JUDITH LYNN BRODZIK
Services for Judith Brodzik, 34, of Plymouth were held April 29 at St. Kenneth Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph S. Mallia officiating. Burial was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
Mrs. Brodzik died following a three-year fight with breast cancer.
Mrs. Brodzik was born June 7, 1967, in Southfield and died April 24 in Plymouth. She was a three-year resident of Plymouth, formerly of Commerce Township and Northville. She enjoyed water and snow skiing, horseback riding, fitness training and running and was an assistant Brownie Troop leader, and was a volunteer at All Saints Catholic School in Canton.
She was a Eucharistic Minister to the sick at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, as well as a Stephens Ministry counselor, and had been a member of that parish for 11 years, formerly a member of Our Lady of Grace parish in Redford. Judy graduated from Redford Thurston High School in 1985 and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from U of M Dearborn, and later her Masters Degree. She worked at Mazda in Flat Rock and New Venture Gear in Troy.
Survivors include husband, Steven J. Brodzik of Plymouth; daughter, Nicole Lynn Brodzik; son, Justin Andrew Brodzik; parents, Ted (Virginia) Dul; sisters, Barbara (Greg) Barbaza, Patricia (Rocco) Krcatovich, Janice (Leonard) Kisner, Cynthia (Dennis) Marley, Dr. Carrie (David Lubanski) Dul; and many nieces and nephews.

DEBORAH SORENSEN
Services for Deborah L. Sorensen, 46, of Westland were Tuesday, May 7, from John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Edward Einem of Lutheran Church of Our Savior officiating.
Mrs. Sorensen was born May 9, 1955, in Detroit and died May 4 in Garden City. She was a data engineer.
Survivors include sons Jason and Michael; parents Tom and Geri Drahos and William and Ruth Serniuk, and brother William Serniuk.
Memorials may be made to the family. Cremation rites were accorded.
MARTIN A. MORAN
Services for Martin A. Moran, 71 of Westland were Monday, May 6, from St. Richard Catholic Church with the Rev. Terence Treppa officiating and burial at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
Mr. Moran was born Oct. 8, 1930, in Johnstown, Pa. and died May 1 in Westland. He was a retired stationery engineer for Ford Motor Co. and was a member of St. Richard Catholic Church. He was a private first class in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, during which he won an Occupational Medal of Japan and was a member of the Detroit Judo Club, International Radio Union and the Century Club of the American Radio Relay League.
Among Mr. Moran's survivors are his wife, Gaynell L. Moran; 11 children, including sons John (Mary) Moran of Wayne, Christopher (Martha) Moran of Greenbrier, Tenn., Shawn (Marlena) Moran of Romulus and Daniel (Jodi) Moran of Westland; daughters Madeline (George) Brown of Westland, Jane Frantz of Westland, Constance (Robert) Kotick of Laguna Niguel, N.Y., niece Meggan Kohn and nephews Ryan and Andrew Taylor.
DORIS MARY CAMPBELL
Services for Doris Campbell, 85, of Westland were Monday, May 6, from Vermeulen Funeral Home in Westland with the Rev. Ronald Vanderbeek officiating and burial at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West in Westland.
Mrs. Campbell was born May 18, 1916, in Sewickley, Pa. and died May 1 in Livonia. She was a homemaker.
Surviving Mrs. Campbell are her five children; including daughters Barbara King of Westland, Patricia Lowery of Omaha, Neb., Marjorie Green of Malvern, Ark. and Sanie Campbell of Dearborn; sons Ralph (Mary) Campbell of Auburn Township and James (Christine) Campbell of Cuyahoga Falls, Michigan, 25911 Middlebelt, Farmington Hills, MI 48336.
FRANCES "PAT" BARE HULL
Services for Frances "Pat" Hull, 86, of Wayne, formerly of Westland will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 10 from Harry J. Will Funeral Home in Wayne with with the Rev. Jerry Gray officiating and interment at Glenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Hull was born Aug. 1, 1915 and died Monday, May 6.
Among Mrs. Hull's survivors are her five children; Patty (the late Frank) Pate, Nancy (Ron) Swan, Ruth (Ronald) Hadyniak, John (Karen) Hull Jr. and Karen (Merv) Wilkie; 22 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Preceding in death was her husband, John Hull Sr. and her daughter Virginia (Ed) Harmon.
CATHERINE PUTZ
Services for Catherine Putz, 82, of Westland were Thursday, May 2, from St. Bernadine Catholic Church with burial at St. Bridget Cemetery in North Dakota.
Mrs. Putz was born Nov. 16, 1919, in Knox, N.D., and died April 29 at home. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include sons, John A. (Angelita) and Gary (Judith); daughters, Victoria M. (Robert) McGuigan and Valaria A. (Ronald) Jones; three sisters; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

ANGELINE PIETRZAK
Services for Angeline V. Pietrzak, 73, of Westland were Friday, May 3, from St. Damian Catholic Church. Cremation rites were accorded.
Mrs. Pietrzak was born July 31, 1928, in Detroit and died April 30 in Ann Arbor. She was an inspector for an automotive company.
Survivors include her husband, Edward; daughters, Lynn M. and Laura (Chris) Armbruster; son, Paul J. (Jayna); two sisters; two brothers; and six grandchildren.
ALICE GRIES
Services for Alice Gries, 89, were Saturday, May 4, from St. Theodore Church with entombment following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Mrs. Gries was born Dec. 23, 1912, in Ewen and died April 29. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son, J. Raymond (Patricia); daughters, Judith (Russell) and Susan Sanner; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Preceding in death was her husband, J. Raymond.

NORMAN F. KUHN
Services for Norman F. Kuhn, 83, of Westland were Thursday, May 2, from the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert McDonald officiating and burial at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock.
Mr. Kuhn was born Oct. 13, 1918, in Detroit and died April 29 in Farmington Hills. He was a supervisor and a machinist.
Survivors include his wife, Edith Kuhn; daughters, Margaret Thorne and Cheryl (Asa) Mahssney; sons, Norman Jr., Paul (Lea) and David (Janice); eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
