A funeral mass was held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Port Orchard, Wash.
Burial was at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Wash., on Thursday, Aug. 5, 2004.
Full military honors were given.
