Marcellete Fern Yonkey, age 92, Interment will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Fairview born April 2, 1912 to Allan Chester and Faith Victoria (Johnson) Parks in Bower, SD. She was baptized November 12, 1912 in the Canistota Presbyterian Church. In 1921 she moved with her parents and siblings to the Kiester, MN area. She attended rural school, graduated from Wells High School and Teachers Training School. She taught in rural Freeborn and Faribault Counties for nine years including four years in Kiester School District #222.
On February 7, 1934 she death were her parents, her husband, 2 sisters, Anna Mae and Theo Faye, 2 brothers, Robert and Keith, and 2 sister-in-laws, Min Eva and Louise, and 1 son-in-law Leo R. Braam.

Linda Sanford, age 64 of Garden City, MN Interment in Garden City born July 27, 1940 in Doniphan, MO to Minnie Hawkins. She grew up in the Doniphan area and death by her mother, and a granddaughter, Brittany.
Ruth Mitchell
Ruth E. Mitchell, age 92, of Mankato and formerly of Lincoln, NE, Interment will be in Wyuka born on December 11, 1912 in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of August and Nellie Mae (Chitty) Hutchins. Ruth was a graduate of Eastern High School in Baltimore. She was united in marriage to Walter J. Mitchell on January 2, 1941 in Pensacola, FL. He death by her father, August Hutchins, her mother, Nellie Hutchins who lived to be 104 years old, and her husband, Walter Mitchell.
Ruth Hubmer
Ruth Hubmer, age 86, of Mankato, born on November 25, 1918, in Granada, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Ben and Nellie (Chase) Oliver. She attended Baker Country School and graduated from St. Clair High School. She death by her parents; her husband, Marlin in 2002; and her brother, Donald.
Bernard Nettekoven
Bernard E. “Bernie” Nettekoven, age 65, of Mankato Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mankato Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Paul Ficzeri officiating. Burial with military honors at Ft. Snelling National born February 14, 1939 in Stuttgart, Germany to Karl and Hedwig (Knörzer) Nettekoven. Bernard immigrated to the United States in 1958, resided in Atlantic, Iowa and later moved to Mankato. Bernard served in the US Army from 1960-1963, and continued his service with the Air Force Reserves until 1975.
Bernard had been employed with Continental Can, Valley News and various electrical companies. In 1972, he started Kato Electric and was still the current owner and operator. He enjoyed boating, flying small planes, music, animals, and model railroad.
Survivors include his special friend, Sharon Prochaska of North Mankato; daughter, Andi Parker of Mankato; two grandchildren, Beau and Shaina Parker; one great-grandson, Brandon Parker; mother, Hedwig Nettekoven; sister, Ursula (Bernhard) Mai; niece, Steffi Mai; nephew, Torsten Mai, all of Hirsau, Germany.
He was preceded in died Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at the Oaklawn Heath Care Center in Mankato. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2004, 10 am at Centenary United Methodist Church in Mankato. Pastor Dean Wolf will be officiating. There will be a visitation Friday evening at Woodland Hills Memorial Chapel from 5:30 to 8:30 pm., continuing at the church 1 hour prior to the service. born July 7, 1905 in Thornton, Iowa to Herbert and Mary Johnson. He was the fifth of six children. Charles moved to Mankato in 1930 from Hutchinson, MN. He graduated from Mankato Commercial College in 1931. On February 6, 1944 he died Monday, December 13, 2004 at her home.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, December 16, 2004 at Mankato Mortuary. A Memorial service will be held Saturday in Indianola, Iowa.
Diane is survived by her husband, David Blaine Witte of Good Thunder; son, Travis McCoy of Beauford; daughter, Amy McCoy of Good Thunder; parents, William and Mary Kay Pendgraft of Indianola, IA; sister, Brenda (John) Finley of Fenton, MI; brother, Mark Pendgraft of Indianola, IA.
