Reginald "Reggie" Alexander, 51, of Sparta, died Friday at Harrison House in Cincinnati. He was a former employee of the Kentucky State Department of Transportation. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Warsaw, a founding member of the Gallatin County Life Squad, and a former member of the Sparta and Gallatin County fire departments.
Survivors include daughters, Amanda Terrell of Carrollton, Kristie Beaty and Shannon Alexander, both of Warsaw; parents, Reginald and Mariam Alexander of Sparta; sisters, Sandra Buck of Burlington and Pamela Tudor of Sparta; brothers, Steve Alexander of Owenton and Paul Alexander of Warsaw; and four grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Carlton-Lowder Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Warsaw.
Loni Yvette Barber, 19, of Covington, died Friday at University Hospital, Cincinnati, from injuries received in an auto accident in Erlanger. She was a clerk for Walgreens in Latonia; a member of the Church of Christ, Covington; and a 1999 graduate of Holmes High School.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather Lila and Robert McDaniel of Florence; maternal grandparents, John and Jean Edmonson of Covington.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be 5 tp 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Memorials are suggested to charity of choice.
Emma Bell, 79, of Hebron, died at 7:25 a.m. Friday at her home. She was a homemaker and an avid gardener. Her husband, Robert CullBell, died in 1979. Survivors include a daughter, Pauline Bumgardner of Hebron; sisters, Sillar ogan and Laura Morgan of Corbin; a brother, James Sizemore of Silverton, Ore.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron, with visitation 5 to 9 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron.
J. Robert Bluemlein, 82, of Park Hills, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood.
He retired in 1983 as executive vice president of the Columbia Savings and Loan, Covington and Erlanger. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Lakeside Park, and U.S. and Kentucky State Building and Loan leagues. He was former mayor of Lookout Heights (now Fort Mitchell), past chairman of the Kenton County Budget Commission and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Jane Bluemlein of Park Hills; daughters, Joyce Horrah of Louisville and Jackie Adriano of Lakeside Park. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Arrangements are being handled by Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Covington.
William Broerse, 69, of Covington, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington. He was a forklift operator at Hilton-Davis Chemical and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include nieces, Linda Broerse and Debbie Broerse of Tulsa, Okla.; and best friend, Regina Cushman of Covington. Arrangements are pending at Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Erlanger.
Ruth H. Eades, 84, of Latonia, died Thursday at Rosedale Manor Nursing Home in Latonia. She was a homemaker, and a member of St. Anthony Church, Taylor Mill. Her husband, Lester B. Eades, died in 1986. Survivors include a daughter, Lestra Jean Pitcher of Cincinnati; stepson Jack Etherington of Pioneer; two step-grandchildren and one great-step-grandchild.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Church., with visitation 10 a.m. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Clara Marie Hall, 72, of Covington, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Covington. She was a retired cafeteria worker and a member of the Covington Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Carl G. Hall of Covington; a son, Darrell Hall of Covington; a sister, Ruby Sallee of Muskogee, Okla.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill, with visitation from 10 a.m. Burial will be in Floral Hills Mausoleum, Taylor Mill.
Doris Jean Simon Holtman, 69, of Latonia, died Thursday at her residence. Her husband, Delmar Charles Holtman, died in 1981. She was the past center manager at Senior Citizen's Center of Northern Kentucky, Covington, and a member of Holy Cross Church, Latonia.
Survivors include sons, Charles W. Holtman of Latonia, Michael G. Holtman of Fort Thomas and Gary T. Holtman of Taylor Mill; daughters, Theresa M. Holtman of Latonia, Peggy Brown of Edgewood, Linda G. Faust of Bellevue and Vickie Sullivan of Latonia; brothers, William Simon of Suwanee, Ga., John Simon of Cold Spring and Robert Simon of Lawrenceburg; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Edwin Bernard Lawrence, 90, of Latonia, died at 4:38 p.m. Friday at Rosedale Manor Nursing Home in Latonia. He was a retired truck driver for Queen City Supply and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Willa Lawrence of Latonia; sons, Edwin Charles Lawrence and Ron Black of Florence; a daughter Eileen Black of Florence; a brother, Albert Lawrence of Cincinnati; a sister, Catherine Henson of Sharonville, Ohio; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Barbara L. Lizer, 68, of Lexington, died Thursday at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, William S. Lizer; sons, Eddie W. English and Gary L. Lizer, both of Cynthiana, and W. Monty Lizer and Darren T. Lizer, both of Lexington; two half-sisters; and eight grandchildren.

Nellie "Dolly" Miles, 66, Fort Wright, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Covington. Survivors include her husband, Robert T. Miles of Fort Mitchell; a son, Dr. Douglas Miles of Edgewood; a daughter, Cindy Donaldson of Sebring, Fla.; six grandchildren.

Laura "Bobbie" Neuspickel, 73, of Cynthiana, died Thursday at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana. She was a homemaker, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Queen Esther Order of the Amaranth, Daughters of Mokkanna Supreme Caldron, and the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Neuspickel. Survivors include sons, Gregory Neuspickel of Visalia and Jeffery Neuspickel of Harrison County; and a daughter, Nancee Neuspickel of Dallas, Texas.
