Ives Possin
Mankato resident, Ives “Ivy” Possin, 73, Interment will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be for 1 hour prior to the service.
Ivy was married Rex Possin on August 31, 1956 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Mankato. She was PSA for District 77 in Mankato. She enjoyed doing crafts, watching the Vikings, Twins and Timberwolves, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the American Legion Post 11 Auxiliary.
She is survived by 4 sons, Michael of Mankato, Timothy and wife Nancy of Milaca, MN, David of Bemidji, Scott and wife Shannon of Mankato; 3 daughters, Pamela Hed and husband Steve of North Mankato, Peggy Croce husband Edward of Minnesota Lake, MN, Mary Jo Uehling and husband Thomas Uehling of Janesville, MN; 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Sybil Wickstrom and her husband Larry Wickstrom of Princeton; 1 aunt, Myrtle Lunn of Seattle, WA; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Bea Lunn of Milaca, MN. She was preceded in died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at the Janesville Nursing Home.
married Carlos Klinger on March 10, 1941 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca. Over the years, Maxine worked at numerous places in Waseca including Birdseye, Red Owl, Waseca Memorial Hospital as well as the Yellow Mushroom. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, and visiting with friends and family. Maxine was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca and the 29ers.
She is survived by five children, Raymond (Karen) Klinger of Mankato, Linda Klinger of Waseca, Ralph Klinger of Maplewood, Clifford (Mary) Klinger of Minneapolis, and Willard Klinger of Waseca, and three grandchildren, Blake (Micah) Klinger, Amanda Klinger, and Samuel Klinger.
She was preceded in Cemetery in Waseca County.

Marian Geraldine Lutteke, 85, of Wells, Cemetery in Wells. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday, with a VFW prayer service at 5 p.m., at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells and one hour before the funeral in the church.
Joseph “Joe” A. Schornack
Joseph “Joe” A. Schornack, age 74, of New York Mills, MN, cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 23 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, at Schoeneberger Funeral Home, Perham, MN.
Joe was married Suzanne Sazama on June 12, 1956. Their 51 year marriage was blessed with nine children, twenty-nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. After retiring from farming, Joe enjoyed building birdhouses, feeding the wildlife, taking care of his yard, and playing cards with his family, especially the grandchildren. He also enjoyed driving for Perham Linen. Joe will always be remembered for his mischievous smile and warm heart. His love for his family will be deeply missed.
Joe is survived by his wife, Sue, New York Mills, MN; nine children, Dave (Denise) Schornack, Perham, MN; Henry (Joann) Schornack, Staples, MN; Deb (Wayne) Weller, New York Mills, MN; Connie (John) Gleason, Mankato, MN; Alois (Rhonda) Schornack, New York Mills, MN; Bonnie (Dan) Welter, New York Mills, MN; Charlie (Mary) Schornack, New York Mills, MN; John (Becky) Schornack, Perham, MN; and Josie (Ken) Hendrickx, New York Mills, MN; twenty-nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Preceding Joe in died on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at the Janesville Nursing Home.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 24th at 1:00 p.m. at Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home in Janesville with Rev. Dr. Larry Griffin officiating. Cemetery in Medo Township, Blue Earth County.The family will greet friends on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service, at Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home in Janesville.In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan (Pete) Adams of Janesville, and Paula (Chris) Anderson of Morehead City, NC; by her five grandchildren, Joseph (Sara) Adams, Brady (Jenny) Adams, Daniel (Krista) Adams, Sarah Adams, and Todd Adams; by her five great-grandchildren, Brett, Brianna, Ethan and Alex, and Patrick; by her siblings, Letty Fellows of Eagle Lake, Helen Birdsall of Hibbing, Elsie Hamm of Texas, John (Janet) Bollman of California, and Paul Bollman of Mankato; by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Country Neighbors Home in Mapleton.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 26, 2007 at 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Minnesota Lake, MN. Visitation will be Sunday, November 25, 2007 from 3-6 PM at Peace UCC Church in Minnesota Lake with Prayer Service at 5:00 P.M. and visitation continuing one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday with Rosary at 9:30 A.M. Father Eugene Stenzel will officiate. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Catholic born on October 29, 1916 in Mapleton, MN, the son of Charles and Gertrude (Jaeger) Jones. He completed school through the 8th grade. He worked for the Winnebago Canning factory and Super Sweet as a truck driver. He death were his parents, Charles and Gertrude Jones, one sister-in-law Dorothy Jones and one brother-in-law Fred Obitz Sr.
Ruth Hanson
Funeral services for Ruth Hanson, age 85, of Butterfield will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at First Lutheran Church in Butterfield with Rev. Lowell Asplund and Rev. Michelle Rowell officiating. Burial will be at 4:00pm at Kansas Lake died on Sunday, November 25, 2007 at Immanuel-St. Joseph’s Hospital in Mankato.Ruth Marie Anderson was died when she was just 7 years old. Ruth worked at the St. James Hospital before she death of Luverne in 1977.Ruth enjoyed doing embroidery, collecting bells and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Ruth was also active with the ladies group at church and the senior dining program.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Lynn Hanson of Mankato; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Charlie Lind of North Mankato, Shirley and Harry Schuur of Windom, Linda and Mark Nelson of Roseville, Diane and Troy DeLeon of Fargo, ND; a brother, Ray and Helen Anderson of Lake Crystal; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2007, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth with burial in the Morgan City died on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at the St. Peter Community Hospital.
Ralph was death by his parents; sisters: Genevieve Larson, Alice (Dahleen) Larson, and Dorothy (Larson) Hudson; brothers: Ray Larson, Morris Larson, and Lee Larson; and nephew Larry Dahleen.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 27th at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Peter. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
