Mankato resident, Robert Junge, 78, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at the New Ulm Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm, with a burial in New Ulm Catholic died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at his home. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Lutheran Church in St. James with burial following in Mount Hope died Friday, Oct. 19, 2007, at his home. Services are 2:30 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Winnebago. Visitation is one hour before services at church. Spencer-Owen Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Lorvin D. Kietzer
Services for Lorvin D. Kietzer, 90, of Amboy and Truman will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 23, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Willow Creek, rural Vernon Center with Rev. John Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at the Good Thunder Memorial Park with flag presentation by the Lewisville American Legion Post 561.
Lorvin born on February 17, 1917 in Pleasant Mound Township, Blue Earth County, the son of Walter and Amanda Ida (Kopischke) Kietzer. He was baptized, confirmed and attended school at St. John’s Lutheran in Willow Creek. He also attended District 111 country school in Pleasant Mound Township. He entered the Army/Air Corps on May 6, 1942 and served until his honorable discharge on January 28, 1946. He was united in marriage to Esther Doering on March 31, 1946 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Good Thunder, MN. Lorvin and Esther farmed in Ceresco Township prior to moving to Amboy in 1972. They moved to Truman in 1988 and to Mapleton in 1998. Esther death by one brother, Elmer Kietzer and one sister, Ortrude Karau.
Edna J. Owens
Edna J. Owens, age 88, of rural Lake Crystal, Cemetery, rural Mankato. Visitation will be one hour before service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to an organization of the donor's choice.
Edna was death by her parents and three brothers, Robert, Lee, and Donald.
Warren Eugene “Bud” Wagner
Warren Eugene “Bud” Wagner, age 87 of Mankato, Cemetery, Mankato. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
Warren was married Florence La June Carey on June 17, 1946. He had a step-son Michael Carey and a son Paul Wagner. He worked as a plumber and a steam fitter until his retirement. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, VFW Post # 950, TCPT Union, and the Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Florence of Mankato; brothers, Robert Wagner of San Antonio, TX, Jerry (Delores) of Mankato; daughters-in-law; Kristina Wagner of Perth, Australia, Joyce (Allen) Anderson of Paynesville; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in died peacefully Sunday, October 21, 2007, at his home surrounded by his family.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2007, at the First Presbyterian Church, Lake Crystal with Rev. Randal Lubbers, officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., Tuesday at Lake Crystal Mortuary. Burial will be at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday at Cambria born March 1, 1955 in Gaylord, MN to Ralph and Elaine (Thomas) Hood. At the age of 5, Tom and his family moved to Judson and a few years later to the rural Lake Crystal area. Tom graduated from Lake Crystal High School in 1973 and later from South Central Technical College. On September 22, 1989, Tom death by his father, Ralph and an infant brother.

Kathleen Mae Stenzel, 71, of Owatonna, born June 20, 1936 in Owatonna, the daughter of Leonard Johnson and Borghild L. (Hogaas) Johnson-Hatle. Kathy graduated from Dodge Center High School in 1954. She Cemetery in Owatonna.
