Carl Logan, 80, of Emerson, died Thursday, Feb. 27, in King's Daughters Medical Center.
Mr. Logan was born Oct. 10, 1922, in Lewis County.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Burchett Logan.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Hamilton Mawk cemetery in Lewis County.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today, anytime Sunday and until time of the service Monday at the funeral home.

Catherine Logan, 67
Catherine Lavon Logan, 67, of Wheelersburg, died Thursday, April 6, 2000, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 6, 1932, in Columbus, a daughter of the late Ida Rickerson. She was a retired group chief operator for Ohio Bell and a member and past missionary president of Plymouth Heights Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are her husband, Wilmer E. Logan, whom she married
Feb. 7, 1981, in Bellview, Fla.; tow sons, Michael Delong of Plant City, Fla., and Timothy Logan of Atwater, Ohio; four daughters, Catherine Dickson of Thornville, Deanna Willis of Columbus, Dileen Rutledge of Carrollton, and Ocea Logan of Malvern; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Plymouth Heights Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. Tim Throckmorton officiating, and interment at 2 p.m. Monday in Glen Rest cemetery in Reynoldsburg.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the Church.

Charles M. Logan
Wellston, Ohio - Charles M. Logan, 88, retired farmer and former Wellston resident, died Saturday at 12:40 p.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Amey Harper, of Columbus.
Born March 26, 1870, in Greenup County, Ky., Mr. Logan was a son of the late James and Sarah Dinsmore Logan.
Surviving are three sons, Millard of Wellston, James of Columbus and Garland of Fresno, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Clyde Harper and Mrs. Mary Mashburn of Columbus, Mrs. Parlie Townsend of Jackson and Mrs. Hester Affleck of Columbus, Ga.; a brother Abraham of Sciotoville; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at Riggs-Sammons Funeral Home in Greenup with burial to follow in Granny Thomas cemetery under direction of Rogers Mortuary of Wellston.

Mrs. Hiram O. Logan
Mrs. Clara M. Logan, 77, of 5914 Glen ave., Sciotoville, died at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday at Scioto Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Hurricane, W., Va., and a member of the Christian Church of Brushart, Ky.
Surviving are her husband, Rev. Hiram O. Logan; four sons, Otho of Dayton: Ralph of Wilmington, Rufus of Columbus, and William R. of Wheelersburg; six daughters, Mrs. Melissa Frazee of Sciotoville Rt. 4; Mrs. Delpha Hignite of Sciotoville Rt. 2, Mrs. Mamie Moalton of Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Kate Cooper of Portsmouth Rt. 6, Mrs. Mary Bellamy of Dayton, and Mrs. Norma Springer of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Williams of Covington, Ky.; a brother, David Billups of Wheelersburg, 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services are to be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Davis, Davis and Gill Funeral Home, with Rev. Malcolm Akers officiating. Interment is to be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

Clarcie Logan, 85, Rubyville resident
Clarcie Logan, 85, of Rubyville, died Friday, Aug. 4, 1995, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
Born March 6, 1910, in Greenup, Ky., a daughter of the Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Franklin Ratliff, she attended Minford Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard R. Logan, who she married
Jan. 10, 1927, in Greenup, Ky.; four sons, Luther E. Logan of Hernando, Fla, Delmar "Perk" Logan and Roger W. Logan, both of Bellvue and Bobby Lee Logan of Ocala, Fla; a daughter Sharen K. Wilson of Chillicothe; a brother, Earl Morris of Baltimore, Md.; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a brother, Willard Ratliff; and two sisters, Mabel Billups and Flora Middaugh.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville, with Randy Fraley, minister, officiating, and interment in Sunset Gardens.
Friends may call at he funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and for an hour before the services Tuesday.

Clyde Logan, 78
Clyde Logan, 78, of Woodville road, Mansfield, died Thursday evening April 5, 2001, in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following a short illness.
He was born December 5, 1922 in Logan County, W. Va., to Frank and Rebecca Jane Chafin Logan and had lived in Mansfield the past 40 years.
A World War II Navy veteran, Mrs. Logan served in the Pacific Theater.
He retired from general Motors with more than 26 years of service as a press operator.
Clyde was a member of Community Baptist Bible Church and the Indianapolis District American Legion.
An avid gardener, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Lambert Logan, whom he married
Nov. 26, 1948; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Neice Logan of Lexington, Ky., two daughters and sons-in-law, Jane and Robert Yarger of Lexington, and Pamela and James Ringer of Mansfield; six grandchildren and their spouses, Robert and Tina Yarger, Tina and Jeff Bittner, Joe and Heather Logan, Ben Horn, Amy Yarger and Sean Ringer; two stepgrandchildren, Jessica Ringer and Jason Ringer; two great-grandchildren, Kylie Bittner and Cameron Logan; three stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister Lillian Lytten of New Boston; and two brothers, Frank "Marvin" Logan of Homestead, Fla., and Dan McCleese of Grove City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a stepgrandson, James A. Ringer; three sisters; three brothers and a sister-in-law.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2001 in the Lexington Avenue Snyder funeral home, where the funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. The Revs., Randall Collins and William Thurber will officiate. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Memorial park, where the Richland County Joint Veterans Council will hold graveside military honors.

Scretch Logan
1920-2001
Clyde "Scretch" Logan, 80, of Load, died Saturday in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Mr. Logan was born Sept. 18, 1920, in Greenup County, a son of the late John and Naura Traylor Logan.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Load Christian Baptist Church.
His wife, Shirley Bush Logan, died in 1986.
Surviving are a son, Theodore ``Buddy" Logan of Load; a daughter, Eva Mae Logan of Load; three sisters, Octavia Kegley and Eunice Skeens, both of Delaware, Ohio, and Opal Littleton of Columbus, Ohio; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A son, Roger Logan, preceded him in death.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Load Christian Baptist Church by the Rev. Robbie Bond. Burial will be in Bush cemetery in Load.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 tonight and after noon Tuesday at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore.

Mrs. Conie Logan
Mrs. Conie Logan, 96, of 2214 Bath Ave., died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital following an extended illness.
Mrs. Logan was born Sept. 11, 1878, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Edward Huston and Sarah Gray Evans. She was a member of the First Christian Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, where she held several district offices in the organization and was a past worth matron of it, a member of the D. of A. and was active in the American Red Cross and other service organizations. Her husband, Perry Logan, preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Boone Logan of Ashland.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at John Steen Funeral Home by the Rev. B. D. Nisbet. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
The body is at the funeral home where friend may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a favorite charity.

Mrs. Doris Logan
Mrs. Doris F. Duncan Logan, 84, of South Shore, died at 7 p.m. Thursday at the home of her sister. She had been in ill health for several months.
A native of Greenup County, Ky., she was a member of the Kehoe (Ky.) Nazarene Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, George W. Logan, in 1964, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Everett Robertson Sr., with whom she lived.
Rev. Ray Bellomy and Doloris Melvin are to conduct services at 2 p.m. Sunday at Kehoe Nazarene Church. Burial is to be in Kehoe Cemetery.

Earl Logan, 85
Earl Logan, 85, of Fallbrook, California, a former Rubyville resident, died Thursday, July 11, 2002 in California.
Born July 9, 1917, in Kentucky, the only son of the late Edward and Josephine (Kotcamp) Logan, he had moved to California in April 1985. In 1982 he retired from Arizona Gear & Manufacturing in Tucson, Arizona where he was employed as a machinist for 26 years. He attended Rubyville United Methodist Church and was a member Aaron Lodge No. 49 Masonic Lodge in Tucson, Arizona.
One daughter and son-in-law, Joyce Ann and Harold White of Fallbrook, California, and one sister, Margaret Logan of Tucson, Arizona survive him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Mildred (Moritz) Logan on February 23, 1995, who he married
on April 9, 1939 in Westerville, Ohio.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2002 at Rubyville United Methodist Church in Rubyville with the Rev. Major Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Universal cemetery in Rubyville. Friends may call at the church from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. before the service on Wednesday.
