. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 22, 1999 at the Case Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Walter David will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Former resident of the Bridgeport-Spaulding area passed away suddenly Thursday, February 18, 1999 due to an accident at work. Age 40 years. He was born September 4, 1958 in Saginaw and was graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1976. He served with the U.S. Navy for six years. He married Kimberly Sanderson on June 8, 1979; she survives him. He was currently employed at Midland Cogeneration Venture. Steven was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an assistant wrestling and football coach for Central Middle School in Midland and volunteered for many youth activities with his sons. Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Donald G. and Zachary Z. Zuzula, both at home; his parents, Donald and Janice Zuzula, Saginaw; two brothers and one sister, Daniel H. Zuzula and his wife, Nancy, Lake City; John E. Zuzula and his wife, Heather, Lake City; Donna D. Zuzula, Saginaw; his father-in-law, George Sanderson, Saginaw; many nieces and nephews and many other relatives and dear friends. He was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Margeorie Sanderson and his grandparents. Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 22, 1999 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Rev. Robert Byrne will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call at the W.L. Case & Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd., from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday where they may meet with relatives at 4:30 p.m. Sunday for a prayer service. They may then call at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass.

Died February 16, 1999, in Detroit, Mich. Age 66 years. He was born September 26, 1932 in Saginaw, Mich. He joined the U.S. Army in 1948 and served in Germany during the Occupation Period. He met and married Sarah Clark in Detroit on January 17, 1953. She survives him along with their son, Frank and daughters, Cynthia, Sharon, Marguerita, Kathryn and Marianne, all of Detroit; also surviving are three sisters, Lydia (Manuel) Hernandez, Tampa, Fla.; Eloise Rendon, Austin, Texas; Mary Helen (Fidel) Ramirez, Saginaw and two step-sisters, Ruth (Colin) Weber, Saginaw and Amelia Mora Balderas, Calumet, Ill. and two step-brothers, Ruben (Virginia) Mora, Waurika, Okla. and Saul Mora, niece, Kim (Edward) Belfort, Saginaw and many other nieces and nephews; two close friends, Joe Perez, Lorraine, Ohio and Albert Soto, Saginaw. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Heriberto and Nora Garcia, his stepfather, Bernabe Mora and three brothers, Antonio, Alfred, Antonio II and one sister, Eva Mora Gamboa. Cremation has taken place in Detroit.

Entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 19, 1999, after a long term illness. Age 70 years. He was born on February 19, 1929 in Brant the son of Glen and Thelma (Whitman) Clark. He married Margaret Zervan on August 2, 1947 in Albee. He had served in the United States Navy. Dale retired from General Motors V-8 Engine Plant. Surviving besides his wife Margaret are four children, Dan and Mona Clark of Freeland; Linda and Larry Fath, Chris and Matt Matraw, both of Chesaning; John and Deb Clark of Muskegon; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert and Vivian Clark of Brant; one sister, Rosellen and Bob Studer of Lansing. He was predeceased by two sons, Dale Clark Jr. and Glen (Butchie) Clark, one grandson, Dan Clark Jr. and his parents. Funeral service will take place 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Walker- Martin Funeral Home, Chesaning. Rev. Dr. Charles Keyworth will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery, St. Charles. Friends may call at the Walker-Martin Funeral Home, Chesaning on Sunday after 12:00 noon.

She was a member of All Nations Prayer Tower Church of God in Christ. Surviving are one son, Aundre Hernandez of Saginaw and family (Bev) of Saginaw, two grandson's, Aundre Hernandez Jr. and Aaron of Saginaw; her mother, Mrs. Lillian Bishop of Saginaw; three sisters, Ollie Mae Bishop of Saginaw; Sharon (Wendell) Mason of Ypsilanti; Debra (Jerome) Sangster of Saginaw; three brothers, Fonza Pete Bishop Jr. of Saginaw; Brent Lee Bishop of Yuba City, California; Willie (Gwen) Bishop of Saginaw; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Her father, Alfonza Bishop predeceased her. Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 1999 at All Nation's Prayer Tower Church of God in Christ, 608 S. 20th St. Elder Louis Bishop will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away Saturday, February 20, 1999 at Saint Mary's hospital. Age 63 years. Mary E. Fanning was born February 1, 1936 in Dearborn, Michigan. She was married to William J. Roberts on November 29, 1987. He survives her. Mary was a teacher for the Saginaw School System having taught at Saginaw High School and Arthur Hill High School. She was past president of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and past president of American Legion 8th District. She was a member of FEMMES of Cabane 600 of 40 & 8. Surviving besides her husband Bill are four daughters, Randy Roberts, Frankenmuth; Jay and Jack Eveland, Grand Rapids; Robby Roberts and her husband Eric Skowronski, Mt. Pleasant; Kelly Roberts, Hawaii; 11 grandchildren; two sisters and one brother, Betsy Fanning, Pat and Richard Aro, Fred and Nancy Fanning; a sister-in-law, Judy Fanning; several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by a son, Gary Roberts, and by one brother, Bill Fanning. Passed away Friday, February 19, 1999 at the Caro Community Hospital in Caro at the age of 72 years. Henry was born December 19, 1926 in Vassar where he had been a lifelong resident. Henry was the son of Adolf and Mary Schiefer. His parents both preceded him in death, his mother passed away in 1994. Henry leaves many cousins and friends at Stratmens Manor to cherish his memories. Everyone will miss Henry's smile, his hand shakes or his friendly wave as he walked passed. Funeral services for Henry were held Sunday, February 21, 1999 at Hanlin Chapel for Funerals in Vassar. Pastor Douglas Stockwell officiated the services. Burial followed at the Tuscola Twp. Cemetery where Henry was laid to rest with his parents. Should anyone wish to give a gift a remembrance in Henry's memory you may do so to the Vassar Baptist Church where Henry faithfully attended. Funeral arrangements were place in the care of Hanlin Chapel for Funerals of Vassar.
