Newport's Albert Robish, devoted father, plumber
Albert Louis Robisch only had one child, but many neighborhood children and local high school students regarded him as a father figure.
"Even when I was in high school, all the kids came to my house to talk," said his son, Chris Robisch of Southgate.
"They just had a good time sitting around with him. It was like another family. They'd come in and go to the refrigerator and grab a soft drink. And if they didn't have any money to go out, they'd ask if they could come over."
