Beatrice Chamberlain
Beatrice Chamberlain, 96, of Kennett, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ed Jansson officiating.
Burial will follow at the Memorial Gardens cemetery in Kennett.
Virgle Dinwiddie
Virgle Dinwiddie, 86, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2001, at National Health Care Center in Kennett.
Born Nov. 22, 1915, in Paducah, Ky., son of the late George and Nellie Townsend Dinwiddie, he was a farm laborer.
Survivors include two nephews, Larry Dinwoodie, of Caruthersville and Alandis Boyd, of Steele, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Progressive Church of God in Christ in Caruthersville with Elder Roosevelt Martin officiating.
Burial will follow at the Morgan Ridge cemetery in Caruthersville.
Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home of Hayti, Mo. is in charge of arrangements.
Annie Graves
Annie Belle Graves, 82, of Sikeston, Mo. formerly of Risco, Mo., died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, at the Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston.
Born Sept. 9, 1919, in Marble Hill, Mo., she was the daughter of the late James Hiram and Lucy Josephine Moreland Graves.
Survivors include one sister, Martha Bridges, of Malden and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Ellsorth, Ray, Alex, Dave and Armet Graves and two sisters, Jessie Parker and Mary Apperson.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.
Burial will follow at the Memorial Park cemetery in Malden.
Rachel Kirby
Rachel Kirby, 88, of Kennett, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at the National Health Care Center in Kennett.
Born Feb. 5, 1913, in Kennett, daughter of the late Harlen and Maudie V. Parrent Jackson, she was a member of the Abiding Peace Temple Church.
Survivors include two sons, Keith Kirby, of Kennett and Joe Tarno, of Doniphan, Mo.; five grandchildren, Heather Morrison, of Kennett, Jason Kirby, of Jonesboro, Ark., Brenda Baker, of Elsinore, Mo., David Tarno, of Jackson, Mo. and Ronnie Tarno, of Viola, Ark.; one sister, Virginia Warren, of Kennett; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-garndchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred McDonald and Velma Gamel.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. today, Friday, Dec. 7, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Pat Brister officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Ridge cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Mike Rose, Hubert Snipes, Bill Marler, Bob Horton, Ronnie Birmingham and Bobby Earl White.
Fannie Miller
Fannie Miller, 92, of Senath, Mo., died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Friday, Dec. 7, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gene West officiating.
Burial will follow at the Oak Ridge cemetery in Kennett.
Elton Myres
Elton Myres, 72, of Kennett, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Moberly, Mo.
Born Jan. 8, 1929, in Trumann, Ark., he was the son of the late Edward P. and Ollie Jennings Myres.
He married
Cathy Johnson, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, Terry and Ricky Myres, both of Moberly; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Milton Myres, and Elmer and Ben Worley and two sisters, Mamine Carey and Gracie Worley.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. today, Friday, Dec. 7, at the Oak Ridge cemetery in Kennett with the Rev. Bud Evans officiating.
McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett was in charge of arrangements.

Catherine Bader, 81, of Campbell, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001, at Piggott Community Hospital, in Piggott, Mo.

Jimmy Bogle
Jimmy Bogle, 44, of Kennett, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001, at his residence.
Born Dec. 6, 1947, in Kennett, he was the son of Lela Usery Bogle and the late John W. Bogle.
On Aug. 6, 1977, in Caruthersville, he married
Deanne Marie Mansfield, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Timothy Wayne Bogle of Kennett; two daughters, April Marie Kulin and Sarah Renee Bogle, both of Kennett; four brothers, Carl Bogle of Sikeston, Johnny Bogle of Kennett, J.W. Bogle of St. Louis and Joe Bogle of Florida; six sisters, Kathy Brewer and Tammy Glidwell of Searcy, Ark., Marilyn McComb of Kennett, Barbara Doles of Hornersville and Shirley and Sue Milburn of Senath and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, in the McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Jerry Harmon officiating.
Burial will be in Memorials Gardens cemetery.
Pallbearers were Victor Mercade, Jason Mansfield, Robbie Glidwell, Shane Glidwell, Dustin Glidwell and Mike McComb.
Josie Bracken Josie Bracken, 81, of Kennett, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001 at her residence.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, in the McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in the McDaniel Chapel with the Rev. Bud Evans officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery in Kennett.
Patricia Case
Patricia Ann Rothley Case, 58, of St. Francis, Ark. and formerly of Campbell, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001, at Three Rivers Healthcare -North Campus in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Born Aug. 21, 1943, in Campbell, daughter of the late Henry and Iva Smith Rothley, she was a member of the General Baptist Church in Campbell, the Rebekah Lodge and Order of Eastern Star 92 in Campbell. She worked for Brown Shoe Co. 27 years and for Aerial Bouquet in Piggott for 10 years.
In November, 1982, in Piggott, she married
Bill Case who preceded her in death Dec. 21. 1999.
Survivors include a brother, Albert L. Rothley and his wife, Fern, of Raymondville, Mo., a nephew, Randall Rothley of Springfield, Mo. and a niece, Shelby Wheeler of Declo, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Rothley and a sister, Peggy Rothley.
Visitation will be from noon today, Sunday, Dec. 9 until the time of service at 2 p.m. in the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with the Rev. Ronnie Stevens officiating.
Burial will be in the Woodlawn cemetery at Campbell.
Beatrice Chamberlain
Beatrice Chamberlain, 96, of Kennett, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born July 30, 1905, in Marmaduke, Ark., she was the daughter of the late William and Cora Robertson McCain.
In 1921 she married
Earl Chamberlain who preceded her in death April 22, 1980. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Woodrow and Richard McCain and two sisters, Louise Hyde and Mattie Bolden; a grandson, Gregory Scott Lipsey and two great-grandsons, Eric Morgan and Jeremy Hillis.
Survivors include two sons, Earl Chamberlain, Jr., of San Antonio, Texas and Billy Wayne Chamberlain of Cahokia, Ill.; six daughters, Rita Ashworth, Betty Jean Shelton, Joann Beisner and Martha Morgan, all of Kennett; Loretta Chamberlain of St. Louis and Earline Lipsey of Chillicothe, Ill.; one sister, Molly Taylor of Little Rock, Ark., 29 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, 33 great-great-granchildren and 17 great-great-great-granchildren.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today, Sunday, Dec. 9, in the McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Ed Jansson officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Gardens cemetery in Kennett.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
