Lambert Agin Jr., 75, of Cincinnati and Naples, Fla., died at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood, after an extended illness. He was a partner and co-founder of Towne Properties, having retired in 1985, and was a member of the Cincinnati Homebuilders Association, Kenwood Country Club, Ryland Lakes Country Club and Quail Creek Country Club in Naples. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Hill Agin; sons, L. Bradley Agin of Cincinnati and David A. Agin of Naples; a brother, Jerry Agin of Cincinnati; Lambert
Agin Jr. sisters, Helen Haass of Middletown, Ohio, and Bonnie Carothers of Cincinnati; and a grandson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Norman Chapel, Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger. Entombment will be in Spring Grove Mausoleum, Cincinnati. Memorials are suggested to American Lung Association, 11113 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242; or the charity of the donor's choice.
John Bacia, 72, of Covington, died Tuesday at Veterans Hospital, Cincinnati.

Virginia A. Jaspers Burkart, 88, of Fort Thomas, died at 7 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a homemaker and a past president of St. Thomas Mothers Club, St. Xavier High School Mothers Club and the LaSalette Academy Mothers Club. She was a past president of the St. Thomas Rosary Society and 55 Club, treasurer of the Homemakers of Campbell County and a eucharistic minister for St. Luke Hospital and St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas. She was a St. Thomas Secretarian and a member of the Resurrection Choir. Her husband, Herman Burkart, died in 1974.
Survivors include daughters, Barb "Babs" Burkart of Independence, Carole Hummel of Green Bay, Wis., Miriam "Mimi" Burkart of Florence, Ginny Burkart and Kay Hill, both of Fort Thomas, and Jean Lifshotz of Wayne, N.J.; sons, Bill Burkart and David Burkart, both of Fort Thomas, and Tom Burkart of Bellevue; 21 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Constance C. Neubert Calland, 73, of Maysville, died Tuesday at Meadowview Regional Medical Center, Maysville.
She was a sales clerk with Elder-Beerman and G.C. Murphy in Ohio, and a former employee of Kahn's Inc., Cincinnati.

Mary Kathryn Wilson Carrell, 51, of Union, died Wednesday at University Hospital, Cincinnati. She was an administrative assistant for Delta Airlines.
Survivors include her husband, Phillip Carrell; daughters, Shawn Martinez of West Palm Beach, Fla., Amber Garrison and Autumn Garrison, both of Union; a son, Joseph Rosenhahn of Cincinnati; her mother, Lois Harris of West Palm Beach; a brother, Howard Wilson of Alexandria, La.; and three grandchildren.

Ruth A. McElhaney Coburn, 83, of Erlanger, died Wednesday at Carmel Manor Nursing Home, Fort Thomas.
She was a retired retail clerk with A&P; Foods and Lucky Foods, and a member of Sunrise Baptist Church in Bristol, Okla. She was an accomplished violinist. Her husband, Chester Coburn, died in 1974.
Survivors include sons, Phillip Edward Coburn of Knoxville, Tenn., and Hays Coburn of Roseville, Tenn.; a daughter, Mary F. Sargent of Erlanger; a sister, Florence Melton of Bristol, Okla.; a brother, Robert McElhaney of Bristol; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Walton Cemetery. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
E. Darrell Collins, 61, of Covington, died Friday at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Cincinnati.
He was a retired fork lift operator with Dana Corp., River Ridge, Mich.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Moore Collins; sons, Darrell Collins and Michael Collins, both of River Ridge; stepsons, David Kelly of Walton, Dennis Kelly of St. Augustine, Fla., and Rick Kelly of Crittenden; daughters, Shelly Collins and Christy Collins, both of River Ridge; a stepdaughter, Cheryl Schmidt of Petersburg; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Virginia M. Bugg Dietz, 87, of Ludlow, died at 3:15 a.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Loyal Garrett, died in 1977.

Frank P. Evans, 80, of Maysville, died Friday at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lexington. He was a retired bricklayer and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Maysville.
Survivors include a daughter, Shelby Jena Maguire of Melbourne, FLa.; a son, Frank Patrick Evans of Goleta, Calif.; a sister, Inez Rash of Maysville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Phillip J. French, 43, of Latonia, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence.
He was a self-employed carpenter.

printer with the Cincinnati Enquirer and a Navy veteran of World War II.

Her husband, Edward Wade, died in 1988.
