LaVern J. Bradach
Services for LaVern Joseph Bradach, 77, of Dearborn, were held Oct. 21, at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. John Meyer officiating.
Mr. Bradach was born March 26, 1925 in Detroit and died Oct. 16, 2002 at Detroit Receiving Hospital. He worked as an instructor/pilot for a charter airline and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his son, Kirk (Linda); daughter, Toni Toth; son-in-law, Robert McNeilly; brother, Donald; and 11 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bea and daughter, Jill McNeilly.
Mary Brenz
Services for Mary Brenz, 87, of Green Oak, Mich., were held Oct. 21 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. Laurence Lazar officiating. Burial followed at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit.
Mrs. Brenz was born Sept. 24, 1915 in Terra Haute, Ind. and died Oct. 16, 2002 at Charter House of Farmington Hills. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her sons, Richard (Lelani) and Dr. Ronald (Gail) Brenz; brother, Octavian Sackash; and grandchildren, Michael, Jessica, Kerri, Angela and Wesley. She is preceded in death by her husband, George.

Audrey W. Yeagley
Services for Audrey Yeagley, 91, of Livonia were held Oct. 23 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, Farmington with burial at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley. Officiating was the Rev. John Boyd.
Mrs. Yeagley was born March 15, 1911, in Delta, Ohio, and died Oct. 20, 2002, in West Bloomfield. She was a teacher for Detroit Public Schools.
She is survived by her daughters, Nann Tyler and Kathleen Banchero; and grandchildren, Timothy Tyler, Laura (Ryan) Banchero-Fleur, Steven (Shannon) Banchero, Michael (Maggie) Yeagley and Christopher Yeagley.
Mrs. Yeagley was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, Ted Yeagler; and grandson, James Tyler, Jr.

Services for April Taddonio, 47, of Pinckney were held Oct. 16 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dexter, with burial at St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Taddonio was born April 1, 1954, in Ypsilanti, and died Oct. 12, 2002, in Ann Arbor. She was employed at Dapco and enjoyed traveling, crocheting, fishing and reading.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Jeff (Vickie) Lobdell, Lisa (Chris) Stankowski, Tanja Taddonio, Swane Clayton and Scotti Clayton; mother, Blanche (Ditmar) Schmidt; brother, David (Diana) Boudrie; sister, Sandra (John) Grammatico; and grandchildren, Crystal Potter, Christopher and Dakota Stankowski. Mrs. Taddonio was preceded in death by her father and brother, Melvin Boudrie.

Thomas W. Vyn
Services for Thomas W. Vyn, 60, of Northville, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at First Presbyterian Church of Northville with the Rev. Kent Clise and Rev. James Russell officiating.
Mr. Vyn was born Sept. 1, 1942 in Detroit and died Oct. 17, 2002 in Northville. He earned his MBA at Michigan State University and was president and owner of Merritex Corporation. He was a member of the ATO Fraternity and enjoyed golfing, traveling, being outdoors and studying genealogy. Mr. Vyn was an history expert.
He is survived by his wife, Christine; children, Gerrit Vyn, Meredith (Steven) Guerra and Alexander; sister, Sally Savage; and grandchild, Everest Guerra.

John H. Eisenmann
Services for John H. Eisenmann, 87, of Ft. Gratiot, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28 at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. Larry Austin officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Farmington.
Mr. Eisenmann was born Dec. 16, 1914 in Spencerville, Ohio and died Oct. 22, 2002 at Evangelical Nursing Home in Ft. Gratiot. He worked as an electrical engineer for Burroughs Corporation and was a member of the Farmington Elks. He was also a member of the Farmington Masonic Lodge, the Livonia Senior Citizens and the Farmington Hills Senior Center. Mr. Eisenmann was an artist and painter and played the organ and guitar.
He is survived by his daughter, Laura Godin; and grandchildren, David and Adam. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia.
Donald R. Kanniainen
Services for Donald Reuben Kanniainen, 51, formerly of Farmington, were held Nov. 5 at MacDonald's Funeral Home in Howell with the Rev. Dr. Gary Bruland officiating.
Mr. Kanniainen was born Feb. 9, 1951 in Detroit and died Nov. 1, 2002. He was a 1969 graduate of Farmington High School and married Lois Osborne on June 14, 1984. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Howell and the Finnish Center Association in Farmington.
He is survived by his wife, Lois; step-son, John Asselin; mother, Betty (Bill) Stanford; sisters, Jane (John) Niles and Karen Molnar; two grandchildren; and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Reuben.

William G. Greenhalgh

Mr. Greenhalgh was born July 22, 1952 in Detroit and died Nov. 4 at North Oakland Medical Center.

Ronald K.L. Holdaway
Services for Ronald K. Leroy Holdaway, 77, of Farmington Hills, were held Nov. 6 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with Brother Rodger Srednicki officiating.
Mr. Holdaway was born Feb. 7, 1925 in Highland Park and died Nov. 3, 2002 in Farmington Hills.
He is survived by his children, Ronald, Suzan (Terry) Hodor, Timothy, and Leslie (Don) Cadmus; sisters, Doreen Holdaway and Margaret Holdaway; grandchildren, Brandon and Tyler; and his companion Alma Srednicki. He is preceded in death by his brother, Douglas.
Donald Gundle
Donald Gundle, a well known business and community leader, died Sunday in his home in Farmington Hills after fighting a two year battle against cancer. He was surrounded in his final days by many family members and friends.
Mr. Gundle was best known as one of the owners of Pfeister, a leading Michigan food brokerage firm in the 1980's and 1990's. In the mid 1990's, Mr. Gundle helped lead a successful merger between Pfeister and a national firm. The combined company, "Crossmark," currently has a large branch located in Plymouth. In the 1990's, Mr. Gundle was also one of the owners of "Pets Supplies 'Plus'" franchises in Canton and Jackson.
On his birthday Oct. 1, Mr. Gundle agreed with loved ones who gathered to tell him that "he lived a full and happy 67 years." He had a real gift for dealing with people, and the family received many calls and notes in his final days from people who wanted to thank him for his influence and inspiration.
"I heard a rumor that God is putting together an advisory group of leaders to help solve some of our world problems," one friend recently wrote him. "Knowing you, you will probably volunteer. We will miss having you around."
Mr. Gundle was born in 1936 in Detroit and attended St. Mary's of Redford for 12 years. He kept in touch with most of the people from his graduation class.
In 1956, he married Jeannine Bibeau. The newlyweds moved to Fitchburg, Mass., where Mr. Gundle proudly served in the U.S. Army.
He began his career in food service with Proctor and Gamble, and then moved on to Paul Inman Associates for many years. In the 1970's, he started his own food brokerage business. He has always been an active leader in many different community groups and associations, including the state and national Associated Food Dealers, the state and national Food and Beverage Association, and the Association of Sales and Marketing Companies.
He was also one of the founders of Gleaners Food Bank, and helped set up a food distribution service to deliver food to the needy in southeastern Michigan. In addition, he has also served on the Board of Directors of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Rose Hill Center, a treatment and rehabilitation center in Holly for people living with mental illness.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Jeannine; his seven daughters: Donna (Dennis) Gundle-Krieg of Milford, Deanne (David) Orlando of Livonia, Doreen (Gary) Bayliff of Cincinnati, Demarie (John) Anderson of Winston-Salem, N. Car., Daria (Patrick) Grinenko of Jackson, Denise (James) Gundle-White of Farmington Hills, and Delaura (Vincent) Kostiw of Las Vegas, Nev.; siblings Charlene Lowman, Carol Donner, Edmund Gundle and Gary Gundle; and 15 grandchildren who loved his attention, riddles and magic tricks. A sixteenth grandchild was due to be born Nov. 1.
He was preceded in death by siblings June Inman, Richard Gundle and Curtis Gundle.
Visitation was held Oct. 14 and 15 at McCabe's Funeral Home in Farmington Hills. A funeral mass was celebrated Oct. 16 at St. Fabian's church in Farmington Hills.

Mr. Goetzke was born May 31, 1917 in Detroit and died Nov. 5, 2002 at Providence Hospital in Southfield. He was the owner of Lile-Neuman Insurance Company.
He is survived by his son, Carl (Marty); grandchildren, Sarah and Mallory; and sister, Pearl Sachs. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty Lou.
Agnes B. Jacques

Mrs. Jacques was born Oct. 23, 1922 in Snowshoe, Pa. and died Nov. 4, 2002 at Williamm Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She worked as a sales clerk for J.L. Judson Department Store in downtown Detroit. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and enjoyed bingo and the casinos.
She is survived by her niece, Dolores (Gordon) Ulrich; and several other nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald.

Mr. Purdon was born Oct. 18, 1915 in Detroit and died Nov. 4, 2002 at Mercy Belbrock in Rochester Hills. He worked for Ford Motor Company as a supervisor of administrative services.
He is survived by his sons, Timothy and Joseph; daughters, Claire Purdon-Mak and Martha (Jerome) Hochman; sister, Wanda Hoffman; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Clarissa.

James A. Clep
James A. Clep, 55, formerly of Farmington, died Nov. 5, 2002 at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills.
He was born June 2, 1947 in Detroit and was the senior class president of Farmington High School in 1965.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Julie Clep; sister Barbara Cardle; and brother, Douglas. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lottie.

Cora Susin
Services for Cora Susin, 96, of Bloomfield Hills, were held at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church with burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
Mrs. Susin died Oct. 23, 2002. She was the first woman in Michigan to obtain a license in real estate brokering. She worked for several builders in Berkley and started her own real estate company in Bloomfield Hills.
She is survived by her son, Roger (Paula); daughter, Dolores (Frank) Hekker; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her husband, John.

Raymond Timmerman

Ana Mae Crabtree

Mrs. Crabtree was born June 14, 1918 in Detroit and died Nov. 10, 2002 at West Hickory Haven in Milford. She worked as a bank teller and was a member of Grand River Baptist Church.
