Shirley Mae Moore
Shirley Mae Moore, 72, of Smithton, born April 16, 1931, in Sedalia, daughter of William John and Bertha Frances Johnson Donath. On August 5, 1949, in Sedalia, she was death by two sisters, Hazel Cline and Mary Frances Donath; and three brothes, Kenneth Donath, Horace Donath and Bill Donath.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 10 at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Jeremy Vickers officiating.
Pallbearers will be Michael Moore, Jim Cline, Phil Donath, Joe Moore, Jason Moore and Matthew Moore.
Burial will be in Crown Hill died Saturday, May 17, 2003, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Missouri.
She was married Harry Alonzo Mosby, who preceded her in death by a son, Glenn E. Mosby; four brothers, Noah, Aaron, Fred and Donald Brown; and a sister, Anna Martin.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, at Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim West officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ron Mosby, Gary Mosby, Ron Elliott, Chris Elliott, Matt Kitahara and Joshua Jones.
Burial will be in Memorial Park died Saturday, October 25, 2003, at his home.
He was married Josephine G. Wahlers, who survives of the home.
Mr. Murray was a member of First Baptist Church. He served as a Sunday School teacher in various churches for 50 years. He was active with the Habitat for Humanity and volunteered for Meals on Wheels. He worked in woolen mills for six years and for the Missouri Pacific Shops for ten years, and later became a new home construction contractor. He loved hunting, fishing, working in his garden and yard, and most of all he loved his family. He had lived most of his life in Sedalia.
Survivors include his wife, Josephine Murray of the home; three daughters, Peggy Hieronymus, Blue Springs, Missouri, Judy Harmon and Sherry Smethers, both Sedalia; a brother, William Murray, Sedalia; two sisters, Byrdia Hughes and Geraldine Andrick, both of Sedalia; four grandchildren; and a great grandson. He was preceded in Cemetery.
There will be no family visitation however friends may call after 9:00 a.m. until service time Monday at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Bothwell Hospice or to the American Heart Association.
Sharon S. Musgrave
Sharon Sue Musgrave, 60, of Sedalia, born January 23, 1944, in Fayette, daughter of the Rev. Wilson G. and Dorothy M. Palmer Bentley. On September 5, 1964, in Fayette, she was Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Delores I. Neill
Delores Ida Neill, 76, of Sedalia, born May 17, 1927, in Cole Camp, Missouri, daughter of Harry and Edna Myrtle Hill Schumaker.
Mrs. Neill was a homemaker and had worked for 15 years in the Dietetics Department at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was a former member of the Bothwell Hospital Auxiliary and had lived in Sedalia most of her life.
Survivors include a son, David A. Neill and wife Dena, of Sedalia; and two granddaughters, Jennifer Neill and Caitlin Neill, both of Sedalia. She was preceded in Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ruth Dick, Ellen Knox and Wanda Garrison.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Bothwell Hospital Auxiliary.
Thomas "Peachie" Newton
Thomas H.C. "Peachie" Newton, 62, of Nelson, born July 27, 1941, in Boonville, son of Clarence Irvin and Doris Gensler Newton. On December 8, 1962, in Sweet Springs, he death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Josh Allcorn officiating.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Schuber, Billy Grant Pettit, Chris Howard, John Hiller, Kevin Hayes and Wally Jeffries. Honorary bearers will be Billy Thompson, Roger Findley, John Berry and Larry Harvey.
Burial will be in Miller Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home.
