Billy Rose
Billy Hugh Rose, 68, of Arbyrd, Mo., died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, at the Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould, Ark.
Born Nov. 27, 1933, in Hollywood, Mo., son of the late S.C. "Cheat" and Gladys Rose, he was employed at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center for 20 years, a member and deacon of the Arbyrd Baptist Church and he was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife Peggy Joyce Rose, of Arbyrd; two sons, Major Brady Hugh Rose, of Fort Polk, La. and Nathan Ray Rose, of McKinney, Texas; five grandchildren, Austen Carlton, Cameron Hugh, Samuel Argel, Mitchell Payton and Kaitlin Ann Rose; three brothers, S.C. Rose, of Hughes, Ark., Clint Rose, of Hornersville, Mo. and Floyd Rose, of Leachville, Ark. and three sisters, Kitty Wilson, of Springfield, Mo., May Wilkins, of Cuba, Ala. and Sharon Shelby, of Leachville.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Tip and Earl Rose and three sisters, JoNell Rose Brown, Rebecca June Rose Robertson and Julia Rose Johnson.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Thursday, April 18, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Arbyrd.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 19, at the First Baptist Church in Arbyrd with the Revs. Kevin Knox and Alan Cureton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lulu cemetery at Senath.
Pallbearers will be Wade Willis, Dennis Ellington, Mike Huggins, Derrick Higgins, Ricky, Randy and Allen Rose, David Wells, Mark Rowland and Kelly Wright.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rev. Dennis Scudder, Wayne Brightwell, Bill Frazier, Ray Noel, Gary and Gary Don Wise, Charles Northern, Rodney Maag, J.W. Dial, Charles Bagby, Welton Huggins, Elmer West, D'Wayne Petty, Glen Anderson, Clifton and Steve Garmarth, Johnny Cardwell and Bill Hopper.

Wanda Tuttleton
Wanda Gerline Tuttleton, 73, of Malden, Mo., died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.
Born July 13, 1928, in Mingo, Mo., daughter of the late Charles William and Grace Wiley Orton, she was of the Baptist faith.
In 1950, at Hayti, Mo., she married
Earl Escow Tuttleton, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include four daughters, Pat Whittall, of St. Louis, Mo., Nancy Dunn, of Maryland Heights, Mo., Wanda Lowery and Kathy Winnett, both of Malden; three sons, Earl Charles Tuttleton, of O'Fallen, Mo., Jimmy and Randy Tuttleton, both of Malden; one brother, Charles Orton, of Dexter; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Chester, Cledith, Sherman and Johnny Orton and one sister, Geneva Tanner.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Thursday, April 18 at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Joe Williams and John Bowly officiating.
Burial will follow in the Rosewood cemetery at Malden.

Becky West, 44, of Arbyrd, Mo., died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Thusday, April 18, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Hornersville, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 19, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alan Cureton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Horner cemetery.
Kenneth Erickson
Kenneth Wayne Erickson, 48, of Gulfport, Miss., died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, at his residence.
Born Dec. 9, 1952, in Gideon, Mo., son of Arthur W. Erickson, of Chicago, Ill. and the late Evelyn V. Ellsworth Erickson, he was of the Baptist Faith and a Navy Seabee veteran.
On April 19, 1975, he married
Janet Murphy.
Survivors include one daughter, Marissa Erickson, of Texas; one brother, Teddy Erickson, of Texas; grandmother, Opal Ellsworth, of Campbell, Mo.; five uncles, Edmond, Morris and George Ellsworth, all of Malden, Mo., Buford Ellsworth, of St, Louis, Mo. and Robert Ellsworth, of Granite City, Ill. and one aunt, Bonnie Akridge, of Campbell.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Keller officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park cemetery at Malden.
Edith Ferguson
Edith Ferguson, 92, of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, April 18, 2002, at the Ridgeview Nursing Home in Malden.
Born Aug. 16, 1909, in Piggott, Ark., daughter of the late Ollie and Laura Bell Duncan Nelson Wade, she was operator/owner of Ferguson's Jewelry Store, former member of the Malden B.P.W. and she attended the United Methodist Church in Malden.
On Oct. 1928, in Toleda, Ohio, she married
Russell Ferguson, who preceded her in death on April 25, 1981.
Survivors include one daughter, Eleanor J. Ferguson, of Malden and one sister, Amy Lee Foster, of Campbell, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, Royal Judge Wade; two brothers, Clarence and Charles Lewis Nelson and one infant brother, Royal Wade.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Jackson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park cemetery at Malden.

Edith V. "Ginny" Richardson, 63, formerly of Campbell, Mo., passed away on April 17, 2002.
She was the daughter of the late Leroy and Onie Risley.

Nannie Robertson, 85, of Hayti, Mo., died Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at Pemiscot Memorial Health System in Hayti.
Born Feb. 24, 1917, in Eddyville, Ky., daughter of the late Jake and Ruby Scott Hammonds, she was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Hayti. She married
Noble Robertson, who preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, James R. Robertson, of Chicago, Ill.; one daughter, Janet R. Thomas, of Hayti, Mo.; one sister, Martha Hammonds, of Princeton, Ky.; one brother, Jessie Lee Hammonds, of Eddyville; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, William and Aubrey Hammonds; two sisters, Melva Taylor and Margorie Marshall; one son, Gerald Lynn Robertson; one grandson, Dale Robertson and her companion, James Daniel.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Friday, April 19, at the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home in Hayti.
