Sophie Curtis, 84, of Florence, died Tuesday at St. Luke Hospital West in Florence.
Arrangements are pending at Stith Funeral Home, Florence.
Helen Dameron, 102, of Highland Heights, died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lakeside Place Nursing Home in Highland Heights. She was a retired instructor with Cincinnati Bell Telephone. Her husband, Alfred Dameron, died in 1978.
Survivors include a sister, Margaret Meister of Fort Thomas; and a nephew, Denny McGarvey of Edgewood.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas. Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas, is handling arrangements.
James Calvin Fletcher Sr., 56, of Covington, died at 6:20 p.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North in Covington. He was a Realtor with Jim Huff Realty Inc., a member of the National Association of Realtors and Aspen Grove Lodge No. 397 F&AM, and an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Fletcher; sons, James C. Fletcher Jr. of Florence and Jeffrey Fletcher of Covington; stepsons, Dwayne Cox of Taylor Mill, Terrance Cox of Cincinnati and Gary Cox of Villa Hills; a daughter, Constance Stewart of Rensselaer Falls, N.Y.; brothers, Art Groudi and Robert Groudi, both of Monroe, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Catchen Funeral Home, Elsmere. Visitation will begin there at noon Friday. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.
Ruby McGlothin Hardie, 65, of Dayton, Ohio, died Monday at her home. She was a retired employee of Dolly Toy Co. in Tipp City, Ohio, and a member of Forman Chapel United Methodist Church. Brothers Russell McGlothin, Harold "Shorty" McGlothin, Kenneth McGlothin, Paul McGlothin, Dale McGlothin, and Charles "Babe" McGlothin; and sisters, Emma Rose McGlothin and Ester Shepherd, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Merle Hardie; daughters, Kathie Green of Tipp City, Bonnie Long of Troy, Ohio, and LeeAnn Hughes of Brookville, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Melinda Armstrong of Tampa, Fla.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Palmer Funeral Home, Mays Lick. Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Mays Lick Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Montgomery County, Ohio, Humane Society, 1661 Nicholas Road, Dayton, Ohio 45418.
Evelyn Hill, 74, of Covington, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North in Covington.
Arrangements are pending at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Covington.
Casey Allen Jones, son of Jeff and Tina England Jones of Brooksville, died shortly after birth Saturday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.
Other survivors include a brother, Caleb Louis Jones, at home; and grandparents, William and Mary Lou Jones, and Ronnie and Pearl England, all of Brooksville.
Mass of Christian burial was this morning at St. James Church, Brooksville. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Brooksville. Moore and Parker Funeral Home, Brooksville, is handling arrangements.
Marshall Justice, 84, of Butler, died Monday at River Valley Nursing Home in Butler. He was a retired employee of Butler Products Co. His wife, Thelma Justice, died in 1978.
Survivors include a step-daughter, Alice Schnorr of Alexandria; two step-granddaughters; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Woodhead Funeral home, Falmouth. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth. Memorials are suggested to American Heart Association, 1885 Dixie Highway, Suite 250, Fort Wright, Ky. 41011.
Connie True "Trudy" Mahoney, 51, of Carrollton, died Tuesday at Norton's Hospital, Louisville. She was a deputy clerk for the circuit clerk traffic and criminal office of Carroll County and a member of Parents Without Partners Chapter No. 129, Louisville. Her father, Floyd Stanton Mahoney, died in 1997.
Survivors include daughters, Stephanie Kelley of Lexington, Crystal O'Neal of Milton, Connie Kelley and Mary Kelley, both of Carrollton; sons, Dwight Culver of Chicago and Cory Kelley of Carrollton; her mother, Bessie J. Mahoney of Carrollton; a sister, Claudia Crutcher of Carrollton; brothers, Floyd Mahoney and Bill Mahoney, both of Carrollton; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, Carrollton. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mahoney Cemetery, Bedford.
Thelma Muehlenkamp, 86, of Fort Thomas, died at 2:05 a.m. Friday at Lakeside Place Nursing Home, Highland Heights. She was a homemaker. Her husband, William J. Muehlenkamp, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Sue Gamel of Bonita Springs, Fla.; sons, William J. Muehlenkamp and James E. Muehlenkamp, both of Ryland Heights; a sister, Mary Angela Busse of Fort Mitchell; 14 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas, followed by prayers. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas. Memorials are suggested to charity.
Amo W. Teegarden, 80, of Augusta, died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. She was a homemaker and a member of Augusta Church of the Nazarene. Her husband, Albert Thurman Teegarden, died in 1967. Sisters Annie Whitehead and Anna Ruth Whitehead; and brothers, Elmo Whitehead and William Whitehead, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include of sons, Albert Teegarden of Augusta and Woody Teegarden of Germantown; a brother, Raymond Whitehead of Augusta; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home, Augusta. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Virginia H. Phillips Thompson, 76, of Covington, died Monday at her home. She was a former bookkeeper with American National Bank in Newport and the Medina County Gazette in Medina, Ohio. Mrs. Thompson also volunteered with Providence Hospital in Sandusky, Ohio.
Survivors include her husband, Harry A. Thompson Jr.; sons, Lawrence Thompson of Norwalk, Ohio, Paul J. Thompson of Springfield, Ohio, Jerry Thompson of Huron, Ohio, and Harry A. Thompson III of Topsham, Maine; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Ruth Vance, 66, of Fresno, Calif., died Saturday in Fresno. She was a retired director of personnel with the Equal Opportunity Commission.
Survivors include her husband, Elmo Vance; sons, Ronald E. Vance Sr., Elmo Vance Jr. and Jay Kevin Vance, all of Fresno, Darnell E. Vance of London and Maurice Mitchell of San Diego; daughters, Debra Ann Vance of Covington, Ivy L. Medley, Linda P. Vance and Yolanda Eve Randles, all of Fresno; brothers, John Cummings, Roscoe Cummings and Jesse Cummings, all of Fresno; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church, Fresno. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Jesse E. Cooley Funeral Home, Fresno. Wake services will be at 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Fresno.
Martha Elizabeth Vardiman, 96, of Louisville, died Monday at Masonic Home of Kentucky in Louisville. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Louisville and Order of the Eastern Star Purity Chapter No. 116, Louisville.
Survivors include a daughter, Alice L. Vardiman of Louisville; a son, Edwin Lowe Vardiman of Covington; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Pearson Funeral Home, Louisville. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
