Terrence Clay Turner, artist and gardener
Terrence Clay Turner had a youthful outlook and love of life which often led to mischief, friends said.
But "Terry" will be remembered for so much more.
"Terry was known for his unique perspective, freely offered often tenacious opinions and his uncommonly broad range of knowledge and expertise, " said his partner of 21 years, Steven Roussos of Erlanger.
Mr. Turner, 44, a lifelong Erlanger resident, died of respiratory failure at 5:53 p.m. Saturday at University Hospital in Cincinnati.
He was an artist and gardener, and lent his voice to several causes he held dear.
Among those chief in his heart was the value of cultural diversity in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
"His depth of understanding and compassion, his quick and irreverent wit... and above all, his abiding love and affection for those in his life will be sadly missed by all, " said Roussos.
