RITA J. MACK
Services for Rita Mack, 66, of Plymouth were held April 12 at St. Kenneth Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Mallia officiating. Burial was at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
Mrs. Mack was born Oct. 15, 1935 in Kingston, Pa., and died April 8 in Livonia. She was a homemaker. She came to the Plymouth community in 1966 from Detroit. She was a member of St. Kenneth Catholic Church in Plymouth. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Survivors include son, Jim (Dawn) Mack of Westland; son, Larry Mack of Northville; daughter, Joan (Mike) Quigley of Plymouth; daughter, Lori (Rick) Blandford of Canton; and son, Jeff (Maria) Mack of Westland; nine grandchildren; sister, Carol (Brian) Fox of Livonia; and sister, Barbara (Richard) Gdowski of Taylor.

FRANK J. MERCIECA
Services for Frank Mercieca, 74, of Canton were held April 12 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church with burial at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Southfield.
Mr. Mercieca was born Jan. 26, 1928 in Detroit and died April 8 in Canton. He was a research and development engineer for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn until retirement. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a classic car enthusiast, loved golf and bowling and was a member of the Maltese Club of Dearborn.
Survivors include wife of 50 years, Jean Mercieca; sons, Robert, Michael, Frank, Mark, and Steven; daughters, Michelle and Christina; brothers, Robert and Joseph; sister, Rita; and 13 grandchildren.

MARVIN ASA SNIDER, JR.
Martin Snider, 78, of Canton died April 11, 2002 in Superior Township.
Mr. Snider was born June 5, 1923 in Delphi, Ind. He worked as a vice president in the food industry.
Survivors include wife, Helen; son, Chip (Diana); three sisters; two brothers; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

DEWEY G. STAMPER
Services for Dewey Stamper, 76, of Plymouth were held March 26 at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home with Mr. Royce Dickinson officiating. Burial was at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
Mr. Stamper was born Sept. 18, 1925 in Beattyville, Ky. and died March 22 in Plymouth. He was a carpenter for 30 years. He came to the Plymouth community in 1945 from Kentucky.
Mr. Stamper was preceded in death by his son, Donald Stamper.
Survivors include daughter, Debbie (Dave) Koperski of Novi; grandchildren, Sean Koperski of Novi, Jason (Jenni) Koperski of White Lake, Donald (Jamie) Stamper of Howell, and Trina Stamper of Howell; great-grandchildren Eric, Marc, Garrett and Gravin; brother, Carl (Alene) Stamper of Plymouth; sisters, Geneva (Albert) Bradley of Plymouth, Edna Abner of Beattyville, Ky., and Georgia (Decorsey) Gabbard of Beattyville, Ky.

EUGENE E. DALEY
Services for Eugene Daley, 78, of Canton, were held April 8 at the Vermeulen Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul C. Manwiller officiating. Burial was at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
Mr. Daley was born June 2, 1923 in Allendale, N.J. and died April 3 in Ann Arbor. He lived in the Canton community for 50 years. He belonged to the Lions Club, Senior's Club in Canton, Local 502 Wayne County Sheriff's Dept. and volunteered to Veteran's Hospital, member VFW Plymouth Post and American Legion. He was in the Navy for six years.
He worked at the Wayne County Training School for eight years. He became a patrolman for the Sheriff's Department and retired in 1977 as a lieutenant. He was one of the first two Wayne County Sheriff's to graduate from the Detroit Police Academy. He served in the Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sophie M. Daley.
Survivors include sons Philip (Lois) Daley of Cement City, Mich., Gregory (Marielle) Daley of Canton and Kenneth Daley of Canton; daughters Louise Meacham of Canton and Barbara Waterbury of Tecumseh; brother, William Daley of Onancock, Va.; grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Jacob, Amy, Neal, Christopher, Charlee, Melissa and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Dyllan and Christopher.

Services for Mary Niemiec, 94, of P{lymouth were held April 8 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with the Rev. Doc Ortman officiating. Burial was at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
Mrs. Niemiec was born March 25, 1918 in Simpson, Pa. and died April 4 in Livonia. She was a homemaker. She came to the Plymouth community from Detroit in 1965. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Plymouth. She was a member of the Plymouth Senior Citizens Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter in 1986.
Survivors include daughter, Constance Boucher of Ann Arbor; son, Edward (Nancy) Niemiec of New Jersey; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

HELOISE W. DUNSTAN
Services for Heloise Dunstan, 90, of Dexter will be held April 12 at Webster United Church of Christ with the Rev. LaVerne Gill officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
Mrs. Dunstan was born Sept. 6, 1911 in Detroit and died April 7 in Superior Township. She taught for 40 years in the Wayne/Westland schools. She was a member of the Webster United Church of Christ, Webster Historical Society, Dexter Historical Society, Canton Historical Society, Antiquarians, Dexter Museum, Washtenaw Extensions, Michigan Education Association and Michigan Science Educators Association. She was a former 4-H Leader and a Sunday school teacher.
Mrs. Dunstan was preceded in death by her husband of 10 years, Allan Campbell; and husband of 14 years, Girvinok Dunstan; and brothers, Jack and Neil Travis.
Survivors include sons Gordon (Vesta) Campbell and Bruce Campbell; daughter, Susan Campbell-Fournel; grandchildren, Allan Campbell, Lynn Campbell-Rayes, Bryan Campbell, Beth Critchett, Kristin Jantovsky, Kevin Campbell, Heather Reis, Matthew Campbell, Kimberleyok Fournel, Danielle Fournel and Suzanne VanderBellen; 19 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Vilis Travis.

FORD LESLIE YARLOTT
Ford Yarlott, 86, of Plymouth died April 3 at Angela Hospice in Livonia. He was born June 22, 1915 in Detroit.
Mr. Yarlott was born and raised in Detroit. He had lived in Livonia and Plymouth for 24 years. He also lived and worked in California and Colorado. He served in the United States Navy during World War II in the Pacific. He was a Machinist's Mate First Class. He is a graduate of TAE University of California. He had a BA in Political Science and Economics. He worked as a tool-and-die maker and a sales representative for five western states. He retired in 1978 from the Denver Water Board. He belonged to the Elks Club for many years. He enjoyed fly fishing, woodworking and golf.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Phyllis I. Yarlott of Plymouth; daughters Carol Lynn (Robert) Jensen of Broomfield, Colo., and Linda Kay (Larry) Higgason of Plymouth; son, Nelson Ford Yarlott of La Porte, Colo.; brothers William and Richard Yarlott, both of Florida; grandchildren, Wade, Dana, Kalyn, Glenn and Nichole; and six great-grandsons.

DEL F. CAMPBELL
Services for Del Campbell, 94, of Salem Township were held April 10 at Casterline Funeral Home in Northville with the Rev. Lance Rubringer of Salem Bible Church officiating. Burial was at Worden Cemetery in Salem.
Mr. Campbell was born Nov. 1, 1907 in Detroit and died April 7 in Ann Arbor. He lived in the area for most of his life. He was an electrician with Auto City Candy Company. He was a member of Salem Bible Church and the Northville Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include daughter, Dawn (Cliff) Schroder of Howell; son, Leo (Noble) Campbell of Pontiac; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother.
