ROY CLETIS LONGMIRE
Services for Roy Longmire, 72, of Garden City were June 11 in R.G. & G. R. Harris Funeral Home with burial at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West, Westland. Officiating was Deacon Al Uema.
Mr. Longmire was born Aug. 26, 1929, in Knoxville, Tenn., and died June 9 at his home in Garden City. He lived in this community 39 years. He was a member of AMVETS and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Surviving are his wife, Carol; children, Cheryl (David) Miller, Joseph and Wendy Mosquera and Jason Mosquera.
MARGARET A. WAGNER
Services for Margaret A. Wagner, 84, of Garden City were Wednesday, June 19, at Garden City Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Kenneth D. Lister officiating.
Mrs. Wagner was born Dec. 15, 1917, in Cadillac, Mich., and died June 16 in Dearborn. She was food services director for the Garden City schools.
She is survived by her husband, John Wagner; daughter, Sharon (Peter) Silveri; brother, Herman VanSteenis; and sister, Wilma Dawson. She was preceded in death by a son, John R. Wagner Jr.
Entombment was at Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park, Livonia. Arrangements were by John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, Garden City.

CAROL ANN HUBBARD
Services for Carol Ann Hubbard are today, Thursday, at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 34567 Michigan Ave. in Wayne.
Mrs. Hubbard, a Garden City resident, died June 17.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ancil. Surviving are children, Thomas (Darleen), Janice (Richard) Haggadone and Gary (Paula); grandchildren, Kristen, Justin, Tyler, Bobbie and Shane.
Bernice Dudek
Services for Bernice Dudek, 94, of Garden City were Aug. 20 in St. Theodore of Cantebury Church with burial at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Dearborn Heights. Officiating was the Rev. Gary Michalik.
Mrs. Dudek was born April 2, 1908, in Bayonne, N.J., and died Aug. 17 in Westland. She was a proprietor.
Surviving are her daughter, Helen Jedrusik; daughters-in-law, Delores and Gladys Dudek; nine grandchildren, Ken (Darlene) Jedrusik, Diane (Robert) Cargnel, Bob Jedrusik, Danny (Evelyn) Dudek, Tanya (the late Michael) Adamus, Terry Dudek, Debbie (Frank) Hachey, Michael (Chris) Dudek and Denise (Mark) Palmer; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Dudek was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; sons, Pete Dudek and Tadeusz Dudek; and grandson, Tadeusz Dudek.

Anna E. Peterson
Services for Anna Peterson, 96, of Garden City were Aug. 20 in St. Suzanne Church with burial at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Dearborn Heights.
Miss Peterson was born June 6, 1906, in Cleveland, Ohio, and died Aug. 16 in Livonia. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her nieces, Eleanor Ciemnicki and Mary Gargac; many other nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.

Mary Jo Hoyt
Services for Mary Jo Hoyt, 62, of Lapeer were Aug. 20 in Good Hope Lutheran Church, Garden City, with burial at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy. Officiating was James Noble.
Miss Hoyt was born Oct. 29, 1939, in Pontiac and died Aug. 16 in Flint. She was a clerk.
Surviving are her sisters, Norma (Richard) Perry, Carol Napier of Garden City and Judi Mason; and many nieces and nephews.
Miss Hoyt was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Helen Hoyt.

Teresa A. Portis
Services for Teresa Portis, 44, of Garden City were Aug. 1 in John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Wayne Parker of Merriman Road Baptist Church.
A homemaker, Mrs. Portis was born Sept. 13, 1957, in Detroit, and died July 29 in Livonia.
Surviving are her husband, Michael; daughters, Nicole Portis and Dawn Portis; mother, Marilyn Volmer; sister, Jacklyn Jones; and two grandchildren, Andrew Williams and Madison Williams.

Sophia S. Czaja
A memorial servivce for former Livonia resident Sophia Czaja, 84, of Florida was Oct. 5 in L.J. Griffin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Czaja was born Nov. 3, 1917, and died Sept. 9, 2002, in Leesburg, Fla. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Henry; daughters, Dorrin (Jerry) Bianco and Karen (Robert) Petrie; sisters, Jean Klimek and Theresa Kinor; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Michael James Pingilley
Michael Pingilley, 52, of Farmington Hills died Oct. 1, 2002. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial was at Michigan Memorial Park in Huron Township.
Mr. Pingilley was a member of the Livonia Elks and Livonia Moose.
Surviving are his wife, Joanna; daughters, Stacey (Mark) Warren of Livonia and Linnea Nilsson of Lincoln Park; father, James (Vera) Pingilley of Trenton; sister, Sandy (Greg) Cowan; two grandsons; and one nephew.
Mr. Pingilley was preceded in death by his mother, Mary.

Raymond Woods
Services for Raymond Woods, 72, of Royal Oak were Oct. 5, in Greenfield Presbyterian Church in Berkley, with burial at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak. Officiating was the Rev. Peter T. Moore.
Mr. Woods was born April 26, 1930, in Pittsburgh, Pa., and died Oct. 1, 2002, in Pontiac. He worked for Excello Corp. as a quality control manager until his retirement.
He served in the U.S. Air Force in Okinawa during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Woods was an elder for Christ Memorial Presbyterian Church and was an active member of Greenfield Presbyterian Church. He was an assistant scout master of Lincoln Elementary Boy Scout No. 630 and was active with the Royal Oak Senior Center.
Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Joyce; children, Denise (David) Woods-Di Biase of Livonia and Rebecca Swanson of Dublin, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Katherine, Cory, Toby, Jonathon and Jacob.
Mr. Woods was preceded in death by his son, David Woods, and brother, William Ross.
