CHARLES E. DAWSON
Services for Charles Dawson, 70, of Canton were held June 5 at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy Forsyth officiating.
Mr. Dawson was born May 2, 1932 in Detroit and died June 2 in Livonia. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include wife, Patricia Dawson; daughter, Linda Layman; daughter, Sandra (Dennis) Felt; son, Charles (Gayle) Dawson III; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

FRED CAMPBELL
Services for Fred Campbell, 74, of Plymouth will be held at Tonquish Creek at a later date with burial at Oakland Hills Cemetery in Novi.
Mr. Campbell was born Oct. 31, 1927 in La Mot, Ky. and died May 30 in Farmington Hills. He worked for Dunn Steel in Plymouth and he also worked for General Motors Willow Run Plant in Ypsilanti. He came to the Plymouth community in 1952 from Hazard, Ky. and was a former member of the Masonic Lodge. He loved flea markets and antiques. He also loved to travel.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bill Campbell.
Survivors include son, F. Kyle Campbell of Howell; sister, Vina Jackowich of Plymouth; friend and close companion, Hazel McCanney of Plymouth; grandchildren, Tyler Campbell of Howell, and Annie Campbell of Howell; brother, Finley Campbell of Rogers, Ark.; niece, Sylvia Stadtner of Howell; dear friends, Bill Easterwood of Canton and Donna White of Plymouth; many cousins in Ky. and Ohio also survive.

LENA L. MALONE
Services for Lena Malone, 82, of Canton were held June 3 at Vermeulen Funeral Home with the Rev. Drex Morton officiating. Burial was at Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Livonia.
Mrs. Malone was born May 16, 1920 in Howell and died May 29 in Canton. She was a retired machine operator for Fabristeel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Parke Malone; husband, Richard Miller; brother, Adolph Grumelot; sister, Zeta Gardner; sister, Emma Spicer; and sister, Sarah E. Schultz.
Survivors include daughter, Marie Jones of Ann Arbor; son, Richard Miller of Ypsilanti; daughter, Beverly Kibilko of Canton; sister, Dorothy (James) Ward; sister, Amelia Caldwell; granddaughters, Kiersten (Allen) Taber, Shannon (Dave) Luhrs, Rhonda (Dave) Delonis, Kimberly (Jason) Clemons, and Darcy (Mohamed) Sidi Aly; and great-grandchildren, Jordan, Luke, and Maxwell Taber; Logan and Max Delonis; and Christina Clemons.

ANNE JANE HARBISON
Services for Anne Harbison, 75, of Canton were held June 7 from First United Methodist Church of Plymouth with burial at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West in Westland.
Mrs. Harbison was born Oct. 1, 1926 in Akron, Ohio and died June 3 in Lansing. She worked as a secretary for Garden City Schools and was a former member of the Wayne Westland School Board.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Matthew Harbison.
Survivors include sons Mark W. (Linda), Doug C. (Debbie), Gordon M. (Linda) and Victor C. (Mayte); sisters Helen White and Della (Bob) Sutherland; and nine grandchildren.

JENNIFER R. JUCO
Services for Jennifer Juco, 29, of Harper Woods were held June 6 at St. Thomas a'Becket Catholic Church with the Rev. C. Richard Kelly officiating. Burial was at Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Livonia.
Mrs. Juco was born March 3, 1973 in Manila, Philippines and died June 2 at home. She was a staff coordinator. She was a member of St. Thomas a'Becket Catholic Church.
Survivors include husband, Luisito Juco of Harper Woods; sons, Leroy Juco and Justin Juco of Harper Woods; parents Conrado Ritumalta and Carmen Ritumalta Perez; and sister. Laurice Ritumalta.

GERTRUDE COOPER
Memorial services for Gertrude E. Cooper, 89, of Plymouth will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 3 from Schrader-Howell Funeral Home in Plymouth with Sanford Burr officiating. Visitation will precede the services at 1 p.m.
Mrs. Cooper was born March 27, 1913 in Orangeville, Ill. and died May 14 in Plymouth. She came to the Plymouth community from Dearborn in 1948. She lived in Naples, Fla. from 1975 to 1997. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include children Ann (William) Springer of Plymouth; Jean (William) Weber of Plymouth; Jim (Cathy) Cooper of Plymouth; Susan (Brian) Howe of Grosse Pointe; two brothers; two sisters; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Plymouth Library. Cremation rites were accorded.
THE REV. C. JAMES (JIM) DUDLEY
Services for the Rev. C. James (Jim) Dudley, 72, of Branson, Mo. formerly of Plymouth were Friday, May 31 from Schrader-Howell Funeral Home in Plymouth with Sanford Burr officiating and burial following at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
The Rev. Dudley was born April 7, 1930 in Richmond, Maine and died May 24 in Branson. He spent several childhood years in Plymouth. He married Lois Ulmer May 31, 1958 in Buffalo, N.Y.; served in the U.S. Navy as a combat aircrewman during the Korean War; graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree and later graduated with a master's in business administration from Central Michigan University. He worked in sales and marketing for Dow Chemical and Westinghouse for more than 11 years. He later attended Princeton Theological Seminary, where he graduated with a master of divinity degree and was ordained by the Presbyterian Church. He most recently served as associate pastor of Branson Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his second wife, Lola; two children Michael C. of Buffalo, N.Y.; Susanne (Monte) Tackitt of Ozark, Mo.; two grandchildren; three stepchildren and four step grandchildren.
Preceding in death were his first wife, Lois and sister Nadine Alford.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Branson or the Transitional Care Unit of Skaggs Community Hospital.
SHARON MCKEE
Services for Sharon McKee, 61, of Westland, formerly of Plymouth were Thursday, May 30 from Schrader-Howell Funeral Home in Plymouth with the Rev. Dan Perry officiating.
Mrs. McKee was born Dec. 17, 1941 in Detroit and died May 26 in Wayne. She was a retired credit union teller. She came to Westland in 1970 from Plymouth, where she graduated from high school.
Survivors include her husband Arthur; children Gary (Theresa) Strehl Jr. of Garden City and Christopher M. (Cynthia) Strehl of Commerce; parents H. Dorothy and David S. Cell of Westland; brothers Richard Cell of Houston, Texas, John Cell of Chicago and David (Betty Ann) Cell II of Tampa, Fla. and nine grandchildren.
Preceding in death was her daughter, Katrina.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Cremation rites were accorded.
JACK W. TURGEON
Services for Jack W. Turgeon, 82, of Redford were Thursday, May 30 from Vermeulen Funeral Home in Plymouth with the Rev. Leonard Partensky officiating.
Mr. Turgeon was born Oct. 1, 1919 in Regina, Saskatchewan and died Tuesday, May 28 at Botsford General Hospital. He attended McKenzie High School in Detroit. At age 23, he became a U.S. citizen when he joined the U.S. Army, in which he served during World War II as a private first class, light tank crewman and gunner in the 28th Cavalry. He received a good conduct ribbon, victory medal and EAME Theater Ribbon with five bronze stars. He worked for McMullen Tool in Dearborn for 43 years and enjoyed baseball, sports and traveling.
Survivors include his wife, Constance; daughter Diane (Tom) Danek; son Tom (Ann) Turgeon of Troy; and five grandchildren.
Preceding in death were his parents Joseph and Olive Turgeon and sister Madeleine McCullom.
Cremation rites were accorded.
