Junes Butler
Junes E. Butler, 86, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Hayti, Mo., died Saturday, April 20, 2002, in Memphis.
Born Aug. 17, 1916, in Tuckerman, Tenn., son of the late John and Marion Susan Crossno Butler, he was a member of the First Assembly Church of Memphis, a jeweler and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
On Oct. 14, 1939, in Blytheville, Ark., he married
Anna Hardin, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two daughters, Jeanne Hutton and Joan Nimic, both of Memphis; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one sister, Arletta Pitts, of Illinois. He was preceded in death by one daughter.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with the Rev. Blan Stout officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn cemetery at Hayti.

Stella Chambers, 95, died Tuesday, April 23, 2002, at the Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.

Eula Parker
Eula Lee Parker, 82, of Gideon, Mo., died Tuesday, April 23, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo. Born Nov. 22, 1919, in Parma, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Earl and Lillie Mae Soullenger Humphrey.
She married
Chester Parker, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include one sister, Helen Henson and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. til 2 p.m., Thursday, April 25, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Gideon.

Josie Willis
Josie P. Willis, 86, of Campbell, Mo. died Monday, April 22, 2002, at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell.
Born Oct. 5, 1915, in Limestone, Ark., daughter of the late Frederick Silas and Nancy Harriet Owen Lane, she was a homemaker and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Campbell.
On March 9, 1937, in Pindall, Ark., she married
Louie Bill Willis, who preceded her in death on Aug. 7, 1980. Survivors include one daughter, Louetta Hays and husband, Kenneth, of Campbell; four sons, Thomas Frederick and wife, Sharron, Bill Willis and wife, Diana and Stephen D. Willis, all of Campbell and Jimmy Willis and wife, Carol, of Bentonville, Ark.; 11 grandchildren, Juanita Jarrel, Kim Harrison, Crissie JoAn Tanner, Billy L., Joe and Mark Willis, Jennifer Johnson, Dean and Jason Hayes, Stephen D. Jr. and Amy Willis; 12 great-grandchildren and one brother, Lieuell Lane, of Harrison, Ark.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Vicky Diana Willis and three sisters, Ottis Lane, Everetta Garland and Mildred Laughter.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Wednesday, April 24, at the Landess Funeral Home on Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 25, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel l with Pastor Earl D. Dell and the Rev. Larkin Enlow officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stanfield cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.

Stella Chambers
Stella Chambers, 95, of Kennett, died Tuesday, April 23, 2002, at the Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.
Born Aug. 29, 1906, in Bollinger County, Mo., she was the daughter of the late James Hense Cook and Mary Estes . On April 4, 1924, she married
Elmer Chambers, who preceded her in death on April 27, 1985. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Elzie Cook and two sisters, Ella Jackson and Della Laswell.
Survivors include one nephew, Frank Jackson, of Denison, Texas and six nieces, Thelma Key, Clolene Yates and Bonnie Newman, all of Kennett, Loretta Smart, of Springtime, Texas, Pauline Grider and Roberta Nevin, both of Pekin, Ill.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Thursday, April 25, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Bill Fox officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Ridge cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Terry and Terry Don Key, Dennis Nevill, Matt Estes, Jack Davis and Earl Luttrell.
Edith Miller
Edith Lucy Miller, 76, of Kennett, died Saturday, April 20, 2002, at the Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.
Born May 2, 1925, in Kennett, she was the daughter of the late John and Vassie Green Beeman.
On Aug. 25, 1945, she married
Leonard Miller, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, John L. Miller, of Benton, Ark. and Thomas W. Miller, of Kennett; one brother, Bobby Beeman, of St. Louis, Mo.; one half-brother, Jim McClain, of Kennett; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Debra Ann Doughten and Brenda Darlene Miller.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Bud Evans officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens cemetery at Kennett. Pallbearers were Ervin Byrd, Jeff Smith, James Pittman, Mike Dooley, Jim Byrd and Alvin Miller.

Carl Elliott Berry, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include four sons, William Bell, of Seymour, Ind., Ivan Berry, of Van Buren, Mo., Jimmy Berry, of Paragould, Ark. and George Berry, of Farmington, Mo. and one sister, Vada Stout, of Sikeston, Mo.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Christine Wilson.
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. today, Friday, April 26, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett with Rev. Leon Johnson officiating.
