KEITH AARON QUAST
KEITH AARON QUAST, age 72 of Waterville Born on March 27, 1937 in Waseca, Minnesota, he was the son of Aaron and Luetta (Redel) Quast. Keith attended Cannonville Country School and graduated from Waterville High School in 1955. He death by his parents, two stillborn children, special uncle-Harvey Quast, one niece-Tamela Groskreutz, two nephews-Ron and Wesley Groskreutz, one great niece-Emily Groskreutz, and one great nephew-Matthew Vendt.
Visitation will be held at the Prosch-Dennis Funeral Home in Waterville on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 from 4-7 PM and continue on Wednesday, one hour before services at the church.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Cannonville Community Church in Le Sueur County. Burial will follow at Cannonville passed away on Friday, April 10, 2009 at Immanuel St. Joseph’s Hospital in Mankato.
married to Lorraine Kewatt on November 4, 1948 at the Lutheran Church in Kilkenny. Throughout his life, Lawrence farmed, worked for Roy Schneider, and also worked for Charles Flowers doing well repairs. He enjoyed his horses, old time movies, and playing cards.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, Lorraine; three daughters, Mary (Dennis) Schulz of Morristown, Barbara (Steve) Schlie of Janesville, and Lisa (Danny) Schwichtenberg of Waseca; four grandchildren, Keri (Bill) Eccles of Farmington, Corey Schulz of Waseca, Clinton Schwichtenberg of Waseca, and Tiffany Schwichtenberg of Waseca; and one great-grandchild, Lauren Eccles of Farmington. He was preceded in Interment will take place at 2:00PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Cedar Hill died Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, at Sacred Heart in Faribault. Cemetery, Faribault with military honors provided by the Rice County Central Veterans Association.
Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to services.
Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault.
John Floyd Hanscom was death by his parents, his daughter, Kay Anthony Hortsch, by his sister, Florence Voegele and by two brothers, James and William Hanscom.
Janet "Sue" Burke
Janet “Sue” Burke, age 73, of Annandale and formerly of Faribault, born on August 3, 1935 in St. Paul, MN. Sue attended John Marshall High School in St. Paul and graduated with the class of 1952. On Aug. 3, 1957 she was united in marriage to Robert E. Burke at the St. Paul Cathedral in St. Paul, MN. Bob preceded her in death by her parents, her husband, her brother, William Silcox and by her niece, Patricia Gephart.
George P. Lonien
George P. Lonien, age 66, of Warsaw, Interment will be at the Calvary born on November 10, 1942 in Anamosa, Iowa. He graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Oelwein, Iowa. George death by his parents; sister, Dorothy Elkins; sister-in-law, Susan Miller; and brother-in-law, Gary Beske.
Memorials may be directed to the Faribault Area Hospice or the American Cancer Society in memory of George.
Bruce C. Nere
North Mankato resident, Bruce C. Nere, age 49, Interment will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Memorials may be given to Living Links or to the donor’s choice.
Bruce was death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a host of friends.
