Teddi L. Ozbun, 60, of Senath, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at her residence.
Born Feb. 1, 1943, in Kennett, she was a daughter of the late Ted and Maude Baker Moore.
On April 16, 1971, in Senath, she married
Cleo Ozbun, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Kenton Lloyd Ozbun and wife, Angela, of Malden.; two brothers, U.A. Moore, of Hornbeck, Tenn. and Owen Moore, of Belleville, Mich.; two sisters, Rheda Scarlett, of Pana, Ill. and Evelyn Bell, of Fayette, Mo.; three grandchildren, Kenton Lloyd, Jr., Latosha Lynn and Cecily and one great-grandchild, Jordan Ozbun.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Gerol Don Moore.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Ely Baptist Church with the Revs. Bob Medlock and Don Slatton officiating.
Burial was in the Lulu cemetery near Senath.
McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Jamie Cates, Terry Whitlock, Bub Forsythe, Greg Gibson, Tom Rainwatear and Jack Higgins.
Honorary pallbearers were Matt Whitlock, Ron Brooks, Byron Small, Charley Tune, Chris Small and Glennie Johnson.
Enos Gibbs

Enos Gibbs, 85, of Marmaduke, Ark., died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003, at the Paragould Nursing Center in Paragould, Ark.
Born June 17, 1918, in Greene County, Ark., son of the late Charles Henry and Millie Williams Gibbs, he was a farmer and a member of the Ramer's Methodist Chapel.
On Nov. 5, 1938, he married
Ealie Ola Wyatt, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Donald Gobbs and wife, Barbara, of Paragould; one daughter, Linda Floyd and husband, Sherril, of Kennett; four brothers, Robert, Shelly, Henry and Cecil Gibbs; three sisters, Mary Boone, of Paragould and Ruth Hampton and Naomi Foster, both of Marmaduke; two grandchildren, Sherri and Terri Gibbs; one step-grandchild, June Smith and four step-great-grandchildren, Andrea, Kristi, Heather and Jessica Smith.
He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild, Payton Marie Gibbs.
Visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 13, at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector, Ark.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kim Bridges and Bro. David White officiating.
Burial will follow at the Harvey's Chapel cemetery near Marmaduke .
Pallbearers will be Nick and Gary Carter, Devon and Dewayne Hampton, Ricky Foster, Ray Hale , Avon Dale Gibbs and Jimmy Jones.
Virginia Brumbaugh

Virginia Brumbaugh, 76, of Kennett, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at National Health Care in Kennett.
Born Oct. 11, 1927, in Rector, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ethel Mitchell Johnson.
Survivors include one son, Harold Brumbaugh, of Farmington, Mo.; four daughters, Sharon Randl, of Festus, Mo., Eugenia "Gigi" Hopper and Sandra Kay Conder, both of Kennett and Patricia Pendergrass, of Sugarland, Texas; 19 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Cathy Brumbaugh.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at the Oak Ridge cemetery in Kennett with the Rev. Charles Avants officiating.
McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett is in charge of arrangements.

Rev. Virgle M. Weaks, 70, of Farmington, Mo., died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington.
Born Feb. 23, 1933, in Darnell, La., son of the late William Finas and Lula Annis Strong Weaks, he was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict and a member of the Gumbo Assembly of God Church. Ordained by General Council of Asemblies of God, he pastored at the Assembly of God in Portia, Ark., Bethel Assembly of God in Gideon, Mo. and Senath Assembly of God in Senath, Mo. He served as the Kennett Section Presbyter from 1999-2002.
He married
Blanchie Davis, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include one son, Jimmy Weaks and wife, Debra, of Chicago, Ill.; one daughter, Linda May and husband, Ray, of Desloge, Mo.; three brothers, Marvin Weaks and wife, Jan, of West Memphis, Ark., Cliff Weaks and William Weaks and wife, Laura, all of Montreal, Mo.; six sisters, Vivian Cole and husband, Clyde, of Fort Worth, Texas, Shannon Gentry and husband, Ed and Wanda Brooks, all of St. Louis, Mo., Bonnie Eldridge and husband, Wayne, of Lake City, Ark., Fay Pinkston and husband, Larry, of Camdenton, Mo. and Ellen Darnell and husband, Ed, of Holiday, Texas; four grandchildren, Katherine and Tyler Weaks, Beth May Fitzgerald and Brian May and 23 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today, Friday, Nov. 14, at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Gumbo Assembly of God Church with the Revs. L. Jack Moore and J.C. Moore officiating.
Burial will follow at the Parkview cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Gumbo Asembly of God Church or the Farmington Dialysis Center.

Beatrice Sue Jackson, 61 years young, left this world November 14, 2003, to be with her Lord. She was surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Her pretty smile, magical giggle and giving heart will live on in all of us and never be forgotten.
She leaves behind her mother, Edna Mills, 4 sisters: Rozetta Samford, Dainta Clevenger, Sandra Rushing and Sheila Reynolds, 4 children: Teresa Marshall of Springfield, Missouri, Charles E. Jackson, Jr., of Blytheville, Arkansas, Kay Medley of Kennett, Missouri and Roy Gaylon Jackson of Gig Harbor, Washington. 6 precious grandchildren and 1 adorable great-granddaughter and her fianceé Ronnie Henfling.
Visitation was held Saturday, November 15, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at McDaniel Funeral Home, Kennett. Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 16, 2:00 p.m. at the Woodland Heights cemetery in Rector, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Howard Bailey, David McElroy, Marty Cato, Shawn Clevenger, Devon Samford and Keith Mays.
Donald Gibson, Sr.
Donald Lee Gibson, Sr., 71, of Paragould, Ark., died Thursday, Nov. 13, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
Born July 14, 1932, at Arbyrd, Mo., a sone of the late Dave P. and Alice Pruett Gibson, he was retired from General Motors Buick Division and a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are seven son, Michael P. Gibson and wife, Charlotte, of Pensacola, Fla., Earl W. Gibson and wife, Kim, Bryan Norvell and wife, Vicky, Bradley Norvell and wife, Ruth, Michael Gibson and wife, Tanya, and John Gibson all of Paragould, Donald Norvell, Jr. and wife Susan of Mtn. Home, Ark.; two daughters, Alice Barron of Paragould and Donna Morris and husband, Wayne, of Jonesboro; two brothers, Jimmy Gibson and wife, Joni, of Ft. Myers, Fla. and Marion Gibson and wife, Jackie, of Cardwell, Mo. six sisters, Billie Holloway and husband, James,Bonnie Sue Holleman and July Pidgeon and husband, John, all of Flint, Mich., Jean Ball and husband, Joe, of Arbyrd, Jerri Hutton and husband, Sam, of Manila, Ark. and Mary Davis of Leachville, Ark.; 24 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time. Heath Funeral Home of Paragould handled arrangements.

Patsy Ann Straub, 68, of Malden, Mo., died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, at her residence.
Born Dec. 15, 1934, in Malden, daughter of the late Phillip Carl and Flossie Laverne Mungle White Straub, she was owner of C&P Country Store, heldped manage Straub Trucking and was a member of the Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden.
On Dec. 24, 1982, in Malden, she married
Carl Robert Straub, who preceded her in death on Dec. 12, 1991. She was also preceded in death by one son, Carl Pierce and one sister, Jesse White.
Survivors include three sons, Floyd Pierce and wife, Viola and Billy W. Pierce and wife, Debbie, all of Covert, Mich. and Douglas Payne and wife, jackie, of Malden; three daughters, Judy Ann Turner and husband, Paul, of Ellsinore, Mo., Sandy Kramer and husband, Ron, of Festus, Mo. and Rebecca Payne and husband, Scott, of Malden; two brothers, Phillip "Chuckie" White, of Akron, Ohio and James Robert Straub, of Hayti, Mo. and 16 grandchildren, Cindy, Paul Wayne, David, Chrissy, Pammy Jo, Tommy, Jennifer, Tyler, Jacob, Amanda, Michael, D.J., Daniel, Chris, Cody and Taylor.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.
Burial was in the Brown Chapel cemetery in Brosley, Mo.

Lester Dee Nichols, 25, of Steele, Mo., died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003, at his residence.
Born Aug. 25, 1978, in Paducah, Ky., son of Walter and Reda Kay Burton Nichols, of Steele, he was a construction worker and attended the Tyler Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Nauviaire Nichols, of Steele; two brothers, Robert Nichols, of Florida and Scott Kennedy, of Cooter, Mo. and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Bradshaw-Powell Funeral Home in Steele.
Graveside services will be held at noon Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Mt. Zion cemetery in Steele with Brother Alley officiating.

Loretta Ligons, 69, of Malden, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003, at her residence.
Born Jan. 8, 1934, in Leachville, Ark., daughter of the late Elvis and Iva Lindsey Earnheart, she attended the Qulin Assembly of God Church.
On Sept. 21, 2001, in Piggott, Ark., she married
Eldon Lavern Ligons, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include one son, Lynn Hufford and wife, Ruth, of Jackson, Mo.; two daughters, Tammy Eads and husband, Melvin, of Malden and Carol Nelson, of Oregon, Ill.; two step-sons, Van Ligons and wife, Marilyn, of Fenton, Mo. and Keith Ligons and wife, Chasity, of Bakersfield, Calif.; two brothers, A.J. and Kenny Earnheart, both of Malden; one sister, Peggy Earnheart, of Malden; eight grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Harold Hufford and one grandson, Derek Nelson.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Earnest Puckett officiating.
Burial will follow at the Stanfield cemetery in Clarkton, Mo.

Joe L. Kirkwood, 82, of Campbell, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 17, 2003, at his residence.
Born June 8, 1921, in Campbell, son of the late Lew and Leeron Octa Walker Kirkwood, he was a U.S. Army veteran, assistant postmaster in Campbell and he worked for Rice Hardware. He was a member of the Campbell Church of Christ.
On Aug. 27, 1941, in Holcomb, Mo., he married
Nelda Pleasant, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two daughters, Leeron Gail Snider and husband, Donald, of Columbia, S.C. and Patricia Ann Kirkwood, of Campbell; two sons, Joel Stephen Kirkwood and wife, Vicki, of Lubbock, Texas and Michael Bruce Kirkwood and wife, Myrna, of Campbell; two step-sisters, Shirley Ann Scott and Una Faye Carpenter; three half-sisters, Barbara Sue Morgan, Mary Lou Cox and Betty Carolyn Coffel and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, James Ray, Martin Lee, Donald Clarence and Billy Martin Kirkwood.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with C.O. Evans officiating.
Burial will follow at the Woodlawn cemetery in Campbell.
