Died Thursday afternoon, February 18, 1999 in Bradenton, Florida. Age 81 years. She was born on March 13, 1917 in Reese, daughter of the late Guy and Margaret (Stockmeyer) Falkenhagen. She attended Cleary College in Ypsilanti and married Loyal H. Emberts on July 1, 1940 in Reese. Mrs. Emberts was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid for over 50 years. She and her husband had wintered in Bradenton for the past 22 years. Nona had enjoyed hand crafting, golf and spending time with her family, especially playing softball with her grandchildren. Surviving in addition to her husband Loyal of 58 years are her children and their spouses, Vern and Bev Emberts of St. Johns; Bill and Celia Emberts of Louisville, Kentucky; Louise Johnson of Long Mount, Colorado; Ann and Phillip Davidson of Whitmore Lake; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services for Mrs. Emberts will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 24, 1999 form Christ Lutheran Church. Pastor Richard C. Ferne will officiate with entombment in Oakwood Memorial Mausoleum. Passed away Saturday, February 20, 1999 at Saint Mary's hospital. Age 22 years. He was born June 10, 1976 in Saginaw. Michael married Fredricka Gipson on April 16, 1996. She survives him. He leaves to cherish his memory, three sons and three daughters Cynthia, April, Cornequa, Michael Jr., La'montae and Quintay, his mother and step-father Edith (Charles) Tate, his father Michael Reyes, one sister Oralia Donald, one brother Mike Ashworth, his grandmother Olivia Reyes, his grandfather Eddie (Delores) Donald Sr., his mother-in-law Florence Gipson, his father-in-law Samuel (Grace) Gipson, three sisters-in- law and one brother-in-law, three nephews Devaughntae, Donald and Jermaine, three nieces Flo, Kierra and Fleshia, six aunts, six uncles, many great-aunts and uncles, a special cousin Mark Compos, three special friends Dramond, Isiah and Cathy, many other relatives and friends. Michael was predeceased by his grandmother Florence Morton, his grandfather Ygnacio Reyes Sr. and his great-grandmother Bertha Donald. Passed away Sunday, February 21, 1999 at Saint Mary's hospital after a lengthy illness. Age 78 years. Tony was born September 23, 1920 in Flint. He married Sue Maczik on February 13, 1943. She passed away February 27, 1998. He had been employed by TSD Universal Engineering in Frankenmuth. He was a member of UAW Local #1131 and Clio Eagles. Mr. Fisher was a veteran of the Unites States Army serving in WWII. Tony also loved fishing and hunting. Surviving are two sons, four daughters and their spouses, Carol (Max) Bone Jr., of Clio; Karen Fisher of Davison; Bonnie Fisher of Flint; Anthony (Annette) Fisher Jr. of Saginaw; Richard (Nancy) Fisher of Birch Run; Lori (Bob) Rosebush of Flint; four grandchildren, Todd, Shelly, Michael and Amy. Besides his wife Sue, one brother, Sidney Fisher and two grandchildren, Craig Bone and Sherry Fisher predeceased her. Passed away Saturday, February 20, 1999, at Saint Mary's hospital. Age 88 years. He was born November 16, 1910 in Bessemer, Alabama. He retired from Grey Iron Foundry after 22 years of service. He was a member of Christ Community Church and was a member of the Deacon Board. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 59 years, Odessa Harris; daughter, Geraldine Draine; two grandsons, Kenneth L. and Tyrone J. (Terry) Harris; seven great- grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lodge #9, Saginaw, Mich. and held various offices. Died Saturday, February 20, 1999 at Covenant Medical Center- Cooper after a sudden illness at the age of 82. He was born on May 30, 1916 in Blumfield Township, son of the late Henry and Matilda (Tennester) Krauseneck. He married the former Viola Mae Bender on December 4, 1943. She predeceased him on June 27, 1984. Mr. Krauseneck was employed and retired from the Agrico Fertilizer Plant. He was a lifelong resident and farmer of Blumfield Township and for the past year was a resident of the Frankenmuth Convalescent Center. He enjoyed selling his produce at the Bay City Market for over 25 years. Surviving are his eight children and their spouses, James and Susan Krauseneck of Saginaw; Dennis and Marilyn Krauseneck of Reese; Kathleen Stuller, Thomas Krauseneck, both of Saginaw; Ronald and Peggy Krauseneck of Reese; Joyce and Mitchell Coleman of Troy, Ohio; Judy Krauseneck and her fiance' Tom Feldmann of West Manchester, Ohio; Charles and Lynn Krauseneck of Saginaw; three grandsons, five granddaughters; one sister Frieda Bender and three sisters-in-law, Edna Krauseneck, Elizabeth Krauseneck and Mary Krauseneck. Lawrence was predeceased by one daughter, Diane Krauseneck on April 8, 1950 and by four brothers, Courtney, Lester, Norman and Ernest Krauseneck and two sisters, Martha Jean Krienzlein and Grace Newvine. Passed away Monday, February 22, 1999, at Saint Mary's hospital in Saginaw. Age 81 years. Perc was born in Ogden, Utah, January 31, 1918; and married Verda Parkin, September 3, 1942, in Salt Lake City, Utah L.D.S. Temple. She survives him. They lived in Saginaw for 57 years. Perc was Executive Vice-President of Farmers and Manufacturers Beet Sugar Assoc., retiring in 1982. He was a member of the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Sugar Research and Marketing Advisory Committee, 1948- 58. Perc was active in Saginaw Township polities, first serving on the school board, then four terms as Township Trustee, 1966-1982. He was active in local Republican Party affairs and was also well known in Congressional Halls as a representative of agricultural affairs. Perc was a prominent member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, having served a total of 18 years as Bishop (lay minister of local congregation). He also served as a High Councilor in the Detroit, East Lansing, and Midland Michigan Stakes (diocese). From 1951 through 1986, he was responsible for the development and supervision of the Church's Regional Welfare Farm in Merrill, Mich. He is survived by his wife, four sisters in Utah; one brother in Arkansas; seven daughters, one son; 23 grandchildren; 12 great- grandchildren; and extended family. One brother, Hal Reeve, Saginaw, preceded him in death. His children and their spouses are Joe and Sharon Alfano, Pleasanton, Calif.; H. Steven and Onalee Wood, Chatham, N.J.; Larry and Shirley Burr, Saginaw; Christopher and Kaye Wierda, St. Louis, Mo.; Perc Wm. and Connie Reeve, Gales Ferry, Conn.; Jack and Ronda Huddleston, Atlanta, Ga.; Rodney and Susan Kropp, Plymouth, Mich.; and Brant and Amy Day, Atlanta, Ga. The funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Friday afternoon at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1314 N. Center Rd. with intermenty following at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Elizabeth Margaret was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Margaret Rettig, and by an uncle, Edward Rettig.
