Naomi Holder, 83, of Kennett, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, at her residence.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug., 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ben Jordan officiating.
Burial will follow at the Memorial Gardens cemetery in Kennett.

Mary Wilson
Mary J. Wilson, 76, of Bernie, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Born Dec. 29, 1926, in Mt. Judea, Ark., daughter of the late Osmer Lee and Sarah Emmaline Sexton Riddell, she was a housewife and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Bernie.
On Feb. 28, 1943, in Mt. Judea, she married
Arvil Lee Wilson, who preceded her in death on Sept. 8, 1986. She was also preceded in death by one son, Robert Earl Wilson and two brothers, A.J. and Russell Riddell.
Survivors include three sons, David Wayne Wilson, of Pinson, Ala., Carl Joe Wilson, of Bloomfield, Mo. and Dennis Paul Wilson, of Dexter, Mo.; six daughters, Betty Louise Kilgore, of Jasper, Ark., Geneva Lee Sweet, of Vellville, Ark., Julie Irene Traughber, of Bernie, Iva Jean Bay, of Dexter, Kathie Parker, of Malden, Mo. and Janie Earline Warren, of Tonopah, Ariz.; three brothers, Hershell and James Riddell, both of Malden and John Herman Riddell, of Holcomb, Mo.; two sisters, Julie Hampton and Mary Potts Darnell, both of Malden; 22 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Nathan Lamirand officiating.
Burial will follow at the Bernie cemetery.
Janelie Zolman
Janelie Wells Zolman, 55, of Cardwell, Mo., died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003 at her residence.
Born Nov. 2, 1947, in Cardwell, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Wells and Olean Caro Holcomb.
Survivors include one son, Ritchard Zolman and wife, Kathy, of Arbyrd, Mo.; one daughter, Sherry Zolman McClelland and husband, Dale, of Cardwell; two brothers, Terry Wells of Bakersfield, Calif. and Brent Wells of Shafter, Calif.; two sisters, Michelle Hall, of Cardwell and Shelia Johnson, of Bakersfield; her step-mother, Olene Wells, of Shafter and three grandchildren, Chase McClelland and Megan and Jordan Zolman.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ritchard and Esther Hart Cato and Sam and Magie Wells and one brother, Phillip Wells.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Forrest Grove Baptist Church in Cardwell with the Rev. Kenneth Hargrave and Dwight Harrison officiating.
Pallbearers were Johnny Zolman, Kelly and David Cato, Harvey Beasley and Ronald Zolman.
Heath Funeral Home of Paragould, Ark. was in charge of arrangements.
Lawrence Flowers
Lawrence Henry Flowers, 72, of Parma, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, at his residence.
Born April 5, 1931, in Steele, Mo., son of the late Henry and Bertie DePriest Flowers, he was a carpenter.
On March 19, 1976, in Cairo, Ill., he married
Connie Simon, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include, two sons, Michael Flowers, of Gardner, Kan. and James Moore, of Parma; three daughters, Sharon Hillis, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Debra Johnson, of Parma and Amanda Flowers Clark, of Campbell, Mo.; five brothers, Freddie Cecil, of Poplar Bluff, Jimmy Cecil, of Steele, Claude Flowers and Berry and Dean Cecil, all of Campbell; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Parma with Rick Holden officiating.
Burial will follow in the Parma cemetery.

Born Oct. 15, 1919, in Hornersville, Mo., daughter of the late Jesse and Mary Ann Masterson Rhew, she was a member of the Emerson Street Church of God.
On May 8, 1943, she married
Floyd E. Holder, who preceded her in death on June 22, 1989. She was also preceded in death by six brothers, Geroge, Ed, Doug, L.D., J.T. and J.W. Rhew and one sister, Bessie Crawford.
Survivors include one son, Bob Holder and wife, Judy, of Kennett; three daughters, Donna Richardson and husband, Elmer and Brenda Tomlinson and husband, Don, all of Kennett and Sandra Morris and husband, Olin, of Memphis, Tenn.; three brothers, Jerry Rhew, of Bridgeman, Mich., Ted Rhew, of Florissant, Mo. and Larry Rhew, of Illinois; three sisters, Jane Jackson, of Dexter, Mo., Evelyn Deering, of St. Charles, Mo. and Ruby Miller, of Jacksonville, Fla.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Ben Jordan officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Jerald Pickens, Phil Gurley, Charles Isabell, Tom Noah, Lee Reed and David Tippen.

Imogene Jackson
Imogene Jackson, 80, of Pocahontas, Ark., formerly of Paragould, Ark., died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, at her residence.
Born April 20, 1923, in Cardwell, Mo., daughter of the late John and Oma Herren, she was a medical records clerk and a member of the East Main Church of Christ.
She married
Lester Jackson, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Don Herren.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Wayne Jackson, of Orange, Calif. and Barry Don Jackson, of Paragould; two daughters, Leslie Throesch, of Pocahontas and Rhonda Swink, of Imboden, Ark.; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the Mitchell Funeral Home in Paragould.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, at the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel with Zane Gray officiating.
Burial will follow at the Greene County Memorial Gardens in Paragould.
Charlie McCaig, Jr.
Charlie Mack McCaig, Jr., 35, of Bradford, Tenn., formerly of Caruthersville, Mo., died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at Gibson General Hospital in Trenton, Tenn.
Born April 1, 1968, in Hayti, Mo., son of Brenda Lawrence and Charlie McCaig, Sr., he was a truck driver.
Survivors include one daughter, Alora Grace McCaig, of Caruthersville; one son, Austin Redden McCaig, of Caruthersville; his mother, Brenda Lawrence and husband, David, of Caruthersville; his father, Charlie McCaig, Sr., of Wardell, Mo.; one sister, Rhonda Mathis and husband, Steve, of Caruthersville; one half-sister, Donna Ann Dodson, of Missouri and a grandmother, Maudie McCaig, of Caruthersville.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Biggs, Frank and Dorothy Biggs and Hugh McCaig and one brother, Jamie Lee Goss.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at the Jesus Name Tabernacle in Caruthersville with the Rev. Johnny Stepp officiating.
Bruial was in the Little Prairie cemetery at Caruthersville.
Pallbearers were James White, Michael A. Emery, Teddy Johnson, Shannon Wallace and Billy and Keith Cecil.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
Ruby Mitchem
Ruby Mitchem, 67, of St. Genevieve, Mo., died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2003, at the St. Genevieve Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete with the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home of Hayti, Mo.
Lee Pruitt
Lee Allan Pruitt, 45, of Tulsa, Okla., died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003 in Tulsa.
Born Sept. 27, 1957, in Hornersville, Mo., son of James Allan Pruitt of Steele, Mo. and the late Ethel Mae Jackson Pruitt, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a carpenter.
On July 1, 2001, he married
Corine Ancira Pruitt, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, Desmond Pruitt, of Grand Prairie, Texas and Lee Pruitt, of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Sky Marie Pruitt and Summer Marnae Brigmon, both of Arlington; one step-daughter, Eva Urrey, of Tulsa; two step-sons, Matthew Green and Stephen Urrey, both of Tulsa; one brother, Ray Pruitt, of Steele; three sisters, Shirley Welch, of Caruthersville, Mo., Sandra Pruitt, of Las Vegas, Nev.. and Christy Reed of Atoka, Tenn.; and one grandchild, Adin Earl Brigmon of Arlington.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the Bradshaw-Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with the Rev. Kenny Lee officiating.
Burial will be in the Mt. Zion cemetery at Steele.
Eddie Jones
Eddie Louise Jones, 41, of Steele, Mo., died Friday, Aug. 8, 2003 at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born January 17, 1962, in Micola, Mo., daughter of Pearlie Ree Joyner Sanders of Gobler, Mo., and the late Tommy L. Sanders, she was formerly employed by VNA as a home health worker and was presently working in that field in a private duty capacity. She was a member of the House of Prayer in Hayti, Mo.
On August 8, 1996, in Blytheville, Ark., she married
Elmira Jones, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include three daughters, Marishia Sanders, of Steele, Timicko Tolivar, of Sardis, Miss. and Starkittkuss Thompson, of Como, Miss.; four sons, Bobby and Tommy Sanders, both of Caruthersville, Mo., Rodrelle Sanders of Sikeston, Mo., and Rufus Sanders, of Steele; one brother, Bobby Joyner, of Gobler, Mo.; one sister, Gracie Sanders, of Steele; one half sister, Diane Wilbourn, of Kennett; a step-sister, Camillia Moore, of Hayti and 21 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the Morgan Ridge cemetery in Caruthersville with Pastor Ralph Amerson officiating.
H.S. Smith Funeral Home of Caruthersville was in charge of the arrangements.
Daniel Masterson
Daniel Thomas Masterson, 74, of Kennett, died Monday, Aug. 4, 2003, at Missouri Delta Hospital in Sikeston, Mo.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Enoch McCarty officiating.
Ruby Mitchem
Ruby Beatrice Mitchem, 67, of Bloomsdale, Mo., formerly of Hayti, Mo., died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2003 at St. Genevieve Hospital.
Born March 9, 1936, in Risco, Mo., daughter of the late Fred and Zona Fowler Simmons, she was a housewife.
She was married
to Curtis Mitchem, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include three sons, Fred Mitchem, of St. Louis, Mo. and David Mitchem, Sr. and Joe Mitchem, both of Bloomsdale; one daughter, Regina Crossland, of Bloomsdale; one brother, Willie Simmons, of Williamsburg, Mo.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Vernon and Jim Simmons and two sisters, Lucille Gilbern Simmons and Mary Estes.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today, Thursday, Aug. 14, at the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home in Hayti.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, at the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with the Rev. Paul Quinn officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dry Bayou cemetery at Hayti.
