Andrew M. Hagaman, son of Leroy S. Hagaman and Dorothy Parsons Hagaman, was death by his parents and one daughter.
He is survived by two daughters, one son and two grandsons. He is also survived by the Singleton family whom Andy was like a brother to for over 25 years.
Services will be held Saturday, May 6, at 2 p.m., at the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, with the Rev. Tom Maples officiating and eulogy given by Sheriff Gary Koop. Cemetery with full military honors by American Legion Post 112 and VFW Post 5993.
Visitation is Saturday from 1 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Gideons International.
Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
Evengelina Gomes, 83

Evengelina Gomes, 83, Ava, born Oct. 11, 1922, at Acores, Portugal, to Manuel and Maria (Rocha) Costa.
On Nov. 19, 1945, she death by her husband, both parents, two daughters and one son.
She is survived by one son, Joe Gomes and his wife, Louise, of Ava; one daughter, Maria C. Alves and her husband, Dimas, of Seymour; 14 grandchildren including a grandson, Jerry Gomes, who is serving in the U.S. Marine Corps overseas; 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 12, at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Ava, with Father Mike Powell, Celebrant, officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Zion born on Sept. 6, 1912, and departed this life on May 5, 2006, in Ava Place, Ava, at the age of 93 years, seven months and 29 days.
Marie was a housewife and a homemaker. She had lived in Ava Place since 1998 moving from the St. Louis area. Marie loved and enjoyed her home at Ava Place. She was a Christian and loved going to church. Marie enjoyed working in the flower garden and her favorite food was Three Musketeer candy bars.
She loved visiting with people and to every-one, she was better known as “Granny.”
She was preceded in Cemetery in St. Louis. Services were conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
Bob J. Hodges, 63

Funeral services for Bob J. Hodges, 64, Forsyth, will be held at 10 a.m. today (Thursday) in the New Vision Baptist Church, Taneyville, with Pastor James Hathcock officiating.
Burial will be in Union Grove passed away Saturday, May 27, 2006, at his home in Forsyth.
Bob was death by his parents, Quentin and Sybil Hodges.
Bob is survived by two daughters, Lisa Hodges and Teresa Dearth, both of Forsyth; two sons, Darin Hodges, of Taneyville, and Doug Hodges, Forsyth; and three grandchildren.
Earl Richard Otto, 82

Earl Richard Otto, 82, of Ava, Interment was in Park Lawn born Aug. 20, 1922, at Danvers, Ill., the son of Arthur Otto Sr. and Edna Fuller. On Oct. 26, 1946, he death by his parents; one daughter, Linda Metzke; one brother; two sisters; one granddaughter; and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Otto was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a graduate of Danvers High School and a former blacksmith with his brother, Arthur. He was an operating engineer for many years and later worked as a pipe fitter. He was a member of the Plumbers & Pipe Fitters union.
Since his retirement he and his wife spent many winters in Treasure Island, Fla. He enjoyed reading, shuffleboard, riding his bicycle and taking daily walks.
Oleta M. Leonard, 54

Oleta Mae Leonard was married Kenneth Leonard in Seymour, and to this union three sons were death by two stillborn infant sons, one brother, Pete Whiteman, and her parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice or as a love offering to the family at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at Ava Church of Christ at a later date.
Cremation was under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home of Ava.
