Ann Boata
Services for Ann Boata, 87, formerly of Farmington, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5 at First United Methodist Church in Farmington with the Rev. Sondra Willobee officiating. Burial will take place at Acacia Park in Beverly Hills.
Mrs. Boata was born June 23, 1915 in West Virginia and died July 30, 2002 at Woodhaven Retirement Community in Livonia. She was a member of Alders Gate Methodist Church in Redford, a former Redford Suburban League member and a Red Cross volunteer. She also served on the Redford School Board.
She is survived by her daughters, Joan (Fred) Miller and Crystal (Arthur) Westphal; sister, Marie Grogan; and five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband John.

Mary H. Clancy
Services for Mary Hannah Clancy, 87, formerly of Farmington Hills, were held Aug. 1 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. Ronald Browne officiating.
Mrs. Clancy was born Feb. 28, 1915 in England and died July 30, 2002 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She worked as a restaurant manager.
She is survived by her son, William (Linda); daughter, Elizabeth (Thomas) Downs; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Mary Ann Shefferly
Services for Mary Ann Shefferly, 80, of Farmington Hills, were held Aug. 3 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Farmington with the Msgr. Walter Hurley officiating. Burial took place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit.
Mrs. Shefferly was born July 25, 1922 in Greenville S. C. and died July 31, 2002 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She graduated from St. Anthony High School in 1940 and worked at Chevrolet Gear and Axle where she met John Shefferly. They married in 1951.
Through her love of gardening she pursued her interest in floral design, working at a florist. She later took a job in 1977 with the Redford Township Senior Citizen Center, where she eventually became department head. Mrs. Shefferly was involved with the Catholic Central High School Mother's Club and was a frequent traveler with the Redford Seniors. She was a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church and later Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Farmington.
She is survived by her sons, Paul (Debbie) and Phil (Pattie); brothers, Rick and Rob Semany; and grandchildren, Megan, John, Kelly and Kirk. She is preceded in death by her husband John and brothers, Joseph and Anthony Semany.

Alice M. Waldecker
Services for Alice Madeline Waldecker, 82, of St. Ignace, were held Aug. 2 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. Joan Abbott officiating.
Mrs. Waldecker was born Feb. 28, 1920 in Port Huron and died July 31, 2002 at Huron Valley/Sinai Hospital in Commerce. She owned and operated the VacationLand Motel in St. Ignace.
She is survived by her sons, Edward (Kay) and Larry (Lola); daughter, Margaret (Don) Sutton; sister, Kay Harvey; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence.

Daniel S. Totzkay
Services for Daniel Stephen Totzkay, 48, of Livonia, were held July 30 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Farmington with the Rev. Ron Brown officiating. Burial took place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
Mr. Totzkay was born July 4, 1954 in Detroit and died July 26, 2002 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.
He is survived by his son, Daniel; daughter, Nicole; mother, Irene; brothers, James (Cathy) and Raymond (Karen); sisters, Marilyn (Robert) Gilman and Carole (Robert) Sitar; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, George.

Delpha L. O'Hara
Services for Delpha L. O'Hara, 84, of Farmington Hills, were held July 29 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. Fred Froman officiating. Burial took place at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens in Novi.
Mrs. O'Hara was born Dec. 11, 1917 and died July 27, 2002, at Hospice Home in Farmington Hills. She was married in Kentucky in 1940.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Jessie Thomas
Services for Jessie Thomas, 97, of Farmington Hills, were held July 30 at Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home in Farmington with the Rev. Christopher Welch officiating.
Mrs. Thomas was born April 2, 1905 and died July 23, 2002 at Heartland Health Care Center. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Robert (Shirley); sister, Sabrina Mazur; daughter-in-law, Terry Thomas; grandchildren, Joseph, Laurie, Lawrence, Michael, and Lynne; and great-grandchildren, Ryan, Jason, Kimberly, Zachary, Cameron and Lauren. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph and son Lawrence.
Robert F. Bunker
Services for Robert Franklin Bunker, 73, of Farmington Hills, will be held at 10 a.m. today, Aug. 1, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Farmington with the Msgr. Walter Hurley officiating. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
Mr. Bunker was born Aug. 16, 1928 in Melrose, Mass. and died July 28, 2002 at Detroit Receiving Hospital. He was a volunteer at Providence Hospital in Novi and delivered Meals on Wheels as well.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne; sons, Brian (Claire) and Donald (Holly); daughter, Carol (Rob) Sogard; brother, John (Elaine); and four grandchildren.

Mrs. Gould was born Aug. 7, 1918 in Detroit. She worked as an assembly worker for Mills Products and was a member of St. William Catholic Church in Walled Lake.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald (Irene) Price, William (Stephanie) Price and Dennis (Yumay) Price; brother, Leonard Bulchak; sister, Pat Cwick; and five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence.

John P. Donohue Jr.

Mr. Donohue was born April 30, 1918 in Detroit and died July 27, 2002 at Botsford Continuing Care Center in Farmington Hills. He worked as a bank trust officer and was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; sons, John (Nancy) and James (Karen); daughters, Suzanne (David) Huberty and Patricia (Edward) Orr; and grandchildren, Mark, John Keara, John, James, Brian, Casey and Patrick.
