Survivors include his wife, Linda McElhannon; daughter, Jennifer McElhannon, Ellenwood; sons, Christopher McElhannon and wife Jennifer, McDonouh, Charles Abna, Jackson, Matthew McElhannon, Stockbridge and Joshua McElhannon, Stockbridge; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; sister, Ann Thomas, Stockbridge; brother, Bill McElhannon and wife Linda, Rex; many nieces and nephews.

Survivors include three daughters, Lillian Tuley of Moore, Irene Carey of Lewisville, Texas and Kathy Maize of Oklahoma City; four brothers, Ishmel Mercer, Floyd Mercer, John Mercer, and Everett Mercer, all of Stratford; three sisters, Katie Abney of Arkansas, June Bragg of Texas and Evelyn Burris of Tempe, Arizona; and five grandchildren.

Daily Democrat, Clinton, MO - Donna L. Abney, 59, Independence, died Wednesday, March 17, 1993, at Truman Medical Center. Services were Friday at the Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, Osceola. Burial was in the Lowry City Cemetery. Mrs. Abney was born in Independence and lived in that area most of her life. She was a day care provider. She was a member of the Enoch Hill congregation of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include a son, Bill Abney, and a brother, Paul Wicker, both of Independence and a grandson.

Doris Heuck Abnee
Doris Heuck Abnee, 73, a boating enthusiast and daughter of former Hamilton County Auditor Col. Robert Heuck, died Wednesday in San Francisco. A longtime resident of Cincinnati, Mrs. Abnee had become known for elaborate parties and her love of boating. At 18, her parents gave her the choice of a debutante party, which was popular at the time, or a boat. She chose the boat, a mahogany Chris Craft, and for the past 55 years has driven the award-winning antique vessel through the Les Cheneaux Islands in Michigan's upper peninsula.

Cash Abner
Cash Abner, 71, Clark County farmer, died at 4 a.m., today at his home, 9 Foster Avenue, following a long illness. Mr. Abner was born in Estill County and was the son of the late Sam and Leona Abner.
He was a member of the Church of God. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nannie Abner; four daughters; Mrs. A. G. Wright, Mrs. Allen Brandburg, Mrs. Harry Elkin and Mrs. Susie Stanley, all of Clark County.
11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be concluded at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the grave in Winchester cemetery by Rev. J. T. Holman.
Pallbearers will be Harry Elkin, Allen Brandenburg, Albert Wright, Cordas Larrison, Pete Arthur and Otis Arthur.
The body will be taken from the Scobee Funeral Home to the residence on Foster Avenue late Saturday afternoon where it will remain until the hour of services.
